Bee stood in front of the party house that she would soon be entering to do another one of her dance and singing routines. She was nervous, it showed because her tail and mane thing changed colors on her emotions, right now they where a light green color. Nervous. She was always nervous before shows, mostly because there was always that one person who booed her or threw stuff at her, which is when her bodyguards had to intervene so things didn't get out of hand. She had even been shot once, but that was before she even had a bodyguard.

She nervously entered the party house and was instantly crowded with lots of people asking for autographs. She was very popular because of her singing and because she was one of the few that actually was born in this city, Nightlight city.

Zi stayed close to Bee, batting away a few who were a little too eager to get attention. He was in his more casual outfit, but needless to say, he could still pack a punch if things got out of hand. He glanced around for Richter, wondering where in the world he was. Of course, he would do his job and nothing more. It wasn't his job to hunt for a slacking guard. The acid mage could do his job himself. He wouldn't speak the entire time unless he needed to issue a threat for Bee's safety. Even then... one never knew what the night would hold.
Deaik Sotto had decided to attend the party, knowing Bee would be in attendance. He'd been following Bee for as long as she'd had the key. He was in a fancier suit tonight as opposed to his more civil clothes. He flirted with a few girls but hung back from those crowding Bee. He wasn't a push-over. His mind was only for the key.

Richter was just down the street gathering intel about the place Bee was heading. From what he could gather from the street tough, the place shouldn’t have anything crazy going down. Just as well he thought, less work and more pay for me. Realizing the time of day, he straightened his jacket and made his way over. It was a big property and he noticed some upper floor balconies, he kept in mind for when plans went amiss. Finally he reached the bouncer, flashed his id and quietly made his entrance. Abruptly he saw his boss Zi with Bee practically glued to his side. Great I’ll receive a tongue lashing, just what I needed… keeping his eyes out for threats, he stepped over to the two, locked eyes with Zi and stepped to Bee’s other side.

Jaden Cassia

Jaden, currently masked as the bouncer, watched Richter enter the building. Perfect. Just two, as usual. My intel was right, He thought, hiding a smile. He was glad he could still shapeshifter after he'd died, or this would have been ten times more difficult. He let a couple more guests in then slipped around the corner and changed into his regular form, his outfit not very nice but nice enough to have been let in by the now-missing bouncer. He had no intentions of causing trouble- this time- but he was here to monitor the security detail and learn as much as possible: weak points, strengths, etc.

Bee told Zi that she was going to go perform now, doing her big song and dance routine, which was amazing as always, she landed and bowed jokingly, her tail and mane golden. Happy. She smiled brightly as she flew over to her bodyguards, looking over at Richter with a frown. "Your late." She pointed out, her tail flicking with a little bit of anger. It wasn't that bad for him to be late but she liked to have as much protection on her as she possibly could, the key was very important to her. More important than her own life. She would let herself be killed before handing the key over to anyone.

Zi's eyes lit on Jaden for only a moment, but he tracked him through the crowd even after his main attention returned to Bee. He gave Richter a glare that clearly meant he'd be speaking to the other guard once they were away from the party. Being late, even with an excuse, was not something Zi had hired Richter for; he'd hired him to do the job, and be on time. I have to keep an eye on that shapeshifter. Don't think he is who he seems, He thought, not letting his thoughts show.
Deaik moved a little closer to Bee and the guards, but still kept his distance. His behaviours were pretty normal for the average party-goer, except he wasn't. He wasn't expecting competition for the key tonight, so perhaps it was a good time to take it. He doubted he would succeed, so he hung back.

Minutes later Richter had a bad feeling, it wasn’t something he could pinpoint exactly but something definitely felt off. Expect the unexpected, like that old man taught me. He narrowed his eyes to scope out what was giving him this feeling… “Your late”, he heard beside him and turned to see his client was miffed. Richter dipped his head briefly in acknowledgement as he glanced her way. “No excuses, won’t happen again.” Hearing Bee planned to perform Richter made to follow but stopped when he caught sight of someone watching them. He waved off Deaik, fully intending for him to clear off the premises.

Jaden watched the second guard join Bee and the other guard. He didn't know many times, but he didn't need to. He'd decided to change his plan after his attention paused on Deaik for a moment. He recognized the man as a threat to his own access to the key. He wove his way over to Deaik, tapping his shoulder lightly.

"Clear off, man," He hissed in Deaik's ear, careful to be heard over the din of the party but not by those around them.

Bee was oblivious to the stuff around her as she went to get a drink to attempt to get drunk or something, as the party's energy was making her head hurt a bit but she always smiled bright, her wings buzzing a little as she flew over to the drinks table, when she sat down a mob seemed to crowd her and she cursed, trying to fly out but unable to, crazy fans.

Zi easily kept pace with her, moving through the crowd. His hand went to his gun, but he most likely wouldn't use it unless the situation absolutely called for it. He sighed, shouting for people to "back it up!" Once he even had to backhand somebody who got just a little too close. He was shameless in doing his job as he pulled Bee to her feet. "We need to leave, Mistress," He told her sternly.
Deaik spooked, spinning around to face Jaden. "What are you on? I don't know you!" He growled, pushing Jaden away. Great. Security and this rando are onto me, He cursed inwardly. This would not end well.

