.....You do realize that that isn't in Squad six division right? They focus on handling and jailing Shinigami breaking the law.

Squad 3, 7, 8, 10, 13, and 11 are the Squads more suitable for attacks on the Seireitei and the districts. Hence why Kurisa said they'd go if Squad six was needed o.O

But if you wanna leave, then I mean....Bye? O.o

Like the captain himself said to stay and continue, but you could have easily made your character ignore said order and go fight. Like if you dont want to join squad six by all means don't. But don't go quitting cause some get confused as to why.

Let me come back to this when my head is a little more clear. Sorry there's a lot of heavy shit on my mind right now.
