Shusuke watched Gio do his thing, he handled the situation very well. It wasn't like Shusuke to be proud of someone for doing what they said they would do but seeing as out here in the sticks, one had to trust their partner completely and Gio was on point. "Good job." he said to Giovanni as he now appeared next to him. He peered over the hill to see how many were still in the net, looks like 4 of them. "My turn, he whispered, now leaping over the hill high into the air to bring a hard slice down the center of a hollow. "Turn aside all conflict, Tsukurite Yasuragi!" he yelled, his zanpakuto glowed briefly and then revealed that it's appearance had barely changed. His blade followed through to slice the hollow in two, it dissolved right after. He turned to the next one, it's hands reaching for him from the net.

Shusuke hopped up to where his feet just barely sat on the hollows reaching hands, spun his zanpakuto around and finished with a slice upwards that cleaved the mask in two. His feet dropped to the ground as the hands beneath him dissolved with the rest of it's body. He felt good right now, he was in the zone. Up close and personal was easiest for him, it was when the enemy was far away that bothered him. Shusuke was about to end another hollow that was within the net but his position became compromised by a couple of flying creatures, they swooped in towards him. To their naked eye, they might have believed that they had struck him but like a flicker in the wind, Shusuke used Shunpo to evade and appear several feet away from them, behind a hut. From here, he could make eye contact with Gio, he gave a nod to let him know that he was good and was ready to move as soon as Giovanni was.

Gio nodded and held up his hand "hado 31 hakkaho" He launched one red fireball at the kido net, causing the now unstable structure to explode. killing the two hollows ensnared. the resulting explosion send nearby hollow flying away in every direction but didn't actually injure them. Giovanni rushed forward and lept into the air. cutting one down before it was able to regain its composure. Another Hollow swung at him with its tail, knocking him into the ground but he rolled and jumped back into the air to avoid the follow up strike.

When the same hollow bit at Gio he raised his sword. the hollow bit down on his whole arm, sword and all. while it hurt the hollows teeth didnt have enough time to sink in before Giovanni invoke "Roar" and a energy blast came out of his Zanpakuto, destroying the hollow. This is why he hated close Combat. it never went well for him. he flashed stepped out of the way of another attack and brung his sword down on another hollows arm, cleaving it off before stabbing it in the head.

Just as Giovanni made his move, the blast was large and thunderous, a perfect diversion for him to pick off the stragglers. He flickered around the battle field, appearing behind several of the dumb founded hollow and gave a swift slash across the face before moving on to the next one. He was on his 3rd strike when he noticed Gio get bit, from Shusuke's angle, he just lost his arm but out of no where, the hollow exploded and Gio was seemingly unharmed. "Good work, very resourceful." he said out loud but not high enough for Gio to actually hear it, he was just talking for the sake of talking.

Shusuke caught sight of another flying hollow, these were the more annoying ones so he desperately wanted to end it's life. He darted around the battlefield, no longer using Shunpo but still quite fast. Slicing the legs of multiple hollows as he ran. These cuts wouldn't killed them and for most, not even cripple them but it was enough to buy them some time before they were on top of either of them again. Shusuke saw one hollow in particular, it was the largest one among them. He glanced at the sky to see the flying creature soaring over head and now approaching just over head. "Perfect." he muttered, now leaping onto the knee of the large hollow. He shot upwards and touched down his feet on the shoulder before propelling himself even higher into the air.

"Now you die!" he yelled, his jump put him just in front of the flying hollow and he swung hard across it's mask. Shusuke then fell through the dissolving partials and plummeted towards the hollow he jumped from. Shusuke did a front flip and swung his zanpakuto over his head to slice the entirety of the hollows body from head to toe. He landed in the signature hero pose, one knee down, one hand on the ground with the other held outwards with his hand firmly grasping his handle.

