▼ PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
▼ ATTIRE:
Wendy is your typical wallflower, the kind of girl that keeps to herself and usually avoids eye contact. She's the kind of gal that hates lingering in one place, so you can see her zipping from one place to another. Wendy usually moves with a sense of purpose, so while she goes fast, she knows exactly where she is going and why. Wendy's voice is low and she speaks softly, and kindly, only raising her voice when she needs to or losing her temper. Wendy, in particular, plays up that nerdy hipster vibe, if it wasn't for the glasses, it'd be how hunched over she stands, and that meek attitude she has from time to time. Though, around her friends, she's a lot more energetic and somewhat eccentric.
Wendy feels as if she's been shafted by puberty because all of her friends (and her sister) have grown up to be bombshells! While she's... a weird, awkward looking, gross preteen girl. Her shoulders are the same width as her hips (or she has the "banana" body shape), she's flat as an ironing board in both areas, she's tall, and she lacks that hourglass body shape she heard so much about. Wendy's very insecure about her looks and appearance, so she tries to off-set this just a bit by wearing her hair out a lot longer - Her hair's so long that it goes down past her butt. It's a bitch to maintain but she thinks it looks great.
Now, her height, Wendy is extremely tall at six-one. It's a mixture of her "weird genes" as she calls it because being tall and spindly runs in her dad's side of the family - and according to her dad, her mom was tall, too! Though not a whole lot of people notice how tall she is because she has a bit of a hunch - she tries to correct herself but she's a hunchback! Speaking of her genes, Wendy at first glance appearances fully Caucasian with her lightly colored skin having several blemishes, bruises, and birthmarks. Though, she's half Japanese though that's not that apparent until you look the girl in her eyes and see that they're slanted a bit. Her facial features are somewhat reminiscent of Japanese people.
In terms of build, Wendy is skinny, at least one thing she can say she got from her shitty genetics is the fact that her metabolism is fast. She can eat a ton and barely gain any weight so at least her weight isn't another thing to be insecure about. Though Wendy tries to keep in good shape, she isn't a gym rat but she has dedicated a good amount of time to run. She can at least say she has nice legs to show for it.
Apart of Wendy's efforts to grow out of her shell, she got a huge tattoo on her back of her favorite album cover. It was an extremely painful and expensive experience that she was nervous going into. Now that she has it, she wants some more tattoos.

▼ ATTIRE:
Wendy's round, thin-framed, glasses is what give Wendy a sophisticated look and allow her to see more than like six feet in front of her. Thus, she never takes them off... and she had to be talked out of putting a strap around them so they'd stay on her head. Though, people wonder just where Wendy gets her sense of fashion from because she dresses like a cross of an old lady and a librarian. Wendy has a very modest fashion as the girl is waaaay too insecure to dress in any flashy or provocative way. The girl loves to wear dresses, button-up shirts, and even things like Trench coats - though she doesn't like pants and usually wears a skirt. However, when it gets too cold she'll throw some jeans on. Regardless of what she's wearing, Wendy always has her satchel around her shoulder.

▼ PERSONALITY:
▼ SKILLS/TALENTS:
The girl went through a period of growth because in her older years she was too shy and socially awkward to interact with her peers. Through years upon years of small acts of courage, Wendy has grown into what she is too; a far more confident, sociable, and self-capable. Wendy just needed to affirm her world views a bit before she reached the point where she always wanted to be. Far more socially capable than ever before, and that original aura of social awkwardness has been replaced with confidence. Without losing any of the traits that defined her such as her passion for adventure, books, or her curiosity. People around her quickly find out that she is a very intelligent, a quick thinker, deductive, creative, and loving human being that loves talking about her interests. Very passionate, adventurous, and determined, she always sees things to the end and wants to experience new and fresh things. The one thing about Wendy is that polite above all else. She treats people equally, with kindness. Though she keeps her pool of friends very low, Wendy always hated large crowds.
Wendy's character is practically defined by her utter love of books to the point where many people who have gotten to know her have called her a bibliophile. Which she admits to without shame, and indulges in a bit of self-deprecation because of it. She has a large collection of different books and constantly goes out to get more books to read. She's extremely defensive of her collection (Even though she can easily fix them with her power) and will fight tooth and nail to defend her progress over the years. Though, she feels like she's the biggest threat to her collection because of how clumsy she is. One thing that Wendy loves to do is go out and find rare books of some sort and read them. Which she feels adds a special "flair" to her collection. This all stems from Wendy's love of knowledge and reading. She's naturally curious as a human being and loves to go out and explore and learn new things.
However, another thing is that this curiosity extends to people and their lives as well. She enjoys sticking her nose in other people's business and learning about their personal lives. She'll even go far as stepping into people's rooms and begin to go through their items just to give herself an insight on them that they wouldn't normally give her. To her, it brings her great enjoyment, since she always loves to observe. She was never one to participate directly, though that has been changing as of late. Wendy figures herself as an amateur investigator, as one thing she loves to do is head out on the city and solve mysteries, and discover new things.
Wendy sees herself as a neutral force that helps people when realistic, she knows things won't change on their own. Wendy wants her voice to be heard and heard loudly. She'll make sure of that. She can handle confrontations much better now than ever before and will not shut down when faced with a threat. Wendy is much wiser and introspective than ever before, she just needed a kicked to expand her views from the small world she was living in. She wants to see both sides of the conflict and understand things and above all else, she just wants to learn. Wendy is all about the improvement of herself and all the people she loves and cares about. Another big part of Wendy's personality is that she's very responsible. She fully understands that she has a powerful ability and does not take it lightly. Wendy knows that she can easily slip, and become one of the people that FAMA hunts down.
Also, Wendy has a stutter.

