Yup, I definitely had a difficult time choosing. What it really came down to was the Soul Weapon of each character and had a lot to think about when it came to that category. In any case, I've made my decisions located below. Honestly, everyone did a fantastic job and if there is ever more spots available in the future, I would be happy to accept anyone of you who didn't get a spot today. Thank you for your interest in my RP everyone.

Now I just hope I can make all your hard work on the apps worthwhile with the RP itself.

Also, we need to establish Partners. As I've stated before, you can ask another participant to partner up, you can allow me to make an NPC as your partner, or you can go solo for as long as you like. You can change at any time too. If you want to be partners with another participant but don't know who to ask or whatever, I can randomly assign the partners.

Magnus, noted. Of course he'll still have to work on assignments with the other agents but during partner sections, he'll go solo.

Rumiko, sorry to say but you weren't accepted. I put up a list of those who were accepted.

The way I see it, we can form partners by battle roles, by experience levels, or by personality types.

Oh and just to mention, I won't be able to make the IC post until late in day unfortunately. But maybe that give you sufficient time to decide on who's pairing with who.

Anyway, I can't see Naoto solo'ing. Or being allowed to solo, at the very least.

As for potential partners, the person would have to be someone who can tolerate his behavioral issues and is reasonably trustworthy.... What else am I missing?

Grey, I think Naoto and Moeka would be a good pairing. Although she's apathetic to many things (which actually helps in this case), she's also very intelligent so she can put up with Naoto's lying tendencies while keeping a cool head.

Rumiko, you made a great app and I wouldn't hesitate to accept it if there were more spots available. But for now, thanks for your interest.

Well, Moeka won't be complaining about him and as full-fledged agents they have almost the same experience so....

The only real qualm I have is that they're both primarily ranged, but I figure pistols and weapon balls can be used in CQC well enough. So yeah! Naoto and Moeka!

...I have a feeling that she'll enjoy Naoto's family more than she enjoys partner himself, what with miko being a common anime character type and Naoto having an 'imouto'
