I believe there are devils, but the king of the underworld is also called The Devil, Fiend, Demon King or Prince of Darkness. Like a hive of sorts. He has many minions, that he has control over through some kind of dark power. I do know that they are virtually unstoppable, so this Dracul must be much more powerful then he seems.
