Backstory: Mordechai was born into a ghetto in New York. He was constantly bullied in the ghetto for the better part of his young life for being White and Jewish. He never gave up on his teachings though, and always stuck true to his Jewish roots. He thought the bullying would go on forever, that is until a younger lad by the name of, Miles saved him from the gang of bullies. Miles got his older brother to call the bullies off under threat that he would beat the everloving crap out of them. Mordechai soon became good friends with Miles. The only thing they ever argued about was religion, which they tried to avoid as a topic of conversation anyway. After Mordechai left high school though, their friendship began to slip.

Mordechai got more involved in his learnings and practicings and eventually became a Rabbi, in the process growing so far apart from Miles that he could no longer contact him. Mordechai was eventually drafted into the military, he could have claimed to stay home for religious reasons but decided it would be best to have some experience in combat, after all having a Synagogue in a ghetto. When he came back his Synagogue was underfunded and falling a part. He invested in his Synagogue using the money he had gained from some wise investments before he joined the military and done it up. Eventually he turned his efforts to stopping gang crime and corruption of young minds in the immediate area. He tried to do it peacefully and invested in community projects which worked in part, but caused a few of the gangs to become angry at Mordechai. They vandalized Mordechai's Synagogue and attempted to attack him personally when he arrived the next day. Their mistake was thinking they could win. He used the skills he learned in the military along with the rage he had gained from seeing his Synagogue be defaced to crush and obliterate his enemies. H It was at this point when he gained his lantern ring. He continues to spread his word of faith throughout the galaxy along with the fear of the judgement of god.

Everything but the Lantern Corps he belongs to looks good. It doesn't make much sense for someone who spreads faith to belong the Corps made up of sadistic people who cause fear.

Technically the word of love would be the word of God, what with the "love your neighbor as yourself" and "God is love" doctrines :p. Regardless, I'm looking forward to interact with your character since mine will either be a Red Lantern or Yellow.

Probably Red, since there are already two Yellows and I've had more development with the Red Lantern I've made.

Similar to them, yes. We are facing universal threats afterall! Then again that's what the Corps always do...

I'm just going to look in the Interest Check to make sure everyone who were interested have uploaded their apps, I'm know there's at least one person who hasn't uploaded their's..

Ok so other than you and Necrosis, Krein, there is another two people who have yet to hand their apps yet (Drakeonis and Tommy Wiseau)
I am currently attempting to message Tommy Wiseau on Skype but he set his status to busy earlier so I'll keep trying, I'll also pm Drakeonis in a sec.