Gio strafed to the right as the hollow started firing, the projectiles narrowly missing him. a he runs he draws a symbol in the air with his free hand "disintigrate you black dog of rondanini, look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your throat. Bakudo 9 Geki" as Giovanni's body glows red so too does the hollows. but the hollow becomes paralyzed while Gio just turns and runs straight for his easy prey. As he goes to thrust at the hollows skull he aims his strike upward, catching an entirely different hollow as it tried to attack him. as that hollow disappeared into the darkness Gio raised his blade and brought it down cleanly though the hollows entire being.

Gio let out an audible sigh. he had taken waaay to many hits, from tails and feet and heads and every damn thing imaginable. and something he'd rather not imagine. even though he could move it, his left arm was in pretty bad shape. his shoulder was damaged and so was his right leg but it wasnt anything that could keep him from moving. he looked up and watched Shusuke as he prepared to finish off the last of the hollows

tsushiro grinned, as he led the way to the lake where all of the rumors took place , noticing a small child playing near the water.tsushiro saw a small flicker of movement under the water, slightly too large to be a fish."KID! GET OUT OF THERE!" he dove after the kid practically tackling him, as a tentacle whipped out of the water, flailing where the child was once standing.tsushiro look to the child, who had gone limp, and noticed something was off,..when he flipped the kid over on his back, he jumped back. the childvwas already dead, somehow it was moving though, which made know sense at all. he noticed a hole in the back of the childs head, where something was attached, an transparent tentacle that lead into the water.suddenly, the boy was pulled into the water, and a horrifying creature rose above the water, with another dead child, this one being much more decayed, held near the being. both of the bodies dropped, and the tentacles shot forward at tsushiro, who launched himself into the air to avoid the attack.

Tsuhiro attempted tackled the boy out of the way while Kirishin kept his distance. Looks like this beast won't be giving us as much trouble as the last. Just need Tsu to get the boy to safety and BAM!! He thought as some of the water from the lake fell onto the lens of his glasses, causing him to clean it as something pulled the child into the water before something grotesque rose up from below. "Hado # 11, Tsuzuri Raiden!!!" Kirishin yelled once he put back on his glasses, with his Zanpakuto being covered in electricity before using it to pierce the lake. "What a horrible sighting but my arrogance caused me to make a wrongful assumption. I guess now the chances of survival are slim to none but let's see if that changes the more the fight progresses."

the hollow arched in pain from the shock of kirishins attack.
tsushiro unsheathed his blade, and slashed at the hollow multiple times, all blocked by the being, whom knocked tsushiro back, and looked to kirishin.
hollow:" you are far more worthy than the other. this fight shall be, promising, heheh."
"seven tentacles swarm towards kirishins position, but tsushiro cuts them in half, after activiating his shikai.
the hollow growls at him, a tentacle wrapping around his throat, lifting him into the air, choking him.
tsushiro manages to cut the creatures tentacle, and falls to the ground , landing softly.

Shusuke ran around a near by hollow, sliding to the right, then hopping to left to avoid a heavy fist. This one was faster than the previous ones he cut, more sluggish and brutish but this one was more calculated with it's attacks. Or was it that Shusuke had tired himself out from using Shunpo and all the acrobatics during his strikes. He was now on the defensive as the hollow roared and came after him. It's frame was thing but it's limbs were large, ideal for quick movements while still providing a sturdy striking force. "Damn, I'm burnt." he thought, the hollows strikes were getting closer and closer to him until one connected with his stomach and propelled him into the dirt. His body hit hard and flipped over several times before finally coming to a halt. He pushed himself up and took a sturdy stance against the hollow, taking a quick second to turn and spit a mouth full of blood.

Shusuke raised his blade, it had a very faint white glowing hue to it, only visible in the right light to anyone looking. This meant his ability could work on them. He could see 3 remaining hollows, two were staying back as this one wailed on Shusuke. The distance they stood apart was within reason, he only needed a little more energy. "If you want to kill me, you'll have to do better than that!" he yelled, trying to antagonize the hollow. It worked, it howled and ran at him. "Let's do it Tsukurite Yasuragi, let's end this." he whispered to his zanpakuto. He lunged at the large hollow, his breathing was heavy and he knew he didn't have much left in the tank but he had to push his limits. Just before making contact with this particular enemy, he flash stepped away, appearing between the two smaller ones. He utilized his zanpakuto's ability and shredded through the spiritual energy around the hollow just before whipping the blade around to cut through it's mask. He turned around and did the same thing to second to last hollow.

