Everything that's set in stone is that the league was formed 15 years ago and that the JL and Titans both exist. Anything is malleable. You make a cool addition in your character, it's canon. I've got some baseline ideas I'll use depending on what you guys do.

So, yeah. Most of it will come in the ooc.
