We ain't starting fresh with team shinichi, bro, been through too much IC for a blank slate.

We'll just summarise what happened and have Shinichi and Niji as a dynamic duo until we get more scrubs.... Genins, that's what I meant, genins.

Appearance: Wears black clothing, with a few pockets for weapons and such. Dark Brown hair, and when not using Shinime, her eyes are a dark blue. Her scythe is strapped to her back. She has deathly white skin.



Personality:She is shy, and awkward. She has no friends, making her unable to speak regularly to anyone. Knowing her parents were killed, but not much else, she has a particular hatred for thieves and such, and seeing such an act will cause her to go into a rage, that almost seems like it's not her being controlled by it. Afterward, she feels horrible, and secludes herself.



History: 15 years ago
Akira's mother and father lived in a poor village, they were the only people of the Kurokima clan in this village, and even they knew nothing about their past, so they lived their lives normally. The leader of the village had angered an organization of thieves and robbers, by denying them the gold they requested. They were destined to be destroyed from that moment, but he didn't want to go out without a fight. That night Akira's mother went into labour, and her father was forced to stay inside instead of joining the pitiful battalion that their leader had gathered. The robbers suddenly poured in like a flood, they were extremely outnumbered, and only a few minutes after Akira was born, her parents were slaughtered. They swarmed around her, the last living person in the village. And naturally, she started crying. Then her eyes flashes completely light green, and skeletons began to climb out of the ground.
Days later, a group of ninja's found her. There was a shadowy figure with a black and red scythe beside her. The figure set it beside her, and disappeared.

Very agile, Although not particularly good at using her scythe yet. While using it she is very clumsy, but when threatened, there is an unknown force that moves her to (sometimes just barely) block any fatal blow.

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Shinime (Shee-Nee-May)
Translation: Death Eyes.
Clan: Unknown
Description: 3 stages, it is almost completely unheard of, or simply thought of as a myth.

Regular eyes
Pre-stage: Shinime is turned on at random, causing those that look into them to feel slightly scared. This is why most people that have this Kekkei Genkai are shunned and ignored. Later on in this stage, (around the age of a teen) The begin to be able to summon and control average sized animal skeletons, like small wild cats, and sometimes wolves (5 at the most) or a weak skeletal ninja.
1st: Eyes turn into a bright shade of green, looking directly into them can make someone feel slight grief. Skeletons can be summoned at will, without the use of jutsu.
2nd: The eye has a more vibrant green color. Can manipulate the shadows around them. Looking into them can cause one to feel deeply depressed. More Skeleton animals and soldiers can be summoned at will, in a greater quantity.
3rd: Almost nothing is known, legend says that the eyes go completely green (Even the white on the outside) and shadows can be made from nothing, even turning themselves into shadows and being able to move freely without being seen in regular shadows. Whole battalions of skeletons can be summoned, and looking into them, Users can make someone feel anything. Hatred, fear, anger. Some people say that only when enraged, especially at a young age, can this stage be unlocked. But other see this for how it really is. A pretty damn scary stage that is unlocked through training.

First I want to say : Welcome. And thanks for creating a CS. I'll review it right now. :)

Even thought I find the character interesting, I am not sure if an infant is really able to call upon skeletons and such. Think the KG is also a bit out of balance. What kind of skeletal ninja can she summon? Does it have any special abilities? I am against that she can summon groups of 'soldiers' etc. As well manipulating the shadows. Think I need to say we have a kind of unwritten rule ( we really to make it a written one) that we don't allow resurrection in any kind of form.

So I wish to consult that you might change your KG into something else?
As for your Jutsu, they are both A ranked, while starting genins are only allowed to start with a max of two C ranked jutsu and an additional of four D ranked jutsu. Of course they will know the Academy Jutsu, as that is generic to everybody. :)
That and genin are only allowed to have small summons. Want to say that too. Besides, colossal is likely at the size of a Tailed Beast. So I can't accept that as well.

If you would like some help from me to form up an acceptable CS, I wouldn't mind to give some pointers in the right direction to help you out a bit.

Any word from Gowl? I sent a pm to them yesterday and I know that they posted on different threads today which means they should have been online to look at the message.
Basically...does anyone have any idea if Gowl is in or out? I'll wait to post if they are still in but if they're gone then I will get to posting.

4. the sensory transmission is for the summon. when the summon is tracking something he can link with the wolf and share the experience. thats the only way he uses it.

2. I am not sure about the technique. If you only limit to controlling your own water, then I am fine with it. With that of others? Not really. That is what I am a bit unsure about.

4. Sounds reasonable, but a limited range would be something I would like to see. Lets say around 500 meters? Not too far, but still enough to give some advantage.

2. hmm ok I can do that. it might work better that way actually with the water chakra release skill. I believe the technique uses naturally present water and moisture. but using only my own water could be just as useful.

4. It only works via Physical contact. I have to be touching him. but since I plan to ride him thats not an issue.

am not sure about the dojutsu. At a point it can see vibrations and chakra, fine by me, but am against seeing every little vibration. The limit I would accept is around Stage 2. Stage 3 in overall is something I wouldn't really accept. Also, how good is it with seeing chakra? Can it just see chakra sources/signatures? Or can it like the sharingan see/predicts its movement? Would you clear that more out, please?

I will work on those changes on saturday, as I'm working all day tomorrow and then have an early start on saturday and will be home doing nothing for the rest of the evening.

Yes...yes you can. You can find the character sheet template on the first page. Don't forget to read the rules and what not. As for squad openings there are tons. Right now most of all we are looking for ninjas for Kumo, Kiri, and Amega.
Keep in mind that everyone must start out with a genin no matter what.

Kumogakure has been liberated in the current IC already by more than two years. That means if they are in the small town for two years. Doubt that the Raikage would let a jounin goof around for two years. If, I repeat if, I were the Raikage, that would be highly unacceptable. But that is just me.

Also Hagura, weren't you the one that had gained the right to copy the OOC and started it off on another site?
But like Gamer said, there are enough openings jump in. But a genin is the first character you need to create.
