Open for anyone else who wants to join!
The armies of Exterra have all retreated and are now scattered among the land and some back in their respective holds. The war continues, and now Exterra needs help, from some very unlikely heroes.

Basically You will make a character, or use one that has been thought up of and bring it into the world of Exterra. Your character will have suddenly disappeared from their universe. As they fall through the sky the cyclone may burn certain material from the world simply because, crossing through universes is dangerous business, so you can choose what was burned up through the travel. (Yes even your clothes if you want). Any type of high tech weapon or armor must go through me whether or not it makes it through. You will land most likely somewhere close to where everyone is near the capital of Exterra: Tamar.
There will be magic if your universe has it, magic can also be learned if you are from RL or a universe without. However natural magic cannot be learned.
I will also be looking for a map maker if you would like to do that PM me.

I'm going to limit everyone to two characters right now as well.

I would like to see decently detailed CS' also as stated I am gonna have to say yes or no to anything at a certain tech point, there will be no I came with a gun and I have unlimited bullets as well. If I allow a gun, make every shot count.

Please do know that I do have an idea for End Game so we will have a goal. So please be committed

Also as I said I will be looking for a CO-GM if anyone wants to do it please PM me so we can discuss it. If anyone would prefer or like to vote for Co-GM go ahead and say.

Rules for RP:
1. Regular guild rules, follow them. (This includes that this is a casual RP so please no couple sentence posts)
2. Any disputes among players should be taken into PM
3. If they cannot be resolved I will step in if needed

5. Don't be a dick. Seriously, everyone should be allowed to have an idea without it being called stupid. (But seriously, don't disrespect others)

13. Yes relationships are okay, take it to PM though if you want to get too serious, leave the allusion of it, we are smart enough to figure it out.
14. Absolutely, positively, NO GODMODING! I feel like even though this is in the RP guild rules I want to reiterate this. Accidental will be acceptable and understandable to a point. Purposeful and obvious Godmoding will bring on a beatdown from the GM or co-gm.

I'll make the first character!

Name: Benedict Wigglestein Uno Jr. Goes by "Father".

Race: Former human, now some sort of demonic silhouette creature.

Age: Physically middle-aged, unknown real age.

Appearance: Link Father is of average adult male height and weight. He wears a silhouette "suit" that gives the appearance of black skin, yellow eyes, and a red "outline". Underneath that he wears square eyeglasses, suspenders, black pants, a white button-up shirt, and dress shoes. He never takes off his silhouette suit. Father is always smoking his pipe, which is also silhouetted.

Personality: Father is downright evil. He hates children to the point of "ageism". (like racism, but for age.) The KND consider him their worst enemy, even though he rarely fights himself, instead choosing to send his "adopted children"--the kidnapped and brainwashed Delightful Children From Down the Lane--to do all the work. He is very impatient, irritable, and sarcastic, as seen from many talks with the DCFDTL. When angered he burst into flames and his offensive powers seem to increase.
When he's happy he can be humorous, but this is rare, since he is almost never happy.

Alignment: Evil, specifically on the adults side of the war of adults against children.

Universe: Codename: Kids Next Door.

Powers: Father is most known for being able to burst into flame and shoot fireballs. He can also levitate (usually used instead of walking) and use telekinesis.

Magic: None, he's already pretty powerful.

Specialties: Fire-based attacks.

Special weapons?: In his universe Father is capable of making some pretty powerful technology, but he won't be using any of that here.

Strengths: Very powerful, especially when angry.

Weaknesses: Water and cold objects, such as ice cream. It extinguishes him and renders him powerless.

Bio: Father is the son of Benedict Wigglestein Sr--also known as "Grandfather"--who is another evil demonic being with anger managment issues. Grandfather abused his two sons--Father and Monty Uno, who would become the 7th founder of the Kids Next Door--and Father soon become totally obedient in all ways and thoughts. He inherited Grandfather's hatred of children and the position as the sole oppressor of children. At some point he moved from Britan to the Unites States, created the Delightfulization Chamber--which branwashed Sector Z of the KND and turned them into the Delightful Children From Down the Lane--either bought or built his mansion--the Delightful Mansion From Down the Lane--and started fighting the Kids Next Door. He gathered more minions, such as the Ice Cream Men and local teenagers. He frequently works with the other evil adults, like Mr. Boss.

on all 4s he is about 6 foot while standing on his hind legs he is about 6 foot 10, coming in at about 250 pounds