The particles burst around him and he stood with both hands grasping his handle firmly, it's blade now glowing a little brighter than before. He stared at the last hollow, the one that gave him the ache in his body. Shusuke took a deep breath, trying to recover before making his last stand. The hollow ran at him, roaring and howling as it got closer. Now within 50 feet of Shusuke, he made his move. "Return their sorrow, Tsukurite Yasuragi." His blade surged and the glow around his blade vanished but the tip of his blade released a thing strand of electricity that zipped through the air and brushed into the center of the hollow. The hollow didn't stop however, it continued towards him. Shusuke lowered his guard and prepared to seal away his zanpakuto. Just then, the hollow burst into a cloud of black particles and flew passed him. Shusuke sealed his zanpakuto and sheathed it, then dropped to his knees and spit up more blood.

The figure looked at them in silence before finally speaking "Ah I see...Kaizo and Aokiji" He shifted his attention from them to Shoske and Emilo "Rats" He said, before his eyes flickered momentarily. Shoske noticed a distortion in the air, pushing Emilo to avoid it. It passed them, hitting a rock and causing a massive expllosion. Shoske acted fast, moving without a second thought. He quickly moved in front of Emilo, blocking him from the blast radius, the light engulfing Shoske. As of a result, Shoske's back was badly burnt causing him to collapse to a knee. He turned to Emilo "Emilo...hurry" He said heavily panting and tightly gripping his zanpakuto hilts. "Rise and Fall Tsutaiyou Kengetsu" He had to use the shortened version, he had no time to waste. His two zanpakutos transformed into his shikais. Despite the severe injury, he was ready to fight til the end. The figure raised an eyebrow, no long showing much interest in Shoske nor Emilo "Good eyes...I commend you for surviving" He commented, before looking back at Aokiji and Kaizo. All of this happened within a matter of a few seconds. "Now I have a question for the two of you. Why should I let you two live?" He asked them, slightly curious in not only their answers but also actions.

As he saw how hurt his team was and unlike a good healer or teammate he found a certain glee in it. A small smile curved along his lips and he looked almost happy. He took a few steeps in front of Shoske, knelled down and quietly said "I will need you to have some faith in me. I wont hurt him or even damage him, but I can hold him back. Take the paper, slam it down on that seal thing and get us out of here" Reaching for his zanpakuto and as he lifted it out he whispered "Glow Meranko" not much changed with his zanpakuto, but a faint glow enveloped the hilt and blade. When Kaizo started to speak Emilo sank his blade softly into Shoske's skin, trying his best to heal him without making noise.. As Kaizo rambled on Emilo kept going to the best of his ability. But in the end the faint glow rom the blade had turned into almost a beacon of light, he patted Shoske on the shoulder and handed him the paper. "Do as I said..pleas"

Getting up from his knees Emilo raised his voice. "So im sure you want to kill all of us really and your just playing nice, that's at least my best guess" He took a step away from Shoske and held his zanpakuto low. He looked at Kazio and nodded "Kazio is right you know" He said as his eyes traveled to the thing in front of them "we are not free and we never will be. But I dont agree that dying here is an option"

