I use the Force to cushion the blows as Trayus slams me into the ground, though it still hurts. I wait until he lifts me again before launching another blue fireball at him. While he claimed to be all powerful, his clothes still burned and that alone was an unpleasant experience, no matter who you were or how powerful. Picking myself up, I shake my head. "No, only a fool would seek to unbalance another fool in such a way. I had hoped to remind you that you stood for something, that you stood on your own, once upon a time. You had proven yourself a capable fighter without the Force, had helped lead the Republic's forces to victory when the Oricon fleet's admiral gave in to the Dread Master's terror inflicting abilities. Your only concern was Nox."



"Of course she is...alright, guess we're boarding then! We need to find an opening, like a hangar bay."

"Cover me! This ship isn't designed for fast maneuvering." I look at Hank. "Take the controls. I need to go below deck and put Huntress into a calm sleep. I can sense all this excitement is putting her on edge."



I bring a squadron of Jedi Starfighters around to flank the Rancor's Den. "We'll help guide you in. If even one of those bolts hits you, that could be the end." All around us, ships pound on the station with everything they have. The larger ships attack from a distance while the smaller fighters get up close. Still, the station barely seems effected.



I continue to use both my two lightsabers, as well as a vast array of dark Force powers to battle the Sith Hunters. Greshh jumps in for an aerial attack, but I catch his blade against mine and flip him away. I spin just as the Chiss attacks from below, and after exchanging a few blows, I send her flying with a lightning blast. "The Sith. The Jedi. All of you are a threat to peace. Even now, you force me to use drastic measures. Had you not intervened, I could have found a better way to bring about a new world. But you were too selfish to accept that your power would be taken from you, so you rebelled, and I was forced to do THIS." I indicate the desolation around me. "So be it. If I have to destroy this galaxy and rebuild it anew from scratch, I shall. A galaxy ignorant of the Force, that will live normal lives unaware of what has been lost."



"And you as their God King? Very noble of you." I spin my lightsaber into an Ataru ready stance. "You lie to yourself, Sucal. You tell yourself what you are doing is for the greater good, but I can see in your movements that even you don't believe that fully. The Echani see the hearts of their enemies through battle, and right now, I can see that your heart is warped and torn. You know this is wrong, but your fear won't let you turn back!"



"Silence!" I wave my hand, and more lightsabers fly up to surround me. "You know nothing of me! I will not be unbalanced!" Channeling lightning into my sabers, I dash towards the Twilights, battling both Becca and Jakito simultaneously. "I WILL fulfill Darth Traya's destiny! There is no other way!"

Doing another strafing run, I take out some of the hangar defenses and join HJ in setting down inside.

I step off the ship, my unlit lightsaber in one hand and a blaster in the other. "Come on, Hank. We don't have a lot of time." I look over at Dad's ship, which is landed next to mine. In my earpiece, I hear a voice crackle, so I press my finger to it to enhance the frequency. "Say again."



"I said me and a couple other Jedi have landed in a different hanger. We'll try to draw the enemy's attention away from you guys so you'll have an easier time reaching Hayden. Hopefully we can all meet up for the escape."



"Sounds like a plan. Stay safe." I end the call. Sirens are going off in our hanger, indicating we've been detected. We would need to act quickly.

I follow Master HJ down the ramp, my blaster rifle in hand. "Bloodthirsty Statement: Time to kill them all."



I walk down my own ramp in full armor, my lightsabers hidden away while I hold my twin blasters and point to a side door. "We'll hold the initial wave and then go out that door, make our way towards the bridge. If she's not there, down to the holding cells. Lock up your ship either way."

"Agreed. I just put Huntress into a calming sleep. I don't want her getting riled up again." I lock my ship up. I also try to reach out and find Hayden. "She is alive still, which is good. Hold on, sister. He're coming." The hanger doors open and a squad of Republic troopers in outdated armor rush in, blasters ready. "Get the hell out of our way, you brainwashed pieces of crap!" I start blasting.

