PERSONAL
Appearance: Aggie is a bit of a pocket-rocket. Small in stature and big in personality, she's a formidable 5'2" tall and sports a build that can only be described as wiry. These days her short, perpetually tousled hair is showing some dark roots under the silver bleach, and her mixed race heritage is most obvious in her dark eyes, a feature she inherited from her Japanese mother. Underneath the simple, practical set of robes she wears while working, she typically dresses in a casual - albeit slightly punk - muggle style; mostly jeans, oversized t-shirts and boots. A delicate silver ring decorates her left nostril.
Personality: Energetic - Thoughtful - Hardworking - Passionate - Obsessive - Perfectionist - Calculating - Impulsive
History: Looking back on her life, Aggie always regretted the risks she didn't take more than the ones she did. As a child she was studious, obedient and aside from a few unfortunate incidents with some of Zonko's products, she hardly ever got in trouble. She grew up an only child in a typical middle-class household. Her father, a Healer at St Mungos, married her muggle mother when they were both well into their thirties. By the time Aggie came along they had already settled comfortably into their lives and were ... well, rather boring. They were wonderful parents and she loved them dearly, but as she grew older Aggie chafed under their strict rules. Needing an outlet, she threw herself into her passion; Quidditch.
Years later when she had graduated from Hogwarts and spent some time drifting from one menial job to another, that passion would finally pay off and become her livelihood. She was chosen to join Scotland's very own Pride of Portree Quidditch team. Only as a substitute, of course, but still. Hard work was something she knew how to do, and she did it well, eventually earning herself a spot as Keeper. For three years she held that position, and in that time things were good. They won a few games, lost others and she got to see the world.
But of course it couldn't last. In her heart of hearts, Aggie knew she would eventually need to move on. The life of a professional Quidditch player was exciting, glorious and oh so exhausting. She was burning her candle at both ends. When an opportunity arose for a new beginning, she took it without much thought. There was an unexpected opening at Atlas Academy when their old Flight Instructor suddenly retired in the middle of the school year. Aggie was the only one available on such short notice. Thrust into this new career, she struggled at first but with practice came ease. Now she looks forward to the start of the new year and whatever it may bring.