The Squad 1 Shinigami brought the Soul he found outside the gates to the Squad 1 barracks and after a maze like field only to end up in a large hallway they came to the doors of the Head Captains office. The Shinigami knocked on the door and asked if he may enter and once granted access he opened the doors then walked in escorting the Soul alongside him, he then stood in the middle of the room facing towards the Head Captains desk then got down on one knee, placed his left forearm across his stomach, then placed his fist on the ground and bowed his head before speaking "Head Captain. I apologize for disturbing you however I could think of no better man to bring this Soul to than yourself. This Soul here wishes to join the Gotei 13 but they did not follow the traditional methods of trying to enter the Shino Academy...I brought him to you thinking you would know what to do better than I in this situation...as you can see I took precautions...however the Soul seems as if he can be trusted...but that is something I truly would rather have you decide Head Captain" The Shinigami remained in the position he first entered as he awaited the Head Captains response " The Shinigami looked up to the Head Captain then bowed his head once more "Thank you Head Captain" The Shinigami then stood up and left the office leaving only the Soul and The Head Captain, The Head Captain stood up from his desk then walked around it and towards the Soul then he extended his right hand to the Kido cuffs and dispelled them "" The questions The Head Captain asked were really pretty simple...he didn't ask background questions or anything of the kind as most people that joined the Gotei had some shady sort of background...at the end of the day the original Gotei 13 were no more than Criminals and they were considered the strongest generation...

It took a while, but the Shinigami had finally led him to the Head Captain's office. He watched silently as the man explained to his superior about the situation and then proceeded to concentrate on the Head Captain himself. He'd heard talk of this man before, ignorant ramblings of drunken criminals claiming that they could best him easily in battle. That was usually just before Jinzo killed them. Other than that, he hadn't heard much about his exploits but he assumed that the man was strong, given his position. As the Head Captain rose from behind his desk and walked toward him, Jinzo had to fight against some strange urge to step backward. He frowned, commanding his body to stand still and resolute, even before a man of his stature. Aside from that urge, Jinzo could also feel the pressure of his spiritual power. It wasn't much, he could tell, but what was on show was so dense. He was definitely strong then.

As the man released the kido from around his wrists, Jinzo instinctively rubbed them. Although the kido hadn't left a single mark or proven to be uncomfortable in any way, his scars from before burned deeply. "My life until this point hasn't been so straight forward, Head Captain. Had I the chance, I probably would have gone through the academy just like everyone else. But destiny saw to it that I would receive my training in another manner, with every lesson a fight for survival. To kill or be killed in order to strengthen and hone my skills. This first-hand experience, I believe, is what makes me just as strong, if not stronger, than any academy student. As for this..." He placed a hand on the hilt of his Zanpakuto. "..Be it a just a sword or Zanpakuto, I don't truly know. I took it from a group of men who attempted to sacrifice me with it and then slaughtered them all. Occasionally It speaks to me, just like the darkness does sometimes. Are they are the same voice? I don't know that either. But I have seen what lies inside it and I can tell you, it is no mere normal blade." He looked down at the black hilt, questions rising within him again regarding its origin. He pondered for a moment before answering the final question.

"As for the last question...If you would have me, I'd be honoured to join the 7th Squad. This is where my path has led me so far and that squad is where I will find the place where I am to go next."

"I don't know about that, all I did was just take advantage of my surroundings. If I was you and you were me, then you would've probably did the same thing. " Kirishin said to the beast that was sending several deadly tentacles to his current position. He prepared to shunpo out of the way but Tsushiro split the tentacles before they could even hit him. "Nice but you need to focuse less on the tentacles and more on it or else this fight will finish with us ending up like those two children." He noted with Tsuhiro getting choked by one of the tentacles before breaking free soon after. Chances are we won't be able to take it as long as it stays in the water. So what would be the best way to get it to come out without putting in a humongus amount of effort? Hmm...I suppose that would work but how will I be able to convey my thoughts to Tsu without it knowing? Kirishin pondered, coming up with a solution which made him begin running away. "I'm going to get reinforcements so you hold it off until then." Once reaching a certain distance from view he slowly decreased his spiritual pressure so it could seem as if he was leaving the area. Giovanni went to shusuke, really wishing he knew how to heal. "shusuke! you gonna be alright?" he ask as he knelt beside him. Gio was fat from perfect condition but he wasnt coughing up blood. They did it. they survived, they won, now they just had to make it back home. First he had know what kind of shape shusuke was in. Gio hoisted Shusuke's arm over his shoulder and helped him stand and lean on him. there was no reason to look back. forward toward the horizon.

