@Melodious, are you okay with Lash popping in?

What's the nature of the battlefield itself? Because even if it's some Matrix-esque place, that would work, since one of the Wither biomorphs can directly interface with technology. Actually, as long as it's not just the empty void, it could work, considering Wither resilience (I'll attach the sheet explaining the species and character)

It’s a physical location; my digital chars just have a way to materialize there. It’s behind a one-way barrier so you can enter, but you can’t leave. The storm is causing massive spacial distortion, so that’s a danger factor right now.

That's not the worst of problems. Lash doesn't care about his people (no Wither in charge does) and knows that even if he loses everything he sends in, the sheer creation rate of the Withers would easily outstrip that. Heck, since he's so sadistic, he'll probably take some joy from sending someone to retrieve you from the storm just for you to realize that you're still just as trapped as before.

He’ll have to take down Nemid in the process to get rid of the one-way barrier =P

'Sides, since they're psychic, Lash could have a Technomorph interface with a drone and control it psychically, allowing him to give commands and witness the battle without crossing the barrier. Barring raids for biomass, Lash could have one of his hijacked ships stay above, being fed biomass to produce creatures it can then send down to supplement the growing swarm planetside.

I don’t think he was trying to say that this almighty army was going to show up in the new pond and wipe everything out. Plus, numbers (a la DBZ power levels) don’t end up being all that important on this scale, so it’s all good.

Hopefully not, but whenever I see numbers being brought into anything it's usually been in the hands of powerplayers who think spouting numbers with lots of zeroes somehow makes a feat more impressive, so it's naturally my first thought.

Standing outside the barrier and sending drones is probably a decent strategy, unless Nemid can convert those over to his own power.

Then again, most of my experience also comes from places like powerlisting, where people don't necessarily have the firmest grasp on storytelling.

Your character is basically a demigod, so unless he goes entirely braindead, he shouldn't have much of a problem dealing with whatever infestations pop up. My best bet would be to somehow hide the entirety of the infestation until it basically carpets the place when it finally reveals itself. So just play a little whac-a-mole with the tunnels, and you'll be set.

Question is which character, because Sok is not. Mazius is an actual god, just of a weaker mythological bent, and he's busy atm. Even then you can still kill him. Alna is the major threat in that group, namely because of how powerful his magic is. And Alna isn't even my character, he belongs to Dark Cloud.

Besides, none of what you mentioned has anything to do with any of my characters nor what I actually said.

Oh wait no, I thought you were Nemid. I honestly don't think Lash'll bother with you.

Ah, well no worries then. As for Nemid, well I'm not exactly sure of his capabilities. So far he's proven to be hard to kill. Somehow.

Heck, he might even help you if it means Nemid goes down faster. Though he'll turn on you the moment he no longer needs you.

Well in that case I wish him luck, because if I stick with Sok it might be actual irl years of him gaining new abilities before I finally have him face off against Nemid, assuming everyone else is still here and he's still a major threat by that point, so it won't be an easy fight.

And we can just say that Lash has someone maintain the siege and undermine Nemid so Lash'll be available for other interactions, because that sounds tedious.
