Brandon is addressing to Rob. And Julia (NPC) is addressing to Polyester.

Wait, Were Rob,Holly and Damian heading to the bell tower, so surely they shouldn't be affected by this. They might see it but they would be far away....I think right

That's what I thought too, they'd be close enough to hear the gunshots I'd say, but not close enough to be talked to, and i think Rob is down on the ground, rather than on a tower.

Yup. They were headed there, so they shouldn't be affected until they get there. They may see Brandon from afar, like you said, but until they get there, well................
