It's fucking awesome is why I want it, but I'm thinking.... probably more trouble than it's worth....

Personally, it doesn't bother me. I always tend to rest on the side of caution as far as forum things go, however, and if you have to stop and question if you should something, then you probably just shouldn't.

I find it rather hilarious in reflecting with what many want to do to fuckwits like that who try to be purposefully offensive. To answer your quandary however I do believe Sherly had it correct with err'ing to the side of caution if uncertain.

As far as I know, this is actually legal on the guild to a point. I'm 90% sure that you CAN get away with it but the guarantee that there won't be a problem is something I can't promise. So my suggestion is two things...

1) Play it safe and don't do it. you already have doubts so why add the worry.
2) (If you REALLY want to do it) Add it to your sig though as soon as someone complains/reports it, don't argue with them and just take it off once you're asked politely "I don't like that. can you please take it off?"

Shorten it some by taking like half a second off the beggining of the gif then speed it up a bit. The "God Hate Fags" part would be shorter and everyone would see the point faster, so they would have no right to complain.
