Sticky seems like he's just trying to do his best to help the crew out. You can tell that he's a bit shaken up from the fight, and working makes it easier for him to forget just how scared he was.

Azure seems the same as usual, if somewhat more surly now that she's so heavily wounded. You can tell that she's doing the usual "overcompensate because she doesn't want to look weak" thing.

Othie has generally always been uncomfortable ever since you found her. Even after her operation Othie just felt on edge, as if there's danger at every corner. But you can tell that what she's feeling now isn't just paranoia, something is literally draining her energy right now, given that of the people on this ship, she's one of the most magically inclined and at the same time most vulnerable. Whatever she's feeling below the deck doesn't just make her uneasy, it's actively making her weaker. Hence why she wants you to investigate it, knowing that whatever is down there must be quite powerful, and is aware that what you're going to face could be dangerous.

Fortunately that does make the save! You are not poisoned. Also good job on that crit! You managed to knock off half of the sea spawn's health with a single attack. I'm almost certain you don't actually need Sticky, but we'll have to see after this fight.

Storm no, but the waters are still rough and it’s a light rain. Pretty much anyone who isn’t too wounded are on deck manning the riggings.

Curious, I remembered how you described Sticky in the beginning. But I wanted to ask if there was any more description of him. And the same case too for Othie as they will part of the party for some time.

I gotta say, when Sticky mentioned how he was paid on the ship, it reminded me of my current personal funds. Not sure if Sticky is expecting my to pay him more on our adventure. But with both of these points being mentioned. I think once we arrive on land, we may need to find some way to get some money before venturing further into the Majadan Empire.

An excellent idea. Sticky probs doesn't expect you to be paying him, but he will usually get money his own way, such as selling off loot or just splitting the reward with you or something. Perhaps it's something you could discuss with him as you two look for some work to do. I can assure you, there's plenty of work to be done.
