Just wanted to see if anybody would be interested in it. I'm going through poke rpg created by isaac otlund. It seems based on dnd 5e and it doesn't seem too complicated compared to other pokemon homebrew.
And so, as I'm reading the rules and stuff I'm thinking maybe other people might want to join a campaign... just wanted to put it out there.
I think I'd like for this to be a small group, maybe at most 3 players because I dont think I could handle anymore. But I'd like to really craft a solid pokemon story around a few main characters, and really tailor the story points to them! Also, by three characters, I don't mean including me. I'd be the gm~
As for a plot, I have a few ideas. I think it'd be cool to maybe do something with Jirachi, a world changing wish plot maybe. I also love the whole traversing dimensions with pokemon, that'd make for some fun stuff, like giratina and the distortion world.
The rp would still include your characters progression with the gyms and how they're growing as a trainer as well! I'd love to include trials like in sun moon, but a bit more thought out than just pushing blocks in simple puzzles xD. I also don't think everyone has to travel together IC. there might be some points where I need the characters to rally up,but for the most part, I can just try and keep it more individualised until everyone wants their characters to meet up.
But even if people wouldn't be interested in a tabletop, it's cool. I just wanted to ask and shoot some convo c:
