𝑼𝒑𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈:
Phoebe was always treated like a little princess, which made her a bit spoiled. Between her father, Thomas Sharp, who owned a magical trinkets and curiosity's shop and her mother, Madeleine Cresswell, who came from a well off family, Phoebe always got what she wanted. Growing up she had the upbringing that one could expect from a pure-blood family. The mind set that the pure-blood witches and wizards are better then those who decided to thin their blood with the no-majes resonated very much with her. Phoebe had always been a rather studious child, so decided to learn alot about Gellert Grindewald and Voldemort. Mostly from books in their library but also due to first hand story's from her father (who used to be a deatheater himself). While she idolised those two men, their goals remained a far off dream instead something that could be done.
It was Phoebes first year at Salem Sitches' Institute that changed everything. She was shocked and appalled by how far some houses had fallen, how ignorant the no-maj-born were and how idiotic the International Statute of Secrecy really was. It became very clear to her that if things didn't change, the wizarding community would fall apart either due to mixing with more and more no-majes blood or due to pure-blood family's going extinct. This was something she couldn't stand by and watch happen, she had to do something she just wasn't sure yet what she could do.
Over the following months she started to develop her plans, what she wanted to accomplish and how she wanted to go about doing it. She drew alot of inspiration from her idols, but she realised that they both made mistakes. It was her job to learn from her predecessors. Phoebe would try to do as much as she could without violence, if you oppress people they will fight back sometime, it's far better to gradually chance people's viewpoint. Secondly she wanted people to be loyal to the cause and not specifically her, while she would be in charge of the revolution, afterwards she would impliment a form of mageocracy, a council of witches and wizards from around the world that would govern the world together in peace.
She held no real malice towards no-majes or no-maj-born, in her mind it was obvious that the pure-bloods were better. But that didn't mean that there was no place for the others, in her mind the chain of power would be obvious, pure-bloods > half-bloods > no-maj-born > no-majes. Phoebe knows that she can't really impliment any chance while she is at school she still is not powerfull enough nor does she have the needed connections. She wants to use these last few years to prepare herself as much as she can and try to find some people that share her dream.

I am sorry it took a while, I had to rewrite it today because I lost the original yesterday due to a computer chrash. I hope it's acceptable, if it needs changes just let me know.