Bio: Amaron was a wood elf that had been ostracized from his clan. When he was bitten by a lycan they automatically saw him as a beast and as a child threw him into a cave. Left him to fend for himself. he struggled to survive especially with the uncontrollable lycanthropy that seemed to change him whenever he left his emotions unchecked. He was starving after a day of once again unsuccessful hunting. He laid in the cave waiting to die, when a man in a cloak that made him almost look like he blended in with he surroundings appeared. To weak to struggle, and to tired to transform he was lifted off the ground and was taken away. The man had a bow on his back and his beard was grey, the man had a very serious look on his face and he hardly budged in emotion. His eyes, green but cold and deadly. Amaron figured this was it, this man would kill him, so he laid his head back and fell asleep, waiting for the death that was bound to come.

He would wake up to the smell of food as he was in a small wood home, the man who had taken him was making him soup as he dropped a bowl of food in front of him. Eat. he said. Amaron gladly ate, he wanted more, he walked over to the table that the man had been sitting at. He didn't know where he was now but he wanted more, so he reached for the other bowl of food. That is when an arrow flew and drilled itself right in front of Amaron's hand. Amaron looked to his right in fear as the man who had taken him was in the other room with his bow drawn. "You eat to much and you'll kill yourself go lay down!" he said. Amaron did as he was told, he didn't know who this man was but obviously he had good intentions for Amaron.

The years passed and The old man trained Amaron, Amaron learned to call him father, or master. The old man preferred master but after years of complaining he finally gave in and allowed Amaron to call him father. The man trained Amaron to use a bow, and fight with two short swords as well as poisons. But most of all he trained him to control his Lycan side. He taught Amaron everything he knew, and finally gave Amaron his own gear. The training there only got more difficult. Amaron realized that after the years of training he was now expecting perfection, in his shots, in his tracking, and in everything else. The training he had received from his old clan had already become a thing of the past compared to what he was going through. Every couple of weeks though the old man would disappear and tell Amaron he had to fend for himself. Amaron saw it as a test and constantly passed the test. Even when the old man was gone for a month.

He had gotten perfection, Amaron was perfect it seemed everything he did, still not as good as the Old Man but Amaron never seemed to fail. That is when knights showed up at the cottage, Amaron was ready for a fight, until the old man told him that it was okay, and brought Amaron his horse They were to ride with these men, they rode to the capita city and up to the castle. Amaron met the king that day and was accepted as a warrior in his army.

It wasn't long however until his father was soon killed. The old man had made many enemies, so when they all came in the dead of knight while Amaron was away, he old man was simply out numbered. Although outnumbered he managed to kill half of the intruders before they finally killed him. He died with a calm and relaxed face. One of the intruders were alive when Amaron returned, he told Amaron where they were camped, and that the old man said nothing, only spoke quietly when he said. "Beware of wolves."
Amaron's rage exploded as he fought back the wolf.
His first mission, was to get revenge and revenge he got, as he slaughtered all of the men responsible for his fathers death. In his wolf form he was nearly unstoppable.

As a warrior he fought hard and won, and quickly moved up the ranks to captain, where he then led the western charge against an evil sorcerer. Hell had broken loose, and he now was back at the wooden cottage waiting for orders from the King.

Okay Uruk! Okay and Wormgod, wow we going deep into universes, did not expect a KND one but cool, only 2 things, Telekinesis and multiplying yourself need to be taken down it just seems a bit more than necessary, unless there is going to be drawbacks to them. Otherwise it just seems a bit much, but other than that your fine and accepted

I've been watching the show a lot recently. And honestly, I agree that he's too powerful. But, I'd rather get rid of shapeshifting and self-replicating. Is that okay?

Personality: Clam. collected, focused. He has an air about him as one who has seen it all, and is very willing to share some of what he knows to those he trusts

Powers?: He can see the "Paths" of the astrial plane in the material plane (allowing him to teleport with near pinpoint accuracy), extended life span
Magic: Force Magic, Spacial manipulation (Dimension door/ teleportation like magic)

Special weapons?: Aeterna - A broad-bladed Ranseur, it is made of a dark wood and an adamantine blade, stylized with a silver inlay. Three ghostly ribbons emanate from below the head of the weapon, pale words appear scrawled on the ribbons

Bio: Savin's history begins far longer ago than his 36 years would suggest, his birthplace was a world by the name of Nevisin, the land itself was infused with the magic of the world, and so the natural races of the world were as well. Savin grew up in a small village, about three hours out of the way from a large city, his home was a small cabin like shack, situated on the edge of town. His Father and Mother were both adept magicians, who took to teaching Savin what they knew. As he grew, he learned secrets and old whispers of power, about how the power of Nevisin had drawn the Astrial Vale (another name for the Astrial plane) close and certain individuals could harness this power to traverse great distances with and eye blink, and who were said to be great warriors that had served the empires of old, until their disappearance at the fall.

