“Trust me. I don’t like the idea of leaving them, either…”, Dean muttered as the hotel got smaller in his rearview mirror and they headed West. He was very jumpy, finally pulling his gun out of his pants with a bit of effort while trying to keep the car straight on the road. He sat it on the seat beside him, with the safety on, the top of the slide resting against his thigh.

“Judging by how many different rooms seemed to be buzzing and how much blood there was, this was a nest attack. I wouldn’t have wanted to take them with two fully able people, much less the state that we’re in.”, he continued to explain, possibly more to himself than Mika.

He wanted to put as much road between them and the hotel as possible, but he also knew that with his head injury that it wasn’t the brightest idea to drive all the way to Sioux Falls at this very moment.

Not to mention, he had a lot to say to Bobby, and the only way to get it all out before Bobby tried to beat his ass over Mika’s leg was to ambush him mid afternoon, right before he started day drinking.

“So, survived being manhandled by a ghost, and now you’ve survived a nest of vampires with a gimp leg. What’s next, Disneyland?”, he joked, trying to lighten the mood and ease his own pounding heart. He had just realized he was still panicking, even though they were safe. Knowing Mika was basically bait scared the crap out of him.

The fact that Dean didn't like the idea of leaving the innocent people behind either was of some relief to Mika. It meant to her that her wave of compassion for others was valid and not a case of her heart getting in the way of the job. She noticed him constsntly looking in the rear view mirror to make sure they were getting out without being followed and when she looked herself, she felt happy enough to sit up a bit more and not lay low in the passenger seat so much.

Even if his words were more for his own benefit to justify his actions, Mika did get some relief out of them also. She knew he was right and there would be no way they could help those people in their state, and with the state of her leg injury, even bandaged and stitched up, she would be an easy target and easy to smell out to a vampire. Even if she had the right bullets already in her gun's chamber and magazine, she wouldn't be able to hold them off long enough to survive if she stayed in that room on the bed.

He wasn't the only one who knew him driving in his state all the way to Souix Falls was a bad idea, but they could at least drive to the next nearest area and hold up there for now. She hated not being able to drive herself but she knew if she tried to drive on her leg she would cause herself a lot worse damage than she already had. It also meant neither of them had to deal with drunk Bobby, she certainly didn't deal with him being drunkenly angry at them both and then turning into overprotective Uncle mode.

At Dean's joke she sniggered and smirked, glancing at him before looking on ahead again, "if you're paying" she quipped back jokingly. She was just coming down from the worry but it was still there, knowing that when he went out there to see what was going on on his own, he could have been attacked easily and she would have been oblivious until their room got attacked. Sure. She was terrified at the fact she could have been easily taken out but the idea of losing Dean scared her even more. They really were each other's weak point which was dangerous and worrying.

Dean laughed a bit, his smile reaching his eyes when Mika joked with him. His body was beginning to calm as he drove, his shoulders coming down from the tension. He needed a beer, or some whiskey. He was no longer in the mood to just sleep off what had happened to them. There was way too much adrenaline, and excitement flowing through his blood.

“After we find a hotel or something, I wanna get a beer. We might have to jack you a wheel chair…”, he joked on, thinking about how much Mika would hate being wheeled around. He already had a feeling she hated him carrying her to the car, but they didn’t have a choice, anyway.

Once Dean saw streetlights, realizing they were headed toward down town, he slowed down the car, passing all of the small businesses along the way. Everything was closed, other than a gas n’ sip and an attached hotel wedged between two boutiques.

“And I think you’re going to stay in style, tonight.”, he started, pulling into the parking garage, and driving up the ramp to find a parking spot, “I don’t normally go for hotels like this, but this should be pretty vamp proof. The doors lock from the inside.”

Pulling into a parking spot, he stopped the car and put it into park, “If you want, I can go up and get our room, and come get you…or I can grab one of those wheel chairs beside the elevator and a blanket. Your call."

Mika noticed the calm start to come onto Dean as she joked with him about the trip to Disneyland and it made her glad that even in these times, she could still have that kind of impact on him. Like him, she was now far from feeling tired and was suddenly internally feeling thankful she didn't fall asleep against him in the motel room after all.

