I don't think its too late. We only have about 4 characters. Plenty of space for new muscle, and a bunch of other stuff within the gang. Not to mention you can chose to play a rival gang or a lawman/bounty hunter as well. Take your pick.

@Kiragan_Natsuki I have never heard of Sadie Adler (just looked her up right now). I have never played a western video game but grew up watching all the John Wayne movies... Tombstone... etc. I have always wanted to write in a Western RPG (or at minimum, Westworld), thus I hopped on. I actually started to do a copy of the kid from True Grit, but decided I would rather play an adult... and that is how my story morphed into what it is. I am going to finish up the last bit and then will be ready to go!
