A multiverse rp

As for the story was thinking more sandbox with occasional events thrown in to keep things moving.
Am open to characters from any world, cannon of custom.  I don't think I'll have very much limits on characters on account of reality being so flexible in the rp.

Was thinking of putting everyone in a pre-established world like interdenominational travel was somewhat common space, and planet travel more so.  

The main multiverses, at least the ones carved out since in this reality multiverses are similar to the ones in the long Earth story line so you they exist infinitely in either direction, would be ruled by four governments. Each, except for the last, would mostly leave various groups to rule on their own and would only become involved when bigger issues are presented.

One would work as a coalition kind of like ancient Greece were they'd be independent, and would only join together to face off against larger threats

One would be ruled by a single entity, possibly an anti god figure, but its not evil and mostly leaves ruling to whoever can cease it.  Though he can intercede if it wishes to.

One would be led by a representative type government similar to the usa, where the various pockets of civilization are able to vote on representatives.

The Last would be fairly unknown and isolated from the others as it is the most, xenophobic of the governments.  It would also be the one that most strictly controls the various forms of governing bodies.

Also, a sixth group would exist.  It would be  a cooperation of sorts which is capable of influencing the laws of reality and will make money by selling various forms of "reality gear."  This gear could range in size of galaxy encompassing, or larger, to single person fields.  There's also various weapons and items they sell which is designed to create different rules in reality.

At least that's what I've got so far.  Am open to suggestions.