The idea of getting a beer once they've found somewhere safe to hold up sounded like the ebay idea she had heard all night and one they very much could agree on. Yet the mention of having to get her a wheelchair made her grimace disapprovingly as she was so used to being independent and not needing aid to just get around. Yet she knew she couldn't rely on Dean carrying her everywhere either and it wasn't the most comfortable mode of 'transport'.

"urgh, you got a point there. If it means I can get a beer I guess I'll have to accept being wheeled around" she grumbled. "even though you got that bottle of whiskey from Bobby's technically" she also pointed out, but right now a beer sounded much more appealing to her. She looked out the window as she saw where they were reaching and what the town looked like before they came across a proper hotel that looked a lot nicer than their usual choices, but that also meant they would be no doubt more safe there and this place possibly having its own bar. Or at least one a lot closer than the shabby motels they've stayed in.

She nodded at his words, watching him pull in and nab a parking spot. "may as well grab the rentable wheelchairs over there and FYI, grab yourself a shirt before checking in. This place looks like they'll look down on someone walking in topless and a scraped up patch dup back" she replied with a smirk. "at least shove a hoodie on that's on the back seat" she suggested, knowing she always kept one on the back seat for emergencies and she knew it'd fit Dean as it wa spurposely bought to be far too big on her.

Dean’s eyes lit up as he realized he had a pretty stiff drink in the back of the car. He hadn’t even remembered the bottle of whiskey since they left Sioux Falls. He had to admit that while he would rather be in a bar, mingling with people to try and take his mind off the job, he wanted to be safe, for Mika’s sake.

“I think I’ll do both…”, he muttered, glancing over at her with a small smile. He knew she would probably agree to a cold beer after all the trouble. He stared off toward the elevator at the wheel chairs that sat by the doors and nodded to her, until she mentioned he was shirtless. As if he had forgotten, he patted his bare chest and laughed.

“I don’t know…it might get us a discount.”, he laughed, wiggling his eyebrows as she reached his long arm into the back seat and reached around for the hoodie. His hand finally landed on fabric and he pulled it toward him, slipping his arms into the hole and throwing it over his head, his sore abs flexing when he did so.

He pulled it to rest around his waist, noting how weird it was to wear a hoodie, as he was used to denim and t-shirts, with the occasional leather jacket thrown in.

“I’ll be right back…”, he said with a smile, opening the door. He left the door open as he ran over to the elevator, grabbing the house wheel chair and bringing it over to the passenger side. He parked it near the back of the car, and opened her door, “Do you need help?”

The way Dean's eyes lit up when she mentioned the bottle of whiskey he had managed to bargain out of Bobby before they left Souix Falls told her he had completely forgotten about it which she equally wasn't entirely surprised by, but also highly amused by it. 'Only Dean could forget he bargained himself a bottle of whiskey' she thought to herself. She would love nothing more than to go to a bar with Dean but if she was going to agree to being in a wheelchair and currently in her lounge short shorts, she figured it was not the best idea to possibly not be in a bar and look like someone who was weak and easy.

She smiled back at him when he said he would gladly drink both drinks and nodded, letting him glance over at the wheelchairs by the elevator before he patted his bare chest making her smirk and roll her eyes at him. "You are something else Dean Winchester" she said back at him in an amused manner, lightly shaking her head as he reached round and grabbed the hoodie she always kept in the car. She knew he wasn't a massive hoodie wearer, nor was she but sometimes it was useful to have as a quick warm layer to wear when it was required, especially if she ever had to sleep in her car.

She let him get out the car after he put the hoodie on, very much enjoying the sight as he did so and watched him jog over to the wheelchair and bring it over to her car. As he placed it just behind the car after getting it she sighed and mentally prepared herself to getting out the car and getting to it. With him opening the door she glanced at him, "I think I got this" she replied, slowly swinging her legs out of the car one at a time, wincing and hissing as she moved her bad leg. Putting most of her weight on her good leg, anchored herself by placing her hand ontop of the car door and side of the car to push herself upright which made her still whimper in pain a bunch of profanities as she did so.