Entranced by these stories Savin began to pour himself into his studies. As he grew older he let his parents in search of more powerful and old sources of knowledge, to this end he delved deep into various cities archives and the ruins of all the old empires. He grew as he studied, learning and mastering the secrets of those long dead until one day when he was approached by an old, blind monk. He leaned heavily on his dark wood staff, his cloudy eyes never leaving the young man, he began to speak to Savin, expressing a wish to join him on his next delve into the ruins. At first Savin was cautious about the old man, no matter what he told him the old man was hiding something, but he agreed hesitantly. After a few days he and the old man reached his next delve site, the ruins of the old capitol of the First Empire, now what seemed like little more than a few ruined walls and arches. But the ruins above hid the massive network of tunnels below, each was once a roadway of a home, but now they had surrendered to the passage of time. It was through these tunnels he and the old man walked though, the torch light flickering off of old architecture and writings. Though he remained silent, Savin noticed that the old man was smiling for most of the delve, his eyes never leaving Savin. As they reached what remained of the old library, the old man lagged behind, allowing Savin to traverse what remained himself. As he read, Savin came across more and more references to beings called "Planeswalkers", their stories slowly matching up with the legends. After what seemed like days, Savin was confidant in his gathered research and abilities that he began to attempt to move across into the Asrial Vale, the old man looking on. After a few moments of concentrating a feeling like that of warm water spread spread across the young mage. Opening his eyes he saw it, the vale stood before him, and in it was a mirror world or at least a mirror library, in which armored figures walked among the stacks of scrolls, in and out of the tower, their faces hidden by their hood. He was stunned for a moment until he heard a familiar voice come from behind him. "Welcome, young one." He turned around to see an ornately armored figure breach the Vale behind him, gripping a lethal weapon, wing like tendrils of buzzing power spreading from behind it, the figure seemed timeless. Yet it spoke with the voice of an old man.

Days stretched into weeks, weeks into years as Savin trained within the mirror fortress. His eyes blurred, yet he saw more, the shifting strands of the Vale becoming clear to him, his power crystallizing, in the shifting fluxes, into the tendrils of the Planeswalkers, his armor becoming a second skin. He grew strong, and in time was assigned to one of the top squads. This was when he had his first taste of what the Planeswalkers did. Called into a battle the phased into the field, the chaotic sounds of war replacing the dull, near silence of the Vale. They waded through the combat, making their way in a bloody path to the commanders of the armies. In this Savin learned the the Planeswalkers were more than soldiers, and watchers, they were peace keepers in a fashion. They removed the leaders, killing a few, so that the armies were forced to with draw and eventually disband under threat of the Walkers, to save the many.

As he returned to the Vale, Savin was greeted by the old man, who had become his mentor and he later learned was named Jagri. After they had exchanged a few words, Jagri led him into the main hall where the grand Masters stood. After kneeling to each he was invited to stand, upon which he saw a large book situated in front of him, the names of the Planswalkers lining its pages, a pen and ink rested next to it. Stepping forward he signed his name at the first blank zone, after which each grand master in turn bowed to him, signifying his becoming a full Walker. After the ceremony Jagri presented him with his weapon, saying that he wouldn't need it anymore, as he was takeing a more passive role, and that it would be put to better use in the hands of a warrior. Savin accepted the weapon after some convincing by his teacher. He proceeded to serve for years, steadily rising in the Walkers ranks.

