i have wanted to join this site for a little while, and im finally getting over my nerves and doing it so here we are.
im quin, im 24 and use any pronouns. i got into rp through dnd a few years ago, but haven't really done it much outside of the very few campaigns i've been a part of. i love dnd, and i've always loved character creation, world building, writing, original stories, things like that but i am not as familiar with roleplay in this kind of setting. i would really love to try it out, i think it will be a grand time.
based on what i've read on here, i think i'd fit best in the casual/advanced roleplay styles based on how i like to write. i enjoy quick dialogue/banter a whole lot but have written a lot of lengthy paragraphs on my own, i prefer to mix the two. setting/subject really doesn't matter as long as i can immerse myself in the story. i would prefer to start with 1 on 1s (21+ only please), original storylines (no fandoms), and am generally really quick with replies. also please note, this is not how i write when i rp -- if you'd like to see how i write please just let me know, i'd be happy to share something with you and you can see if it's a good fit. i only write like this OOC.

i am very open to trying all kinds of things otherwise and talking about ideas, so feel free to pm me whenever. i don't have any ocs just lying around but will always be open to creating ones to fit a specific plot. i love and prefer character creation in that way, and developing them as the story goes on.
outside of talking to myself and telling the ghosts in my room about my opinions on spiderman, i also love reading, drawing weapons, gardening, perusing pinterest, decorating, thrifting, playing (air) drums, boxing from time to time, getting tattoos when im sad and broke, and eating goldfish crackers.

- angst. all of it all of the time.
- tragedy/doomed narratives
- anything fiction. i will take a shot at historical fiction if that's your jam but i failed history so
- non-human characters

- metaphors, similes, implied things, anything i can read way too much into and drive myself insane

- lots of smut. i get bored lol