Deciding to lift her bad leg's foot off the ground, she kept ahold of the car and slowly hopped to the wheelchair, turning herself round and sat down in the chair. "Bloody bollocks that hurts like a bitch" she grumbled.

Dean sighed and rolled his eyes at her insistence on getting out of the car herself. He knew she probably couldn’t put much, if any weight on that wounded leg, and he stayed close to her. He held an arm out, ready to catch her if she was to fall or find too much pain.

As she cursed her leg, he rolled his eyes once more, seriously wanting to grab her arms or at least her waist as she made the decisions that finally ended with her in the wheelchair. He scoffed, “Don’t ask for help. No. That’s not Mika’s thing…”

As he made fun of her, he waved his hands around. He then looked at her with sympathy, squatting down in front of her and placing both his hands on her thighs. He wanted to make sure she was good before they went to check in. Being here, in a hotel that was normally pretty overpriced for a hunter, he knew they were safe. They weren’t in a hurry, really. He quickly rubbed her thigh, before making eye contact with her, “Are you good? You didn’t pop a stitch, did you?”

He smiled warmly, his eyes scanning to find her mental state.

Dean's eye roll didn't go amiss on Mika when she first started getting out the car herself, but she didn't brush him off when he stayed close by incase she fell, which she was secretly grateful for as she knew if he wasn't nearby and she fell, she would be just be an emotional wreck on the floor out of frustration. When he teased her by being sarcastic and snarky in a playful manner, she gave him dagger eyes for it, but there was no malice in them to show she truly meant the stern look.

She looked at him back when he looked at her with sympathy, and she didn't know whether to be thankful for the sympathy or annoyed by it. She wasn't one for accepting looks of pity and in so many ways this busted leg of hers was nothing compared to other injuries, but this time it was different. She didn't NEED to deal with this alone and crawl her way back to Bobby. She had Dean, she had support. She just had to learn to get used to having it and accepting it, even if her ego wouldn't allow it.

She sighed as he squatted down in front of her and rubbed her thighs with his thumbs. Nodding in reply to his question she took a couple of deep breaths before answering him, "I'm good. I don't think so no, it doesn't feel like it". "I just...really need alcohol and a comfortable bed" she smirked, trying to keep the mood light as she ran a hand through her hair, brushing it up and back away from her face. "So lets get checked in. Can use my card if you want this time round, my wallet is in the glove compartment" she told him.

Dean kept his look on his face, watching her eyes as she told him that she felt she had managed to keep all her stitches. He was making sure that she was truly okay, and not lying to him to make him feel better. However, when she mentioned the comfortable beds of the hotel and alcohol, he smiled, “I feel ya there. Let’s go. I just gotta grab our stuff…”

He stood, leaning into the car and rummaging in the glove box, finding her wallet. He handed it to her carefully, before shutting the passenger door, and running around to the back. He popped the trunk and grabbed the blanket he had promised her, to cover her legs. Since she hadn’t been able to take a shower, he figured the blood covering her legs might be a bit jarring for some of the patrons. He smirked at the thought.

“Here. Throw this over your legs…”, he started, laying the blanket on her lap, as he opened the passenger door again, grabbing their bags. He dropped them on the ground and grabbed his half torn jacket from the seat as well, making a mental note that he would need to grab a new one. He held it out to her, kicking the door shut with his heel, “And you can put this on. Might help cover some of the blood. I got a little luckier than you did, on that side.”

“Now…”, he said brightly, clapping his hands, “Let’s go enjoy some luxury…and locking doors.”

He ran around behind her, letting the brakes off the wheel chair and pushing her toward the elevator. They were already getting a few stares from the swankier people in the parking garage, but considering the reason they were here, he didn’t care much. He pressed the button on the elevator and waited patiently.

As soon as the elevator came, he wheeled Mika in, using her chair to block the door from the others entering, and hit the lobby button. He laughed a bit at the groans that came from the other side of the door as the door shut and the elevator rose what felt like five feet, to the lobby and the doors opened once again.