Name: "Magus" (Athanos Gilmott)
Race: Formerly human, now mutated with an insect-like appearance.
Age (estimated if needed): 35
Appearance: As a human he was of average height with shoulder-length black hair and light grey eyes. Currently, his eyes have been changed into two large insect eyes covering half his face and his limbs elongated and restructured to resemble insect legs. Antennae extend from his head and an aura of multicoloured light extends half a metre from his body.
Personality: Driven, intelligent and ambitious; looks down on those he perceives as less intelligent but will defer to people with authority or power over him. To people he considers his intellectual equals, he is friendly and personable, but can be inconsiderate on occasion. His transformation humbled him slightly and made him more willing to work with others, but remains somewhat stubborn.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Universe: Original setting
Powers?: Creation of visual and aural illusions (which causes the aura)
Magic: Used to specialise in runes, but nearly all of that knowledge was wiped during his transformation.
Specialties: Visual hallucinations (limited to temporarily blinding people at present), lying, research
Special weapons?: Chisel, scalpel and pen for drawing runic diagrams. Right now he only has vague memories of what they're for.
Strengths:
-Heightened sense of smell and motion due to antennae.
-Compound eyes allow wider field of vision and better detection of movement.
-Patient
-Near-photographic memory
Weaknesses:
-Blurry vision from compound eyes, results in frequent headaches
-Antennae are long and thin, making them vulnerable to damage.
-Powers heavily influenced by his emotions and instinct, may occasionally affect allies.
Bio: Athanos was left at the doorstep of a guild of mages as a baby and raised as one of their students. He had no innate magic, unlike some of the other students and mages, but his excellent memory and willingness to study made him especially talented at runes. As he grew older he rose through the ranks quickly, eventually becoming a magus (a title given to mages in charge of researching magical effects). Despite this, he envied those with natural magic and wanted that power for himself. After years of study and experiments with animals, he designed a ritual meant to commune with the spirits and grant him instinctive magic.

Athanos does not remember all of this. What he does remember is something looking at him with immense fury, extreme pain and a feeling of falling. He remembers he used to be important, and that he was not as monstrous as he is now. He thinks he used to be able to do more than just blind people, but he does not know how he would have done that. The word "magus" sounds familiar, and he thinks he remembers people addressing him by that, so he has taken it as his name. The only thing he is certain of is that the world he has landed in is not his own, and he will do whatever it takes to return.

Name: Garth (unkown)
Race: Viking
Age (estimated if needed): 29-32
Appearance
standing at 7 foot 1 he is small for a viking in his town with only weighing 270lbs.
Personality: Fun loving, can be serious when he wants to though. caring for his friends, loyal, intelligent, but he is not cocky about it. He is very confident about his power and magic and abilities. Doesn't take well to being bossed around though.
Alignment: Chaotic neutral
Universe: King's Knight (past RP)
Powers?: Berserk mode
Magic: yes, he has control over a wide array of magic from healing to elemental magic, which combines words with hand motions, however he can use spells without they are just less powerful, the more words and hand motions the more powerful.
Specialties: Support/ magic user
Special weapons?: He has 2, a short sword that looks like a dagger in his hand that when he uses it he can suck the mana and energy from what he stabs with it.
He also has glasses, special cursed glasses that don't come off. These glasses when activated give him the knowledge of all past users as well as their power. However, the glasses come at a heavy cost, the longer they are used and the more spells used while he uses the glasses the more energy he drains himself.
Strengths: Intelligent for his kind.
Very physically strong though
loyal
Easy to get along with
Willing to do what is necessary for the group.
Weaknesses:
He is a viking... he like gold, and lots of gold.
He is an old elite guard, he is an Alpha male and will be willing to fight for it.
Generally his first thought is some clever way of enacting violence.
Can be stubborn
The Glasses, if used will hurt him as well as save him
Sometimes will see one option and act upon that option.
Is overconfident
Since he is smaller and a mage hand to hand combat is not his style of fighting
Bio:Garth was a mage in his clan who rose through the ranks quickly. Eventually he found himself in the Elite guard under his best friend and now commander Svengal Erak . Under his command Garth quickly became powerful and his right hand man. Everything seemed to be going perfect for Erak and Garth, they grew up together and now they fought together, protecting the King from any attack that may come at their clan. They were rich, they had families and they were some of the most esteemed men in their clan.

He had one day while doing a mission for the king ran into a man who challenged him to a battle. He being a viking was honor bound to accept. And so he did. The battle was fierce and lasted almost an hour. But finally he had won. The man fell over dead and the glasses he had been wearing fell off. For some reason it was as if they called to Garth. As he stepped closer and picked them up they attached themselves to him. It wasn't until later that he could find out that the glasses were cursed. Then he realized why he had them, the glasses go to the next person who killed the man before him. After using it a couple times he realized it should only be used if absolutely necessary, with help from Erak's suggestion of course.

But then during a war with a rival clan there was a battle. The enemy soldiers were numerous and they had to go help defend the city and the King had commanded them to go help with the protecting of the Keep. So they left him with the rest of the guard, they fought viciously when they heard reports of the enemy making their way into the great hall where the King and the Guard was. Rushing back they found multiple foes dead all around and in the great hall. But the friends in the elite guard who stayed back were all dead as well. The bodies all piled up and lead all the way to the where the King laid. They ran over to him pushing the multiple bodies out of the way. The king would give them his last wish but would then tell them to save their families.