▼ SKILLS/TALENTS:
Wendy's smart, that's one of the main things she has going for her. Due to a love of knowledge, and books, she has developed a lively mind. One that is creative, quick thinking, can remember a lot, deductive, and above all else, perspective. She has one hell of an eye for detail, so good luck masking things from her. She can connect the dots so well that she might as well be next in line for being the world's next greatest detective.
Through years of reading different language books, and dedicating herself towards learning them, Wendy knows bits and pieces of other languages. She's best at speaking Spanish and French - but she knows a little German, Chinese, and Russian... the last two have been awful to learn. Though, don't expect her to maintain a conversation in any of these languages. She mostly knows phrases and whatnot.
Wendy also has a good eye for photography, which has enhanced her attention to detail and allows her to pick up a lot more. Despite what people think, she can read body-language a lot better than people imagine. Wendy has also invested herself in learning how to draw. She's been at it for years, and she's pretty good. Because of that aforementioned attention to detail, what she draws replicates life a lot. Wendy has one or two sports under her belt, and she isn't even all that good at either. She played Tennis, and joined her school's swim team, growing up as some attempt to her herself stay in shape. Tennis, she still plays sometimes. Swimming is something she hasn't forgotten yet.

▼ BACKSTORY:
The story of Wendy Lucker humbly begins in Seattle... being the creation of a drunken mistake and one night stand.
You see her father's name was Euan Lucker and he somehow struck a relationship with a woman named Kumiko Fujimoto... a Japanese-American woman who was just in town for some work. They eloped, she got pregnant and Euan thought that this was the start of a beautiful relationship, one that he dreamed of for years. However, Kumiko said that she didn't want to be a mother and after Wendy was born she dumped her off with Euan and booked it. So that was a very interesting start for Wendy Lucker... while Euan had good intentions, he wasn't exactly the best father and to provide for her she was left in the hands of babysitters. When he got home, he was too tired to interact and love Wendy, despite knowing that he wanted to have a healthy relationship with his daughter.
Up until his other daughter, Diana Lucker was old enough to assume that role. Who is Diana you ask? You see Euan had married before and had a daughter with a woman named Marie. They had a perfect relationship... until she was killed in the crossfire of a REAPER attack in Seattle. Since then, Euan was trying his best to be the father for the two of them and was working long hours to provide for the sisters. That left the two sisters alone with each other, which was interesting since they were the diametric opposites of one another.
Wendy spent most of her free time reading books, learning how to draw, and mostly kept to herself - rarely going out to the library to get more books. On the other hand, Diana was loud, rowdy, and she always invited friends over that were the same. They blasted music, smoked, and partied, and generally disturbed Wendy when she was trying to concentrate. Which really... strained, their relationship. Now Wendy usually sucked it up for her sister but eventually, she reached the breaking point. She couldn't take it anymore.
The normally shy and demure Wendy went out there and chucked her heaviest book as hard as she could at Diana's radio. Which knocked it over and shattered it into a thousand tiny, rage-inducing, pieces. Needless to say, Diana did not take that too well and an argument broke out between the two sisters. It was so fierce that a fight broke out between the two sisters, and it was there the two of them Manifested their abilities. Little did Diana know but she was unwittingly exposed to the Delta-Point Energy while she was at school - which she exposed her compatible sister to. During the fight, Diana exploded into flames and... Wendy sent books all over the place.
Needless to say, FAMA got involved after the fire department and they were registered into the system. To Wendy, this was yet another reason to feel like an outsider at school. The girl was bullied quite a bit for not exactly fitting in, and because of this, she became more of an outsider. The girl retreated to her books and literature... and online communities. She became very interested and well-versed in Deltahumans online and was very active on message boards. It was there she demonstrated the results of her training and answered many questions about her strange ability. Wendy constantly trained her new ability in her spare time until she became an expert at it overnight.
While she was careful about where and when she used her ability, Wendy was still a hormonal teenager. One day she got into a disagreement with a librarian over the due dates to one of her language books. A disagreement that escalated into Wendy trashing the place with her paper powers... and she was apprehended by a FAMA agent that was right down the street. Now losing her temper and trashing a place with her power was not a good look for her. However, she was told that she would avoid going to juvie if she goes to the Academy Program, which she accepted without a second thought.
Thus, the girl was thrust out to South Carolina's Academy 002, which was the place where she would spend the next few years of her life under the constant watch of FAMA. While truly discovering herself and meeting a myriad of amazing people. She somewhat grew up with these people and every time she returned home for summer vacation or Christmas, she would come back a different person. Until they saw that she had become a confident butterfly... one very book-obsessed butterfly but still their butterfly.