“Good evening, sir. Checking in?”, a bell boy asked him, trying to take his bag from his shoulder. Dean stared the man down, not saying a word until he backed up a bit. He then pushed Mika past the man and to the desk.

“One room please.”, he muttered to the woman at the desk, putting on his best ‘sexy drifter’ face. The woman bit her lip and smirked at him, typing on her computer. She didn’t ask for a card, or an ID. She simply handed him a key card, and a slip of paper with her phone number and a small note, twirling her hair on her finger, “Oh…um. Thank you, Raven. That’s a beautiful name.”

“My shift is over in an hour…”, she muttered, before turning away from him, which caused his eyebrows to raise. He slowly turned from her, and back to Mika, his peppy look fading as his eyes met hers.

“Her shift is over in an hour…and she forgot to charge me!”, he said proudly, his tongue between his teeth as he ran around behind her again, and pushed her toward the corridor to their room.

Mika nodded, letting him get up onto his feet again and grab their belongings as well as her wallet from the glove box so she can pay for the room this time round. She knew it would probably cripple her financially for a while but she didn't care. As he grabbed her the blanket she always kept in the trunk, she let him hand the blanket to her, then took it from he rlap to shake it out a bit so she could cover her legs, realising now she was still pretty much bare foot apart from some trainer socks on her feet as well, now realising fully why her legs and feet were starting to feel cold, even if that wasn't the primary reason for having a blanket. "thanks" she replied, thinking how now she was in a wheelchair and with the addition of the blanket, she looked even more like someone who probably hadn't long left hospital or someone who needed a carer.

Looking up at him as he handed her his jacket, she couldn't help but smile as he made the remark he did as it was true. Taking it from him, she slipped her arms inside his jacket, pulling it right across her as it partially swamped her small frame. Despite being battered and ripped in places, she felt a great amount of comfort from wearing it, smelling Dean on it.

As much as she hated relying on someone else to get her around, she let Dean push her in the chair, noting the looks they were getting from the other people in the parking lot, but like Dean, she didn't care. They barely escaped their hunt and other motel with their lives and right now, all things considered those other people could have been looking at much worse. She did however manage to refrain from making some snarky look and gesture at them all as they passes, thinking it was quite an achievement for her.

As Dean smartly used her as the blockade to stop anyone else coming inside, she felt rather glad that he did such a thing, sniggering also when she heard the groans. She kept the smug look on her face as the doors eventually opened again and he wheeled her into the lobby when a bellboy seemed to ask to take their bags, which even she shook her head at the offer. "we got this..thanks" she commented as Dean's look made the poor kid saunter off.

The moment she saw it was a female behind the desk, she got reminded of the last woman at the last motel and how he treated, internally groaning to herself as she braced herself for a possible moment of another woman flirting with him. The face he put on for her didn't go amiss either and she couldn't help but put her head in her hand, rubbing her temple as she did so. She looked up at Dean as she saw him turn away from the girl whose name was Raven and looked back down at her.

"mmhm.." she simply replied, "shame her generosity doesn't come with class though, hitting on another woman's partner" she grumbled, as she got pushed down the corridor to their room making it clear she trusted him in her tone. "let's just get to our room so we can get drunk and curl up in bed" she said, trying to change the subject.

Dean rolled his eyes at Mika being grumpy about the free room. He pushed her down the corridor as people watched them, narrowing their eyes as they passed. He decided to defend the woman at the counter, knowing that doing so could go terribly wrong, “I don’t think she saw you. And for people like these? I’m exciting.”

He gave a small chuckle, and also a questioning look down the corridor as he thought over how weird it was that rich people found him so interesting. He had to admit that it was probably the “good girl/bad guy” trope come to life. Shaking the questions from his mind, he reached the door of their room.

“Here we go, madam…”, he quipped, sliding the key card into the door and shoving it open. The light came on automatically, showing that they not only had a king bed, but they had a whole suite to themselves. The room was massive, sporting a jacuzzi tub, a king sized bed, and a whole living room, “Whoa…and all this on account of being a fixer upper? There are chocolates on the pillows!"

