The Netherworlds have seen a new era of peace, or as peaceful as a universe full of scheming demons and monsters can be. Some issues that arose were quickly stomped out, an evil swordsman here, a sorcerer trying to revive a god of destruction there. But now, everything seemed fine for the most part. Especially thanks to the hard work of the Netherworld Support Force, a group formed after the defeat of said evil swordsman, dedicated to the aid and protection of all the Netherworlds. Life is good for the most part.
That is until the realm of Galias was conquered by an unknown tyrant, Overlord Dyson. This self proclaimed overlord crushed any who opposed him in Galias and formed a new empire, the Dark Sphere Kingdom. With his new empire, Dyson declared war on all other Netherworlds, proclaiming that he would unite all of them under his empire, and form a universe where only the truest of demons and monsters could live.
Fearing the apparent power of this new overlord, the Netherworld Support Force has sent out representatives to every corner of the Netherworlds, in search of willing individuals to join in protecting the other realms from Dyson. Will you rise to the challenge to stop Dyson’s empire? Come and join the fight, dood!

So yeah, here’s my RP. Sorry for the wait, folks. I hope this peeks your interest :)

Always up for Disgaea anything, really. So consider me interested, at least.

I got an ooc ready to go, should I just set it up? For those joining I will also see about getting a discord server made.

I might keep an eye on this, a Disgaea RP's been one of those things I've always wanted to entertain. I do have some questions though:

- Which Disgaea are you mainly going to borrow from in terms of style and mechanics?

- Which classes are we available to pick from? Can we use any class from any title?

- Will players have the option of having one or two NPCs that act as their support or servants, so to speak? I can understand if that a little too hectic to manage, but just thought I'd asked.

- How many players are you looking to take on?

1. I am borrowing ideas from the most recent games, mainly 7. So expect to suddenly be set upon by a kaiju sized monster.

2. With the amount of classes in the series, I’m considering cutting it down to just the humanoid classes. But then again, the monster classes can be fun too. What would you consider? Obviously you would be free to choose anyone of them for your character.

3. If you want to add an NPC as aid for your app, I won’t stop you. They just wouldn’t be as strong as your main character.

4. I don’t want too big of a player count. 3-5 will do.

I feel like players should also be able to play as monsters as well, even if only certain ones. While humanoid classes have generally been better to play than monsters game-wise, I feel that the added variety would benefit the playerbase and make it feel more "Disgaea" so to speak.

Of course, the decision is ultimately yours.

Ultimately, a good... fourth? of the monster classes are "humanoid" in a literal sense anyway. But magichanging is always fun. Though I guess that's probably more likely to be the aid characters that fall into that.
