Not to mention Hoenn is pretty much several islands and the only way to get anywhere from there is a boat.
No but really, apologies if it mucked with stuff in which case I'll switch it to some luxury chopper, if those exist.
Bell corrected that there wouldn't really be boats, but told Kraux that it wasn't a problem that needed to be edited out.

And the storms are so violent with only up o ten minutes of breaks that even flying in is very dangerous and has to be done very quickly. The helicopters even have to fly in and land and wait until the next break in the storm before they can leave. So every other break in the storm new people are being brought in, but only by helicopter.
