@olcharlieboi - Now I think dream tracing would be a better name for that spell. A spell of spirit category that trace dreams, and often useful in dispelling the undead, traps & curses. Normally such spells is cast in the waking world.

I thought that spells of dream would be common magic, but perhaps only in the ancient times & used more maliciously I don't know :X

well individual spells wouldn't be a talent category, and dream won't be a common magic, which there isn't any of this 'ancient times' for really any type of magic besides maybe one type which idk if anyone will learn about in story because of the requirements to learn it.

You are also expanding it far past what it would be capable already just by reading that list. Dispelling Undead and Curses, is under the Holy magic category, and it doesn't 'dispell' undead it Destroys undead. Traps can't really be dispelled, but can find ways to forcefully trigger them with all kinds of ways from magic to physical.

Dream magic would be magic that allows one to invade other's subconcious when the target is asleep, aka entering their dreams. but besides from that it wouldn't actually have much uses since how magic is used to begin with. pretty much only spells that would be in dream magic would be ways to enter the dreams of others, and that would be very invasive magic that people would probably hate others using just for what ever they desire since they could get away with anything in a dream.

The useful aspect would be like for entering someone who is in a coma and trying to pull them out of that comatose state by trying to get the attention of their subconscious and trying to wake it up. otherwise pretty much useless magic. one other useful aspect would be trying to see the dreams of others to see possibly memories or an event, but Mind magic would be much better to do that and would be a lot quicker.

now think your character is almost ready, I say almost because when I re-read your character by having transformation and Mind magic talents, you are having two broad categories of magic which could lead into having talent in a huge number of magics, which I have been trying to avoid.
since Transformation magic (your not specifing what type of transformation) can extend to all type of transformation magics like Shapeshifting, transmutation, polymorphing, etc... and Mind magic can extend to anything that falls into that category which would be things like Dream, Memory, illusions, etc...
probably be best to pick one of them, or at least change one into a sub category that way you don't have 9+ magics you character can learn fairly easily. also sorry if it seems I'm constantly picking at it.

If I don't have any more set backs IRL we should be starting soon lol. may just have the last few changes happen while the roleplay is going since before they start learning that specific magic or talk about their past can just do stuff in the time being lol.

also Kitsune magic?... I think you already messed up/are confused... they know NO MAGIC period. Nothing of the short, which I don't think you even read the opening post judging by your post..... Magic has to be gifted to them by a master of magic, no one naturally has or knows magic... They all arrived at the same time in the valley entrance not at the castle, even with slightly better physical ability thanks to being a beastkin it would still take her pretty much two days on foot to arrive not to mention the dangers in the forest.

also the valley doesn't have any other intact structures.

Sorry, kitsune magic would serve to hide her appearance from normal people.....i mean she has nine tails and ears on top of her head......thats all she knows....

which you shouldn't be going off any japanese Mythology or anime..... She just looks like a Kitsune thats all she doesn't have any kitsune magic or special abilities. she just has the physical trait of the ears and tails. She is technically a Beastkin not an actual Kitsune, she just has the appearance thats all.

Aslo shes not at the castle....she at a house.....again....going on Japanese mythology......a kitsune is a Japanese yoku or fox demon.

and I told you before about the rules of the roleplay. There is only Beastkin and Humans, I never stated just because it's a beastkin based off something we consider a mythical creature like a Kitsune, or a Dragon, that they would have their abilities. They only have appearance traits, this is a world I made not a world from an anime or a mythology. Just because of what a Myth or anime says doesn't mean that's how it is in this world.

Just because you based her form off a Kitsune doesn't mean she would have their powers because I never said that was allowed and technically you never asked about something like that. It is stated in the first post of the OOC in CLEAR WORDS about NO MAGIC. You also are breaking away from the open I gave for you all to start off at with the start of the roleplay, espcially in such a way as if my post never existed, which is suppose to be a opening to get them an audience with the master to ask him to let them become his apprentice, and allow for the characters to meet each other and start to get to know each other.

Ill fix it.....ok im just a bit pissed right now so i need to calm the fuck down. Ok. (Not at you....well only a little.)