As HJ calls for them to get out of the way, I jet forwards into the nearest soldier, ramming him with my Beskar clad shoulder and knocking him sprawling as I put a shot into the head of each man to his left and right, leaving the sprawling leader and the last man for HJ to deal with how he see's fit.

I roll behind a conveniently placed box for cover, then pop up to fire on the nearest soldier. His clearly old armor doesn't do much to protect against my well aimed shot. "I don't they're gonna tell us anything useful! They're brainwashed!" As if to confirm this, the trooper Jerus pushed over looks up. His helmet has been knocked off, revealing his blank expression. He, like many in Sucal's service, is Void, and therefore untouched by the Force.

Sneering behind my helmet, I melt the man's head with a blast of flamethrower and jet off to the right, firing at the others as they flow into the room. "We need to close the main door somehow!"

Thinking fast, i shoot the door controls. This makes the automatic doors shutter part way, but not close completely. Quietly I curse. “Dad! Use the Force and pull it closed!” I reach out and start to pull one side.

Grabbing the other door, I use the Force to yank it closed alongside HJ. We couldn't afford to not get it closed or else we'd be bogged down fighting a never ending battle here at the infiltration point.

As the door shutters closed, I return my attention to facing the brainwashed soldiers. I leap from cover and charge, continuing to shoot with one hand while I deflect bolts with my lightsaber. It does not take long to finish off this group now that they were cut off from reinforcements. “We need to find another way to the bridge. Hank, seal that door to make extra sure nobody else comes through.”

I blast the controls for the door from our side before producing a strange grenade of some kind. Attaching it to the center of the doors, where they would part when opens, I tap the activator three times and step back as it goes off, welding the door shut as well. "Statment: Job's done."



I head over to the side door I'd pointed out before and beckon HJ and Hank over. "Then let's move fast. They likely haven't even considered this door and I can hack it once we're on the other side so only we can open it."

Hank and I rush through the side doors. As Jerus begins to hack the controls, I try to call up Caalin. "How is it going on your end?"



"Not great. Sucal's people are very resistant to the Force. We're trying to push forward, but it's slow going."



"Just do what you can to draw them away from us. Retreat if you get overwhelmed."

As I finish setting up our control point, I hear HJ and patch in. "Caelyn, forget using the Force. Focus on using your skill with your blade. Turn controlled and aimed slashes into wide sweeps that take out multiple enemies at once. They don't seem too bright."

"We will do our best, Jerus! See you soon!" I click off, returning to the fight against the brainwashed soldiers. I was only myself and one other Jedi left. We couldn't afford to make any more mistakes.



As we head down the hall, I turn to Jerus. "Dad... what are we gonna do? What if we're too late, and whatever Sucal did to Hayden... what if she isn't herself anymore? You saw the dead look in those troopers' eyes. You don't think..."

"She'd be worthless to him without her ability to feed on the Force, HJ. He likely found some other way to force her cooperation, but I can tell you right now what happened to Tython wasn't by her choice."

“I know. Even in her darkest moments, Hayden would never do something like this willingly.” We continue down the hall, eventually reaching a row of elevators. “She’s probably under heavy guard. We should prepare for a tough fight.” I press the button to summon the elevator, but my danger sense flares behind me. I turn, and at the end of the hall we’d just come from stands a grotesque hodgepodge of flesh and machine.



I walk slowly down the hall towards them, lightsaber in hand and hatred blazing in my eyes.

I step between HJ and the mess of man and machine in front of me, my blasters getting holstered in favor of my twin lightsabers. "Keep going, I'll deal with this."

I nod. “Good luck, and make sure to kill him properly this time. Come on, Hank.” I pull Hank into the elevator, knowing that he would have probably preferred to stay and fight.



I stop a few feet away, my lightsaber activate by my side. My mechanical hand grips into a fist. After a moment of staring at Jerus, I break into a run towards him, lightsaber spearing towards his face.
