I am fully aware what a bunker buster is and why they are able to do what they do. But you didn't answer my question.

My bad. I didn't see that there was a question. I don't know how big the city is, but I suppose it would encompass it. I mean, Edmund is almost hitting himself with it, and he's a mile out.

I'd say it's a small city, more compact than anything on earth. Because there's more structures below the ground than above, since the sun doesn't shine above ground underground structures would be much more popular. Wouldn't you say?

And the small area ABOVE ground is only around 3-4 miles wide, but underground it penetrates at least three miles of solid manmade structure.

I mean since we're going with Alien planet, why not go with Alien building techniques?

Encompass? An entire city?

*groans in discontent*

Fine. I'll work with it, I suppose.

If that's the case, and by the size of the carpet-bombing area that Green stated, and with the fact that Ysolda and Erde were fairly close to the center, then that would mean that Ysolda would be a short distance outside the blast radius. Granted, the heat of the explosions would still be intense, and the shockwave would pepper her Essence Mech-thingy with dirt, rocks, and small debris... but nothing powerful enough to just fuck her day over.

I can work with this. Basically her realizing that what she's up against is like nothing she's ever seen before, etc, etc. Seem good?

All I am seeing here is this: Well, fighting in this RP is a big dickwaving contest of "Well, I interrupt your action because I don't want to get hit, then you interrupt mine for the same reason. We COULD charge up stuff and have a kamehameha clash, but that would be the same thing and just result in another interrupt chain." So... rather than a flowing and artistic cinematic fight, it comes across as a long-winded and extra detailed form of chatroom-esque speed posting. And that shit is annoying.

Beta, I agree with you entirely there. I'm going to avoid interrupts when I can, I think it really kills the flow of combat, makes it a huge pain in the ass. I know I can't really ask other people to not do interrupts, but that's whatever. Also, according to LeeRoy's triple post, the sites acting up again

Going off a previous idea, it would be hilarious if there was a world that only allowed children, so all of the characters turn into their child forms in that world. Imagine the evil elf guys getting into playground fights with Evvie, etc.

You can do what ever you want. Like in a real fight you don't stand still and let the other person hit you. The rules have been laid out to make fights fast and synergestic much like Melon and I are doing in alt earth. If you are not well versed in T1 you might not realize the counters and interrupts are based on logical outcomes of actions of the character. In a real fight if some idiot cranks his fist back in a slow exagerrated haymaker I can do many things to interrupt the blow. Most likely doing substantial damage to the guy before the blow begins.
Same principle in T1.

It does it to everyone, not just you. When it does that, don't refresh and re-submit. Let the site calm the fuck down. Did it to me, but I didn't triple-duplicate. I submitted, saw that it was lagging, left the site for a bit, came back, made a second response, etc. Don't be so impatient.

Hmmm. Let me think. You, Beta, sat next to me when I posted. Realized the site was acting up and moved on to another site. Oh wait no you weren't.

I get the feeling, good sir, that you are mad. There is no need to be upset. However, I must point out that the fact there is a triplicate post signifies that, in fact, you tried to post the same thing more than once. One would assume from that fact, that you did not "move on to another site". So please forgive my assumed insolence. It was not my intent to rustle your jimmies, old bean.

Hey Skallagrim, have you had a chance to look over the revised CS for Greystoke?
