As you make your way up to the rooftop bar that adorns the outside of the Ace Hotel, it's hard to imagine staying in a place like this. Two months ago, you were toiling away. Maybe a local legend, maybe someone just starting out, but you had your dreams and you were going to chase them. Or maybe you just wanted one big payday or one last gasp of recognition before your faded out and moved into the corporate world to appease the family. Maybe you wanted a family. In any case, you got the call. The one that has a chance to change your life and make you a star.
The promoter and brains behind the festival, Marc Barzagli, awaits you with a martini in hand. He looks like the kind of guy who should know all the ins and outs of the music business by now, someone baked in the Los Angeles scene. Marc greets you with a sly grin on his face and an arm that is wrapped around you a little too tightly.

Yeah, I still don't know how to make fancy banners. Anyway, welcome to the EyeSight 2020 Tour! If you're here, you're ready to rock! Or country, or heavy metal, or whatever you have planned. I'm intending this RP to be relatively quick, with a definite itinerary planned for this 10-stop tour, so hopefully we move along at a pace that everyone is OK with. The story of the backstage is all up to y'all. It will be told on the buses, in the bars, on stage, wherever you want to go with it.

- This is intended to be a High-Casual RP, so there will be an expected minimum of two paragraphs per post. I mean, that's six sentences, y'all can handle that, right? However, don't feel you have to go overboard describing a roadie's tattoos or something. Keep it simple.
- I want this to be a relatively fast paced RP. I will try and give enough warning before we move the tour on the road, so please get any and all interactions in before we move things along. This is intended to be a relatively shorter RP, so I'm expecting maybe three weeks to a month IRL time in a current stop. I can extend it if people ask, but time is money, people.
- If you aren't going to be able to post for a bit, or just want off this ride, please tell me. I won't be angry. I just want to know so that I can plan ahead of time, and that we don't get stuck waiting for you. So be polite.
- If you want to do something major with the plot that will effect multiple PCs, give a heads up and check in so people don't get railroaded.
- The brooding loner scribbling song lyrics in the corner is cool and all, but it doesn't make for a lot of interactions, so let's try and avoid that trope. Besides, if you're here, I assume you're here to be able to converse with other people and such, right?
- Don't spam the place with posts. If you forgot something, make an edit. If you want to carry on a conversation, consider a collab so it's all in on spot. No one cares about your post count.
- Romance is definitely allowed, and is probably going to be a main driver in this RP. That is the rocker way of life, even if they don't get names. That being said, if you are getting the VIP treatment, take it to PMs so the mods don't have to pay a visit.
- If something comes up, like a disagreement with another writer, let me know so we can see about a resolution.
- To prove that you actually read all these rules, and dang it you better, since I didn't type them up for nothing, in the Misc. section of your sheet, type in the last act you saw in concert.

All right, I think that's it. I'll have my band up at some point. There are spots available if people don't want to come up with their own and want to join. And talk to other people if you want to have duos or something! It's a good way to interact! All right, let's see what y'all got that will make this festival make Bonnaroo look like a church recital!