"Tch, I'm not giving you a reason not to kill me," Aokiji said as he crossed his arms, "If you want to kill us, then I'm sure you're more than capable, and I'm sure you'll do as you please. I also doubt whatever my reason for living is is of relevance to you. So if you're going to kill us then kill us, and if you're going to let us go back and continue being mindless puppets then let us go back and continue being a mindless puppet. Either way it goes, life would let me prove that my family isn't weak, death would take that fucking burden off my shoulders." He closed his eyes with a sigh, "But, that's just me not wanting to pretty much beg for my life so someone who's most likely stronger than me can judge if it's a good enough reason to let me live. So if you're gonna take me out for not following what you say then make sure you only take it out on me and not the others."

"Well it's not the best excuse that I've heard but...it's not the worst I think." Minari said before chuckling after hearing Aya's response. "It's not only about not being open silly. Sometimes people have secrets just so it can be a secret not always because they have something that they're afraid of telling someone. And I'm not moving closer for that, I'm just looking at something that's almost exactly right behind." She pointed at what looked like some kind of red gem that was attached to the wall behind Aya. Moving closer to the gem would cause it to shine brighter and brighter before exploding into tiny little shards once directly in front of it.

"Eh fair enough, but once I find something amazingly awesome, then i will have my own secret, that you will want to know." Then when Leaf said she was looking at something behind her, Aya turned around and looked at the red looking gem. It was quite pretty, pretty enough for Aya to move towards it to see how it was in a wall, maybe it was some sort of healing device for when no squad four member was with you right away. Yet as she got closer it started to glow more and more, before it just exploded into tiny little shards at her. At first Aya was confused, wondering why she felt pain shoot throughout her body. Aya then looked down to see shards sticking out of her body. "Yeah..... good thing you didn't rig the door. Huh?" Aya said before collapsing.

At Rio's comment he grin and faked a pained blow to his heart. "Ouch, that hits deep lady, you don't hold back at all. You spare no feeling for even the sweetest, the most handsome of guys." Sosa said. 'Oh right and most dumbest.... wait a minute." Henry then glared at Sosa in her shikai form, until Sango came and grabbed his hand. "Yeah, that way I can go back to relaxing." Henry said with a grin as he followed behind Rio

Ōhi Sango & Rio Okotaru Darishimo

"Heh, dumbest? I guess I can't argue with that" The tiniest of smirks lit up Rio's face a tad at Henry's over-dramatic behaviour. Crossing her arms, she looked around and checked her senses. It seemed as though all of the Hollows had all been taken care of. '... I was hoping there would of been more' Rio continued to walk when something came to her sense's. "Who's that?" She asked before any one else could sense anything. Rio then abruptly turned to her left and walked forward a little before stopping. She was calm as she looked at a certain someone. "So that's why there are no more Hollows left..." She spoke, causing the Shinigami she was looking at to turn back and look at right at Rio.

"You there. You've killed all of these Hollows but I don't believe I've seen you anywhere before... Who are you?" Rio asked the woman, noticing a pale blue arm band around her left upper arm with the insignia of a Lily of the Valley imprinted on it. "I'm Nishiki Kalemoru, you?" The woman asked calmly, not showing any hostility towards Rio at all. "I'm Rio Darishimo. I'm the seventh seat of the sixth division within the Seireitei, what's your position? You appear to be a Shinigami since you are wearing the uniform" Since Rio had already noticed the arm band, she could predict her answer but thought she should wait to hear it from the woman's mouth before jumping to conclusions. "I'm unseated, recently joined the fifth squad" Nishiki turned to face Rio, mirroring Rio's facial expression that consisted of a straight face. "Did the squad's Captain send you to kill these Hollow?" "No, I did so upon my own accord" "Hmm, is that so. Why haven't I seen you around before?" Rio narrowed her eyes a touch. "Perhaps because I prefer to be independent and use my own initiative. Clearly these Hollows would had to of been cleared out eventually. Instead of waiting to be told, I just went for it. Pretty good training exercise if you ask me" Nishiki moved her left arm around to loosen her shoulder up before sealing her Zanpakuto into a silver Katana. She then looked at Henry and Sango, giving them a smile. "Hello, it's nice to meet you" She spoke kindly. Rio just continued to eye her cautiously.

