I suspect you're wondering why I've gathered you all here today. As many of you are well aware, there has been a major change in Existence, but there's been some amount of confusion regarding how exactly it works. Effective now, any being is able to claim groups of dimensions known as "territories" and bring them under their authority. To do this, you have to tap into the System, an invisible interface present everywhere you go. You may not know how to access it, so you might have to experiment to figure it out, much like learning to travel between dimensions for the first time.

And for the important part: why you care. If at any point, more than 50% of Existence in adjacent territories is brought under control of one authority, they will be granted full control of Existence. And as you've probably guessed, Tier Five is working on that as we speak. None of us want them to regain the control over all of our lives that they once had, so I've chosen the top few hundred beings able to prevent this from ever taking place.

This is a risk-free strategy to secure the territories you're interested in while offering additional protection and power at no cost to you. The diagram here depicts what is known as the Inverse Vortex Technique. In effect, you will be the first layer here at the top of the vortex.

You'll claim a bit of territory and be entered into the network. Here's the key: You can find others who want the same benefits and protections offered by the strategy and enter them into the network. Then, because you referred them, you get a cut of any territories they claim and expand your own power. And if that wasn't good enough, you also benefit from any beings they refer, since the additional territories will travel up the vortex, increasing your strength and authority with no cost to you whatsoever.