Richter turned away from Deaik, refocusing on more immediate matters. As he saw her head towards the bar. Fantastic nothing worse than a young client than one is also drunk.. He shook his head in annoyance. He rushed over to where she landed and upon noticing the crowd converging, raised his hands and took up a fighting stance. “Look who wants to drop first. I’m not picky.” The crowd got closer as Zi dropped someone who didn’t listen to his commands. One older man with a weird look in his eyes was grabbed by richter lifted over his shoulders and threw bodily away from them. Hearing Zi’s instructions to Bee he was in agreement. “Definitely, I’ll cover our backs.”

Jaden just repeated his warning to clear off before slipping back into the crowd, taking the form of the bouncer as he angled so it appeared he'd come from the door.

"HEY! WHAT'S GOIN' ON HERE?" He demanded loudly, his voice audible over the crowd. His tie wasn't completely straight.

Bee looked at the crowd gathering and managed to fly to the door to the outside of the party, her ears down and tail a worried dark green, her eyes wide as she watched the scene in front of her, things had gotten out of controls so fast.

Zi nodded to Richter to stay by Bee's side. He wanted to speak to the bouncer, having noticed the shapeshifter for who he really was. He made his way over to Jaden and just started the conversation with the most obvious point, and what was slightly bothering him. "You're a shapeshifter." Shapeshifters have always been difficult, and never trustworthy. Trusting him is an awful idea.
Deaik watched the scene play out, hovering away from the crowd and trying not to draw attention to himself.

"Yes. Is there a problem with this?" His tone didn't give away his surprise at being caught. Well. This isn't good... He thought, folding his hands neatly behind his back and glancing in Deaik's direction. He knew Deaik would be a difficult person to deal with, for both the bouncer and for the facade he was putting on when he wasn't acting as the bouncer. I need to get rid of the human. He's an issue I can't afford. If he even tries to cause trouble... He shook his head just a fraction, dismissing his train of thought. He returned his attention to the bodyguard, not wanting to seem suspicious. This wasn't going well.

If the first guard was onto him, Jaden knew it wouldn't be long until they were both onto him. By then, Bee would be too well protected for him to get after. It was a matter of chance now. He slightly hoped Deaik would try something so he could interfere and get into Bee's inner circle. He kept his gaze even with Zi's, not making eye contact but not backing down. No, eye contact was often seen as challenging behavior.

Richter noticed Zi's nod and inclined his head, also in agreement. Then he heard a loud bellow from the entrance and he rolled his eyes What does it look like, we're in the middle of a brawl. He noticed Bee taking off, "Wait don't keep wandering off without a word! How am I supposed to help you if you get yourself lost?", he yelled after her as he stepped smoothly around the people watching Bee's progress to the door.

He wasn't sure what Zi's plan was as he glanced over to see he decided to approach the Bouncer. But as the junior security it wasn't his job to question him, frankly Richter wasn't sure that Zi wanted his help even if his life was in danger.

Finally having reached the outside he caught up with Bee and very lightly placed his hand on her arm. "Ok Bee I need you to look at me. I know I'm the junior guy protecting you, but right now that doesn't matter. Zi is busy taking care of business, so I need you to talk to me and trust me and I promise I will protect you."

Bees ears where down as she clutched the key necklace around her neck, the instinct to protect it made her want to run, her tail and mane multicolored as she watched the people crowd and watch her, some no doubt looking for the key in which she clutched. "We have to get out of here! It doesn't matter about my safety anymore we have to protect the key!" She shouted over the loud noises of the crowd.

Zi sighed, shaking his head. "Not at all. Can you decoy as Bee for me? There's no way we solve this without your help," His request was simple: Shapeshift into Bee and take the heat off the real Bee. It would be difficult to actually pull off, but fans were fans and would fall for anything, right? He had to hope. His eyes lit of Deaik and narrowed. "You notice the human male, right? The scarred one in the suit? Clear him out first," With that, he moved away from Jaden and raised his gun, letting the shot echo. At least he got silence as fear wove its way through the crowd. He pushed past the crowd and moved to Bee's side, issuing only a single order.
"Out. Now."

Jaden froze at the request. Well, yeah. I can. You demanding brat- alright, fine, I'll deal with the person causing me trouble first while you deal with that, He thought in Zi's general direction, shifting his form so he was yet another human male. He approached Deaik, shoving him hard when he reached the human. He was damn good at acting drunk, so he did. Since simply telling Deaik to clear off hadn't worked, he'd just use force instead. He pulled a pocketknife from his pocket but had no intention of using it. His fingers fumbled to open it, failing miserably as he was acting like he was drunk. It was a simple lie for him, considering he often did get drunk.

While this was controversial to his facade as the bouncer, he prayed it would do the job. As long as the job got done. That was all that mattered. He knew the front gate had been locked, so even if Bee escaped, the guards would have to force it open. The advantages of having the key, he guessed.

Richter's mind wandered for a moment as he heard the word 'key'. Questions kind of surfaced to the forefront but he shook his head roughly and moved past that for the moment. Minutes passed and he was about to ask Bee to leave the area when a gunshot rang out as Richter tensed up realizing the situation just got a lot more serious. Zi then appeared out of the crowd next to them as he said "Out. Now." Richter again had no qualms but still wondered where they would go, "Have you got any great ideas of where we should head?" He asked bluntly. He also checked his shoes and up his sleeves to make sure his weapons were all stashed and secure.