Paper-Manipulation ⫻
Paper-Mimicry ⫻
Paper-Regeneration ⫻
The fancy name for this ability would be Papyrokinesis, but it entails a telekinetic control over paper, card, and cardboard. If the paper in any form is in Wendy's sight, she can telekinetically manipulate it up to a ton and can shape them without bending or tearing it. Wendy can manipulate paper in almost any way possible and she's capable of creating complex structures with it. Due to her Academy training, she is almost a master of her ability and is capable of creating complicated constructs on the fly. She acknowledges that her ability doesn't have the raw danger potential, but she thinks it makes up for it in sheer versatility. Though she can pack it together to create a thick shield or a heavy weapon to bash someone with, she finds it easier to manipulate paper in sheets.
Paper-Mimicry ⫻
Wendy can transform into paper - she can transform into one large piece of paper which is effectively worthless. However, Ms. Lucker has discovered that she can manipulate herself and she uses this to break herself down into thousands of sheets of paper. In this state Wendy is capable of so many feats, she can fly (it's to the point where it's semi-teleportation), she's more or less intangible, and she can regenerate in this state (turning into paper, fixing herself, and then turning back). The possibilities are limitless as this ability is easily Wendy's signature power as she has practiced it to the point where she can transform on reflex. The clothes that she's wearing and any items she's holding also transform into paper and she can bring a guest or two along. There's seemingly a subconscious effect or automatic ability that comes with this, regardless of whether or not Wendy can see she can always snap herself (and anyone else) back to together. One little trick that Wendy figured out (on complete accident) is that she can adopt the weight and properties of a single sheet of paper. This isn't as useful as her other ability but she can ride wind currents, and lesson the impact of falling by turning weightless - and it extends to her clothes and items she's carrying.
Paper-Regeneration ⫻
It was briefly mentioned that Wendy can regenerate, but to go in-depth it's less of classic cellular regeneration or more or forcing herself back to normal. To explain, she can draw paper into her wounds and use that to correct the damage that has been done. She can't exactly repair herself without paper and due to a particular weakness, she can't regenerate if she's too bloody. However, if the situation calls for it then she can instantly regenerate.
▼ LIMITS:
Wendy can manipulate up to a ton of paper far as the eye can see, but if you can lift around five hundred pounds do you think you can do that for an hour? Going up to that weight limit is incredibly dangerous as it's straining on the girl and will leave her tired. She rarely goes to that peak because she just finds it easier to manipulate less paper. Transforming into paper is a trickier thing, she can't manipulate paper that isn't apart of her "body" due to another weakness. However, she can scatter herself up to twenty feet and she can remain in paper form indefinitely - though it's not practical for a few reasons.
▼ WEAKNESSES:
Obviously, her paper doesn't get any special resistances or magic so they're as susceptible to fire as regular paper. Being around a fire can be incredibly dangerous for Wendy because she's naturally a bit more flammable. She can adapt to being set on fire, but getting set on fire can be lethal to the girl. Also, she's pretty much hard countered by a firebender because one can destroy everything she has to work with. Waterbenders are also a problem because her paper will begin to fall apart into mush if soaking wet - and they'll be worthless. If Wendy is soaking wet, then she can't transform into paper - if she gets soaking wet while paper then that can kill her because her form will fall apart and she won't be able to pull herself together. Due to the nature of paper, if a wind comes by it can completely blow away what she's working with - or herself if she's currently paper. Now, when Wendy is currently paper she literally can't see, all she sees is darkness - she can feel but to direct herself properly she'll have to transform back at least partially. In a fight, this can be a weakness.
