Reason for joining crew:
She can’t sit still on a planet or station. She has a ever burning need to fly, and so long as she’s got that, the ‘who’, ’where’ and ’why’ don’t really matter to her.
History:

Like anyone else about her age, she was born back in the ‘Old Worlds’, but she only has a few faint and fragmentary memories of any of that. She grew up on Artemis, and from a fairly young age was convinced she’d been a mistake. The youngest of three, she grew up being totally ignored by her siblings and dismissed by her parents.

Her early life was not a pleasant one, but the one thing she is still grateful to her parents for was sending her to a military school at the age of fifteen, for the simple fact that it introduced her to flying. Like her stints in the civilian schools, she had a near constant run-in with the authority, but what saved her was her fantastic flight records. At eighteen she enlisted for flight training, and while she continued to excel in that vein, the rest of her time was a complete disaster.

While she did manage to graduate from Flight School with extremely high marks she was told, rather emphaticly, that it would be best if she resigned now with an Honourable Discharge while she still had the chance. Taking her superior officer’s ‘advice’ she did just that, and knowing the absolute shit-fit she’d have to endure when her parent caught wind of things, she hopped the first shuttle she fount heading for spacedock.

Since then she’s flown everything from human built trash haulers to Verren designed strike fighters on jobs from totally above board, to outright piracy.
