The astronauts have to be at an age that one would normally work at. This means no children and no retired elderly. Meanwhile, the past and/or future lives can be of any age. For past lives, this will be the age they died at. For future lives, this will be the age that they have when the supernatural phenomenon happens.
Even though the story takes place in the normal world without powers or magic, characters can gain powers as a side effect of the time travel (for example: the time travel of another life went badly, so they will now transform into a ghost at random moments).

Start of the RP
The story will start from the moment the other lives travel through time. This means that your first post from the GM will contain the supernatural phenomenon and the explanation as to where the characters end up after the time travel. Your intro posts will contain your characters' reactions throughout the time travel and after landing in the new place and time. After that, you can start interacting with each other and the GM will guide the story to make sure that there is a continuous flow.
Story
It is 3 February 2025. People within the whole (fictional) city are being warned to stay inside during the evening and throughout the night due to the horrible weather that was predicted. Everyone listens. However, at this day a group of astronauts comes back to Earth after discovering a new planet. No one knows what they witnessed there as none of the astronauts wants to speak about their experiences. Apparently they came into contact with an unknown substance that stained their skin and this substance has a weird reaction with the storm. The astronauts get hit by lightning, after which they faint.
When they wake up, it is the next morning. Suddenly, they are surrounded by a group of people dressed in weird clothing, talking in a language that sounds enough like their own to understand them, but it's not quite the same. They seem to be unfamiliar with the technology available as well as the values and unwritten rules, such as every gender is allowed to go to school instead of only men. The new people don't seem to be from this age. It is at that moment that they realise the new tattoo on their wrist. The tattoo contains a number written in a specific color. The new people have a circle with the same color as one of the astronauts. The new people turn out to be the past and future lives of the astronauts with which they share the color of their tattoos.
The only way to get the new people to return to their own ages is to convince them to end their lives in this age and go back to their own. Their lives cannot simply be ended for them. They have to want it themselves. This turns out to be a difficult problem, because why would they go back? After a couple of days, the astronauts start to get sicker and sicker and sicker. This is a side effect of their other lives being here. However, are the other lives willing to end their own lives to save the astronauts who are strangers to them? On top of that, the longer the others stay, the more weird phenomenons happen.
