For anyone reading this thank you. In all the years of role playing I have never actually made an intro post. However, I have been out of the game for many years now. Thanks real life. That's the reality of being a parent, so little time for oneself. I do want back in. The old site I was on has gone down the drain and finding another place to call home hasn't been easy. So here's to hoping I guess. I am a literate role player and been at this since probably 2005 or so. My old site seems filled with the younger crowd and I can't seem to handle the way its gone with all the face claims and gifs, etc. I guess I am really old school there. I actually got my start on AOL chat. Yeah... I'm pretty open to almost anything, but love history, fantasy, military style, etc. Thanks for reading this and in advance if you reply.

There's a fairly mixed bag of genres here, so I'm sure you'll find something that interests you, whether it's a group or 1x1 RP. I'd say a good portion of the the age range is between 20-30, but like anywhere, you'll find those who are more mature-minded than others :)

I came here for a similar reason, board I used to RP switched styles to something more conducive to sharing fan art and YouTube videos rather than long form back and forth RPs. It took me awhile to find the part of the site I fit in with okay but it can be a pretty welcoming place. Perhaps I'll see you in a fantasy RP, you'll know it's me because I'll probably be RPing a Halfling. And then also by the username.