He rolled Mika inside, parking the wheelchair near the couch, in case she wanted to try and transfer. Though, he had plans to help her, as soon as he was finished checking the room out. He felt too dirty for the white sheets, and stainless steel sinks. He touched anything he picked up with two fingers, making sure to not smudge the shine on anything in the room.

Deep down Mika thought that Dean was probably right and it very well could have been a case of the woman not seeing her, but her own insecurities stopped her from openly telling him he was probably right. Instead she just let him continue thinking of her as possessive and jealous. She looked around as she suddenly noticed everyone else who in the nearby area as they headed to their room, as well as thinking about the possibility of rich people find g Dean interesting. "they probably can't work out what our deal is considering I'm temporarily in this damn chair" she smirked, perking up slightly.

As they reached their room, she let Dean swipe the card, feeling more used to being given traditional keys at the grubby motels they usually went for. Yet when they got inside she went wide eyed and saw the sheer extravagance of the room making her wonder if the woman purposely gave Dean the honeymoon suite or something. "this room is insane. Sure she didn't give you the honeymoon suite?!" she asked him, the shock still evident in her voice as he placed her next to the couch and he walked round checking rhe room out.

"guess we got a great bathroom to freshen up in?!" she asked, calling through as she noted he seemed to be in the en suite bathroom area. She was desperate to get on the couch but it did almost too clean for her to put her bloodied legs on it, so stayed in the chair for the time being. At the sound of there being chocolates on the bed she instantly wanted them, "bring the chocolates out! Think I deserve some!" she called out, pulling her blanket off her legs and placing on the arm rest of the couch whilst removing the bags off the back of the wheelchair placing them on the ground, but not before rummaging for her phone where she proceeded to take a few snaps of the room as proof they really did stay in such a place.

Dean shrugged his shoulders as he ran back into the main room, honestly not knowing what the honeymoon suite would look like in a place like this. He figured if she had booked him the honeymoon suite, it was in hopes that he would call her up, when she was off her shift. But he wouldn’t dare say that out loud, with Mika being as jealous as she tended to be. Snatching the chocolates off the bed, left the bedroom.

He ran into the bathroom, checking it out and laughing loudly, “The toilet is in a separate room from this huge ass shower! You could fit like five people in here, and there’s a seat.”

Running back into the main room, where she was sitting, he held up the chocolates and smiled, “We’re living like royalty tonight, baby! Bobby would be so pissed if he saw this room. I don’t think we ever stayed in anything this nice. Silver lining to all of this. I take back anything bad I’ve ever said about Minnesota…”

He laughed loudly once again, walking over to the jacuzzi tub that sat next to the bed, his instinct telling him to climb in. Instead, he turned on the water to make sure it worked, and then turned it back off and turned to Mika with a bright smile, “You have stitches, so you can’t take a full bath, but I’m going swimming in here, later. You can watch.”

He waggled his eyebrows, realizing that they didn’t have a lot of fresh clothes left, considering how wet their bags had gotten. An idea popped into his head, and he turned to the phone, staring at it.

“Think they would bring us clothes?”

Mika had already thought of the possibility that if this was the honeymoon suite then the Raven girl definitely did it in hopes of getting laid with Dean, but for her own sanity she had to rapidly shake those thoughts from her mind and instead think of her being here WITH Dean to be the ultimate karma and 'fuck you' to the receptionist for just assuming he was there alone and giving away an incredibly expensive room for free for the night. She also could t help but wonder if that said girl saw him wheeling her to the room.

She laughed at his childlike fascination and amazement of everything he was finding finding it incredibly endearing and contagious as it was making her happier over everything. When he came back to her in the main ro, she reached duo for the chocolates and laughed, nodding in agreement. "oh he definitely would go berserk over this, but consider it karma for him making us do the hunt that screwed us over massively."she smirked, unwrapping one of the chocolates, popping it into her mouth and making a loud noise of satisfaction." Holy shit that's good chocolate" she mumbled.

