Appearance: A tall handsome looking man with an athletic build that allows him to perform amazing acrobatic feats. His good looks his used to woo women and to get out of tight situations. His most noticeable features are his smile, high cheekbones, and his chiselled jaw. He was wearing a jester outfit that was bright purple and yellow. Wearing a jiggling hat that has an absurd amount of bells. Shoes that are purple and seem to point at an obscure length. The ends of the bells have bells. Covering most of his eyes and nose with a purple mask. Having gold earrings on both of his ears. He carries a staff that is adorned with bells, which unknown to others has a hidden blade inside of it.

Training/Skills:
Thieving: During his time being a thief he learned how to sneak in the shadows without being caught. Pickpocketing people without them noticing. And learning how to pick any kind of lock.
Illusionary Magic: Learning illusionary magic from his mentor to help with disgusting himself while he is out thieving. This type of magic also helps him when he needs to entertain and create distractions.
Swordplay: Learning as well from his mentor how to use a sword in combat. Learning different techniques as well as dirty tactics that would win him a fight.
Downsides:
Arrogance: Algner is immensely arrogant causing him to make major mistakes. These mistakes have caused him to get into a lot of trouble.
Culture: Because of the ethnic group he is a part of, he has faced prejudice from other humans.
Stealing: Algner has a compulsion to steal which has gotten him into a lot of trouble.

Affluence/Wealth: Algner is always looking for any source of income, whether it be through stealing or his services as a jester. He is a well known thief and jester throughout the land.
History: Algner was born in a small region of the world called Romana. This place is situated between the human nations and the elven ones. Traveling with his parents who were both traveling merchants. Honest working people, however, were constantly harassed by law enforcement and civilians. Because of this, he gained a hatred for authority and other people who are not Romi. As a teenager, he had joined a Romi gang of thieves who would steal horses, money, food, and jewelry. Anything that he could get his hands on to sell for money. Using the money he could to help support himself and his parents. Later on, he was taken under the wing of a master theft named Cosa. Who taught Algner how to be a proper theft and how to use illusion magic effectively.
Using what he had learned from Cosa he started stealing more valuable things and selling them from the highest bidder. Stealing from the rich and using the money to further himself on the social ladder. Essentially he is sticking it to the rich snobs and other people who put him down for being a Romi. His clients range from Humans, Elves, to the occasional Orc or Dwarf. He much prefers Dwarves since they don’t seem to care about his ethnic culture. Stealing anything that they need with no questions why they need said objects.
