We'll just say her shoulder would is open again. It won't be healed by his magic since it's a bad would, and her lungs are a bit bruised. Is that ok?

Zi did heal Bee, yes. Logic would have it that he would only half heal her, unless the magic/acid used was enchanted by another or pure healing magic. Perhaps the blood loss would stop, metal melt, etc. But bruising and such logically wouldn't be healed.