She watched him walk over to the jacuzzi and test the water before declaring she wasn't to go in but he certainly was later which made her give him playful dagger eyes. "I can keep my leg out of the bath to freshen up" she countered. At the question about the clothes she had to wonder about it herself. "dunno, hard to say. Worst case they might have a laundry room where they could tumble dry our clothes that got wet? Might be worth seeing either way" she replied. If not they'd have to pull out what clothes they did have and air them out in the bathroom so they were wearable in the morning.

"can find out if they have a bar or room service to bring much beer as well" she told him.

Dean laughed at her telling him she was going to wash up in the bath one way or another. He had figured that would be her answer. He looked up at the ceiling, thinking about their options for getting clothing. As an idea clicked, he walked quickly over to the phone, snatching a piece of chocolate from Mika’s lap. As he unwrapped it and popped it into his mouth, he also groaned, “Oh god. Can we just live here?”

He picked up the phone while chewing, and dialed the front desk, almost relieved to get a male on the phone.

“Front desk!”, the man said cheerfully, as Dean swallowed his mouthful of chocolate.

“Hey, man. Do you guys do laundry or anything? And does your bar deliver?”, he asked the man on the phone, looking around the room to make sure there wasn’t a hidden beer keg somewhere. The man paused, and then Dean could hear a smile in his voice.

“Certainly. I’ll send someone up. Just place your clothing in the bag we have left in the closet, and we’ll get that laundered and returned to you in a couple of hours. As for the beer, how many bottles would you prefer?”, the man asked, clacking on his keyboard. Dean smiled, and clapped a hand on his thigh.

“A dozen should do.”, he answered, hearing the man gasp lightly, “We had a long drive. So, I’m thinking a good night cap, you know?”

“Um, certainly, sir. We’ll be right up with that.”

“Thank you.”, Dean said brightly, slamming the phone down on the receiver. He turned to Mika, smiling just as brightly, and then ran to the closet to grab the laundry bag. As he grabbed it, he also grabbed both bath robes that hung on a hook in the closet, holding them up, “LOOK AT THIS! And there’s slippers!”

As he nabbed a piece of chocolate from her lap she gave him a playful grumpy scowl, not all that different to when a child when they get some of their candy stolen from a parent, before smiling again as he clearly agreed that the chocolate was something else. "Fine with me!" she beamed back with a soft chuckle, as he went to the phone and called for the front desk.

She unwrapped another chocolate, not hesitating to eat it, but trying so hard not to groan in sheer joy at the taste again whilst he was on the phone. As he spoke and put in their order for a fair bit of alcohol for the two of them, she tested if she could get out the chair on her own by carefully puttng her feet onto the floor and off the footrests, and went to push herself up onto her feet but winced and sat back down.

She glanced over at him when he put the phone down and smiled back, always finding that when he smiled brightly at her she couldn't not not smile back. She chuckled warmly at him running around to grab the laundry bag from the closet then bringing out the robes and matching slippers on the hanger. "Dayum!! They really go all out in this room!" she said with great surprise and being impressed at the same time. "If we can pinch those in the morning we so are. I bet they're super cosy!" she commented.

"Is it bad that I'm kinda glad the vamps drove us out of that grubby motel?" she asked him, "DOn't suppose you wanna give me a hand getting out of this chair and onto a more comfortable couch?" she then checked with him.

Dean brought the robes over to the bed, and laid them at the foot. He unfolded the laundry bag afterward, and smiled, “Oh we are definitely snatching those in the morning…”

He stepped over beside her, bending at her request to help her out of the wheel chair. He noticed that one of the “bags” he had brought in with them was the tied up bath towel from the other hotel, full of various pieces of weapons and first aid supplies. He smirked at how ironic it was to have it in this swanky hotel. But he unfolded it, and dumped everything out on the bed, before laying it across the couch for Mika to sit on.

Dean turned to her with a smile, slipping his arm under her legs, while throwing her arm over his shoulders. He placed her gently on the couch, running his hands down her legs to her ankles, lifting them onto the foot stool in front of her, “There you go, princess. I have never been happier with a life or death decision than I am right now. We deserve this…”

He smiled, leaning in to give her a long kiss. He then sat the laundry bag on her lap.

