Asside from the obvious Taijutsu application, his coordination with his six hands makes him one of the fastest hand seal practitioners even at such a young age, His coordination of several hands lets him keep track of multiple things in his head as well which often gives him the illusion of being smarter or more mature with the way he is not seemingly sidetracked.

In truth he is just as energetic as any other and indeed needs to keep his six hands occupied, he has just become very adept at suppressing it to thinking about half a dozen things with an almost pathological use of handseal practice to keep his hands mostly still as he fidgets when forced to stand at attention. This lack of focus limits his ability for jutsus that require great focus and attention to maintain for more than a moment.

He doesn't have a great amount of Chakra more than any other genin, but his wandering mind always tries to come up with new ideas, especially regarding the standard sealing technique, so he often spends some time every day sealing things away to use later from food and water to weapons or even mundane items like cloth and lumber. (he even has one scroll full of garbage he keeps just for cleaning up)

Personality: Due to Oto's strict shinobi policies and tutelage Roshi has made it his life mission to be the complete oposite of his mother. He does care much for; rules, procedures, and barely gives into strategy. He believes life is like the ocean. Concepts of fate and destiny are impossible to determine due to the unpredictably of tomorrow. Roshi is extremelly rebellious and bites his tongue for no; man, woman, shinobi, kunochi, not even his respected village kage. He feels he has the rite to exoress himself freely. ●16yrs BIC- Infant Roshi is kidnapped by mercenaries who are later on cut down by his father and mother.

●9yrs BIC- Ninja Academy enrollment
●7yrs BIC- Due to constant insubordination and disrespect Roshi is forced to finish he academy studies another year. "Roshi is one of our brightest pupils though his attitude is unacceptable". -Academy Teacher
●7yrs BIC- As a consequence to Roshi's behavior; Oto puts her son under a 10 day sparring regime with little to no resting periods.
●7rs BIC- Roshi lashes out against his mother in return Oto nearly cuts her son open "I will not be questioned about the upbringing of my child"! -Oto
●6yrs BIC- Roshi recovers from his injuries and begins training under his not so strict father. "The problem with shapes my son, everyone knows what it is halfway through your drawing" -Rolo

But seriously, the story goes that I've been using a (badass) TV as a computer monitor for a long time now. Well, the TV suddenly decided to stop working. So that kinda screwed me good because I had no way of using my computer (or my PS3, but that's irrelevant right now). I hadn't managed to replace it so far, but I got a hold of a temporary replacement. Even so, it's good enough for me to use so I'm going to spend the next couple days catching up. I apologize to all those inconvenienced by my sudden absence, and since I don't know if it was announced or not that I didn't just fall off the face of the Earth... well now I know it's been announced that I didn't fall off the face of the Earth.

Attention :

Though I am a bit neutral on it, I wish to remember people that we have the Skype chat or a whole board on the other forum to conduct spam. Know that the GM's have been mild on the first week(s) because the new people were needed to settle down, but remember that some of the GM's aren't fond of spam.

For reasons that they need to fish out CS's or request people to pm them the links. All things that make it just a drag before they can even review. Please use the OOC for IC related talk. And not just the nonsense of : Oh my character is ... A small and civilized discussion is always nice to follow. OOC reasons or posting or more or less tolerated when they are about your condition.
