@Lord Shaxx It's more of the fact that you acknowledged the rule in your post, so you clearly saw it at some point and decided not to change it or ask. It's going to take me a little consideration on whether I will be accepting your character or not. I don't ask a lot, and what I do ask, I expect to be respected.

I mean, he said he would lower it if that's what you wanted as soon as he realized it was a big deal....not every GM has the same nature in terms of rule flexibility, not to mention the way the initial rule was phrased in the signup I thought it only applied to the charges, so it seems like an ordinary situation...

After some careful consideration, I'm sorry to say that I will closing this RP. As it has been pointed out to me, college aged body guards just don't work. Since I don't want to have 10+ year age gaps between the rich kids and their protectors, my only other option would be to remove the college aspect from the RP entirely, which I don't want to do. It's also come to my attention that the number of protectors signed up vs the number of rich kids is very disproportionate, and I probably won't be able to fill every rich kid spot anyway. It seems to me that this idea just doesn't work, so before I get too attached to it only to watch it crash and burn, I will be pulling the plug. Sorry to everybody who put time into this thread.