“And you can do laundry, while I run us a bath…”

Mika was glad that she wasn't the only one thinking about stealing the robes before they checked out in the morning and left to head back to Bobby's. Oh Bobby's....her home, her home that she still considered and called just 'Bobby's'. The dank home that she cherished massively but would feel like an utter shithole after staying in this hotel room, a room that felt like an entire apartment in it's own right.

When he agreed to help her out of the wheelchair, she gladly draped her arm over him, and held on when he lifted her up and placed her gently on the couch. "Thanks handsome" she smiled as he ran his hands down her legs completely unecessarily just to put her feet on the foot stool. She certainly didn't complain in the slightest and knew if she didn't have such a banged up leg, and he wasn't banged up as well she would have refused to let him leave on just the long kiss.

As he kissed her, she kissed him back, trying to make it linger as long as she possibly could before he pulled away and she slowly opened her eyes again smiling. Sighing but not letting her smile drop, she looked down at the laundry bag dumped on her lap. "Cheeky sod, but deal" she replied to him and leaned forward to grab their bags, hoisting them onto the couch beside her so she could easily grab their remaining clothes and put them in the laundry bag.

"It's gonna be a shame to leave this place in the morning to then be at Bobby's" she called through to him, smirking to herself. She partly wanted to say that if his good looks got them this level of rooms every time, then she would let the women flirting with him slide, but she didn't want to give him ideas and so she kept that thought to herself.

Dean smirked at her response to the laundry bag being dumped on her lap. He knew that she would react that way, but it amused him nonetheless. Sitting on the edge of the bath, he pulled the plug into the drain and turned the water on, holding his hand under the faucet to test the temperature before turning back to her with his eyebrows raised, “Yeah it’s going to be a struggle. I haven’t lived like this in my entire life…and I didn’t even have to sleep with anyone?”

He raised his hands, as if he had met his ‘aha!’ moment in life. He had to think that maybe it was because he didn’t have Sam with him, or that they had never honestly tried to get into anything too nice, in case they messed anything up. If he could get these rooms on sheer look alone, or a bit of a flirt, maybe they should try every time they went out.

“We ought to try this more often.”, he quipped, smiling proudly, “I can smile and talk up the desk clerk. You can do the same at the cafe, and voila! Free room. Free food. Free beer. All because we’re sexy.”

He laughed, standing from the tub and stretching, “Hopefully they hurry with those beers. I’m ready to jump in.”

He was visibly in a better mood, despite leaving an entire hotel of people to die. There was something about this place that just…spiked his dopamine. He almost wanted to call Bobby, now, and brag to him about the digs. But, he knew that it would be easier to tell him after they were no longer enjoying the luxury.

It didn't take Mika too long to find all their laundry and get it put into the bag, closing it up and putting it on the floor ready for Dean to give it to the clerk who would come and retrieve it. She smiled listening to his words, knowing she hadn't ever lived quite this herself. Sure her old family home with her parents was nice, but it was just like any other home on her old street. It wasn't luxurious like this but it was homely. The comfortable couch alone made her miss her old home but knew that over the years a brand new family moved in after it was put up for sale which just made her all the more thankful she managed to crawl all the way to Bobby's so he could raise her.

THe remark about not having to sleep with anyone to get the room makde her chuckle as it was such a typical comment for him to make and as much as she owuld love to deny it, had to admit that it was indeed true. "So true! And besides, you don't need to sleep with anyone when you got me!" she quipped smugly.

"haha It'd certainly make for an interesting time to see how many places we'd accomplish it in!" she chuckled at his idea of trying it elsewhere in the future. "I'm hoping they'll hurry as well" she called through, noting how much of a better he was in since arriving in the room and she couldn't blame him, the room was making her mood rise as well. It was almost impossible to not feel better in this place.

Then moments after there was a knock on the door, "Dean, think they've arrived!" She said, knowing she would go to the door herself but if she did she would only fall flat on her face and rip a stitch for sure. She hated that she was so reliant on Dean but there wasn't much she could do about it.
