Viktorija is a short woman, only measuring up to about 5'2. For what she lacks in height she makes up for in… other areas, in particular, her bust, which itself measures out to fill triple-D cups. Her chest-length, candy-apple red hair (dyed, because it is naturally a dark chestnut color) works well to frame her v-shaped face, paired with a pointed nose that most certainly draws most strangers' eyes immediately to it. Her eyes are a startling steel-blue, typically more grey than blue unless she has been crying or is about to do so. Lush pink lips sit upon her pale skin, and her chin is small yet strong. Although she is a generally pretty girl, her features set her apart from most of the other young women in her 'hometown' in America, and so she lacks the confidence that it takes to truly feel a sense of her own style and sensuality yet. Therefore, her clothing choices vary.

Guarded and insecure would be two adjectives that describe Viktorija well. She knows that they aren't good ones, but they're honest ones, and that is something that Tori is also good at: honesty. Tori will rarely lie, and if she feels the need to keep something a secret, she will likely be extremely uncomfortable with the situation and simply withhold information, retreating into a more private space. As for those traits which could be interpreted as either good or bad depending on the situation, Viktorija is also compassionate, just, and somewhat sensitive. For example, although she desires to help every person that she can, Tori may take justice into her own hands when it would be considered inappropriate to do so (whether by peers, academic advisors, her adoptive parents, the law, etc), because she is so empathetic towards others' - as well as her own - pain and general suffering. So in essence, for those who don't really know her, Tori's shyness often leads people to assume that they can pick on her or get away with certain things because she will let it slide; but you know what they say, "never mistake a woman's meekness for weakness".

Viktorija moved from Lithuania to America at the tender age of four years old. This is because she was born to a young teenage mother whom she does not remember(Viktorija was eventually put into foster care when she was a toddler due to her mother's proven inability to perform as a parent), and a slightly older father whom she has never met, since he left before she was born. The only factoid that she does have in regards to her birth-father is that his last name was Petronis, as that was the surname listed on her birth certificate, and it was not her mother's maiden name. So in short, at age four Tori was adopted by a Mr. and Mrs. Rogers into a large family full of the Rogers' own biological children as well as other adoptive and foster siblings like herself. In terms of birth order, she is the middle child out of eleven total who are legally Rogers. Tori did well in school, and she graduated at the top of her class, but she seemed socially unintelligent in comparison to her academic wealth of knowledge. She was grateful for her parents' having adopted her and done the best that they could for her all the while taking care of so many other kids, which was better than most parents did with one child, Tori had to admit this; however, she had never felt at home in her house in the United States. She always seemed to feel as though she was somehow different from her family, or anyone else she had ever met, really, and she didn't get along well with any of her siblings (besides one sister, the Rogers' oldest biological daughter, Amelia). This was also due in part to having lived with a few adoptive "siblings" who were less than respectful when it came to personal space and boundaries, starting in her teenage years(this definitely influenced her mental and emotional health, so that is something that affects her personality too). She had simultaneously always been interested about her brief history in Europe, and her biological parents' past. So, Viktorija waited until she graduated high school and then took off to first the United Kingdom and subsequently Europe in order to break free of her less-than-ideal life, to be a bit of a tourist, and to find out what she could about her heritage/genetics on the way.
