She hugs him back shaking. She hides her face in his chest. "I....I...." she said as the elevator dings and she pulled him to her apartment and unlocking the door she pulls him in then pulls him to her room and locking the door she pulls off her dress with her back facing him. He would see a massive scar going diagonally across her back From her right shoulder blade to her left hip. IT was light but still there. She glanced at him. "He....He...." she said shaking. This was one of the few times she would be scared and shaking....She had faced monsters and a fucking god that killed some of her comrades but nothing made her as scared as this man....She grabbed a photo of herself and some of her friends. She was dressed in a Yui Komori outfit surrounded by guys dressed as the main men from Diabolik Lovers. one of them is pretending to bite into her neck. She had another one sitting at camp. She pointed to the man pretending to bite into her neck.

Adam's jaw drops in horror, which quickly melts into anger. He places one hand on the scar gently and takes the picture in the other hand. "This is him? The man who did this?" he growls. The hand on her back stays light, but the one holding the picture is tight, knuckles white.

She looks at him and nods. She looks as if she can barely breath. Shes shaking hard as she hears his voice change. "Adam....Please...." she said as she shock the memories from her head. She then leans against him trying to calm down. She closes her eyes as she dose. "this over.....He's been sent to prison....hes supposed to stay there but....Nether Devon Or Ivy knows about this...." she said to him. She was taking deep breaths as she did.

Adam puts the picture down. He gently slips the dress back up onto her shoulders and plants a kiss on her head. "If he ever comes near you again, please tell me. I will protect you, consequences be damned," he promises, pulling her into a hug.

Ivy smiles through the kiss and takes his hand, leading him over to a giant group of people, chatting as they eat and rest during the intermission between rushes. Their eyes snap to the red hair, and when they see the joined hands they clamor and surround the two, the two crowds swelling and ripping them apart. Ivy smiles from the middle and answers all of the questions to the best of her ability. Many ask Jacob about Ivy, and himself, gauging if he’s good enough for her.

Winter’s eyes glow golden and Bast crosses her arms. ”Well too bad. I wasn’t talking to you, mortal.” ‘Bast!’ ’Winter.’
