Hi, I'm very new to roleplaying and am interested in military, history, sci-fi, and horror rp's. I am more drawn to casual roleplay where I can get in-depth with my posts but don't have to write or read small essays with each post :). Right now, I'm looking for a modern horror story that pits normal people against supernatural entities/monsters. If anyone has a similar story with an opening, please lmk. Thanks yall!

p.s. for reference https://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/194118-night-terrors-a-modern-horror-rp/ooc was exactly what I was looking for, but the GM wasn't able to keep it going :(

After I have made over a hundred posts with that in every reply... Why, I ought to praise you for making people feel welcome in here. It is always good for people to find some quality entertainment and have a blast.



I have GM'd a short modern horror one shot before like you described Mavericky, they can be good fun. Hopefully you find another like that thread where something can sink their teeth into you, and goes bump in the night.
