This is a theoretic roleplay situated in A Certain Magical Index universe with little to no connection to the canon.

Apparent that the roleplay will be Light Novel astute, I wish everyone's soul, mercy from spoilers. Events pertaining to the canon may have happened similarly with the usual scheming of Crowley and in-fightings within Academy City, likewise, Kamijō Tōma and those that revolve around him do not exist. It's a fresh story for everyone to show and tell in the mysterious and conspiracy shrouded Academy City — avert what you knew from the canon but the facts about the culture of Academy City. The established collision of the Dark and Light side of Academy City is still going strong and you might even find yourselves in its confines in every day's bizarre adventures.

Our Playerbase will start with Freshmen students who some, may have just gotten their Esper ability straight out from power curriculum program while others are Mageborn. We are in the era where Academy City has successfully achieved hybridization between Espers and Magicians and vice-versa, as such, your characters will be under the progressive HYBRID curriculum program. They will be students in Kaigunsaka Academy to not only go about the conventional research and cross-breeding program but also to prepare in the covert undertakings within the Dark Side.

That being said, if "the Touma cast doesn't exist" is a thing, I'm just curious what the Level 5 roster looks like. Are they the same names and powers, and we're just lucky enough to never interact with them? Or are you creating customs?

Hey, friend of the GM here. Don't take my word for it, but I think that the GM will make a new roster of level 5s, leaving a few slots open for player characters to fill.

To put it frankly, I made that as a metaphor.

The canon characters may exist but their lives aren't the same and the majority of them have little to no involvement at all, I rather not butcher everything tbh.

As for Level 5's...

My Co-GM @Stern Algorithm is correct but that's a touchy subject. There's a custom roster but I'd say no to any attempts of creating a level 5.

Accelerator became the President of Academy City after Crowley died. Yes, Light Novels confirmed that he's dead. Whether or not Accelerator is still the leader of the new-gen of Academy City, I rather leave it vague.

I'm excited. Most Raildex games have come and gone with only science side characters, it's about time that I can finally put forth the Scientology magic sider of my dreams.
