Yeah, the eggs are around 3lbs, or 1.3 kg. they're supposed to be really rich and the size of American footballs.

In terms of baking I believe 1 of those is about the same as 20 traditional eggs.

Still sounds delicious! I have a quest to try one of every species of plant and animal. Gotta cross off ostrich periods (or ostrich fetuses, depends if you can get them unfertilized). Maybe I can get ostrich wings too!