Sango stayed close to Henry the whole time, clinging onto his forearm as they walked. She stopped once he did and looked around. Her eyes landed on the woman as she conversed with Rio, blinking and watching with a face that showed that she had no idea what was going on or being said. The woman then turned to her and Henry and smiled. "N-Nice to meet you too... I-I'm Sango" She spoke quietly to Nishiki, hiding behind Henry while watching the woman, a little frightened of her as she usually was of new people.

"Well at least we know, you can smile at my stupid antics, so you do have some humor in you." Henry said still following Rio until she sensed something and moved towards it only to find a fellow Shingami which Henry just stared at while Rio talked to the female. He was more interested in her Zanpakuto, and how one would fight with such a thing. It brought him to a smile as he wanted to find out, but un-neccasary violence would upset Sango, so he was left to his little imagination on how it would go. The female then spoke to him and Sango where Sango was her usual self, which made him smile before he waved at her. "Hello, I'm Henry Tobias, dont worry about Sango, shes is like this around new people."

Nishiki Kalemoru & Ōhi Sango & Rio Okotaru Darishimo

Nishiki walked a little closer to the three, smiling. "Hello Henry and O, is that so?" She turned her caring smile onto Sango, leaning closer to her and extending a hand for her to shake. "Hello Sango, don't worry, I won't hurt you. Please, call me Niki" She added a small giggle, trying to make the girl feel comfortable while being patient. She kept her hand extended, hoping she would shake it.

Upon seeing Niki's warm smile, Sango peeked out from behind Henry, watching as the woman extended her hand. Sango looked at the woman's hand, feeling a little uneasy. She glanced up at Henry and noticed his smile, she mustn't of been a bad person if Henry was being kind to her. Looking back down at the hand, Sango extended her own and shook it. "O-Okay... Niki!" She grinned brightly back before letting go of Niki's hand. Niki stood straight, placing both hands on her hips while smiling back, glad to see the girl's fear was wearing off. "So, what brings you lot here?" Niki looked at the three, waiting for someone to answer.

The whole time, Rio kept quiet and observed. Niki seemed... nice. She kept her eyes on Sango mainly and watched as the latter soon began to feel comfortable around the stranger. "... We're on a mission, for my Captain. Captain Kuchiki" The woman looked at Rio as she began talking, dropping her smile into a straight line since Rio's facial expression seemed stern. "O right well, I can tell you that all of the remaining Hollows from the attack have been eliminated. There is no reason to hang around, we should head back" She spoke, straight to the point and then turned to the other two, her smile returning. Rio watched before looking down and sighing. "You lot go ahead... I'll take a different route" With that Rio turned the opposite way and walked off.

Once she was out of site, Niki spoke up again. "Gee, what's with her? She seems... um I don't know, a little uptight maybe?" She asked with a little concern.

Henry simply remained silent while the girls conversed with one another, Henry sealing his swords and sheathing them he listen to their chat with Sango being a little less worried and Rio's usual crankyness, where Rio then told her the mission followed by her saying all the Hollow were dead and they should head back. Rio herself said she was taking a different route and left without anyone saying anything until the female they just meet spoke up about her being a little uptight, which made Henry smirk and chuckle. "Yeah, thats the tiny leader for you. Stern and harsh to the ever so kind me. Oh well, guess we will meet her back at Squad six then." Henry then smiled at Sango before he started to shunpo back to where they came from.