Erak and Garth ran out to see the town only to find each one's houses burning and their families all dead outside of the house. Angry as they watched the opponents run in retreat they swore revenge. And they got it, gathering what was left of the Elite Guard together they went and raided the rival village, for the first time Garth truly tapped into the power of the glasses. It was the hatred that kept him fueled. They slaughtered and destroyed everything in their path. It didn't matter if they were women or newborn babies. The glasses only seemed to be fueled by the slaughter. But the tales still tell that if you go to the wreckage of that city you can still hear the cries of the children and women. But that rumor is not as bad as the one that you can still hear the blood hungry cries of men, men who had lost their honor for letting their king fall, and men who had lost everything else. These men were blood drunk, and those rumors are true. Late at night in that area you can hear it. Garth knows because he revisits that place over and over again.

After the destruction it took Garth 2 weeks of intense recovery to get back up on his feet. It was a few months later that he and Erak realized exactly what they had done and the extent of their actions. Ashamed they left the clan, they left as heroes but when their own separate ways only to be reunited to save the Universe. But although their clan did not ever see what they did as wrong they still carry that burden.

Garth had been one day drinking, and while drinking he heard a lot of noise from the woods across from the town. He traveled over there to see a beast from another realm, (he didn't know he just had never seen it before) after a long battle he was able to kill it. But then another one appeared, and then another, and another. He didn't know what to do, when all of a sudden he could hear the noise again as he was sucked away into this cyclone with these beasts. The beasts burned up but he remained pretty much in tact. Next thing he knew he was falling out of the sky towards the ground in some land that was not his own.

My first roleplay on this site. Can't wait to get started!*

Name: 'Cryalis' Icehallow
Race: Human
Age: 22
Appearance: A slender human female. She has a dark blue (almost black) cape and dark hair, as well as a bow that has been ornately carved. She has a long, deep scar on the right side of her face.
Personality: Cryalis is rather detached from the rest of the world, and serves to be rather apathetic when it comes to unimportant things. But when something threatens something she cares about, she will not hesitate to confront it- with help or otherwise. Either way, she is deadly serious, and prefers the company of herself.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Universe: Quelens (Original Universe)
Powers: Her cloak is enchanted with ice magic, and sends a cold shock to anyone who touches it without her express permission. She is also an extremely good marksman with a bow.
Magic: While not at all a wizard, she has a grasp of some ice spells, often using it to enchant her arrows and unleashing a gust of wind to push back and slow enemies.
Specialties: Archery, stealth, and hunting

Weaknesses: Relatively weak up close, head pains, social encounters
Bio: Cryalis came from the northern realms of her home, from a small village amongst the forest-shrouded mountains. The men would mine coal and iron, barely trading enough to keep scraping by. The young girl often tired of being treated as a weakling and useless, and, after her twelfth birthday, she had had enough. Taking her father's bow and quiver, she set out into the woods, changing her name to Cryalis to disguise herself from her wrathful father. She would spend weeks in the wilderness, barely surviving in the snowdrifts at first but then learning- learning how to perfect her aim, learning which plants were beneficial and which were harmful, learning how to harness the cold around her to her advantage. At first, she was barely keeping herself alive, but she learned quickly and, by the end of her second year, she was making numerous trips into her village, to warm up by the fire and have a proper meal, as well as to sell and barter her gains for merely more arrows and, on occasion, the spare bowstring. She even began to make ventures into nearby villages, eventually becoming a trader of sorts between the villages, offering her services to merchants to protect them on the road from bandits and animals.

Yet, when the aspiring necromancer Ulmein accidentally unleashed an entombed lich upon the world, it was Cryalis that tracked it, warning villages that it planned to raid ahead of time so that they would flee, deriving the sentient undead of much-needed sacrifices after centuries of wasting in a tomb. The lich would never be able to recall anything but the whisper of the wind and the shadows of the trees, but Cryalis was there almost all the time- until she was able to leak a message to a band of bounty hunters which, after an epic fight which involved several bloody deaths and more than a few arrows from the Northern Ranger, resulted in the destruction of the lich’s phylactery and the destruction of the lich itself.

After the damages had been repaired, she was lauded as a hero. Children would constantly flock towards her, begging her to teach them how to hunt and stalk unseen. She was content with this life for several months more, bringing up a small group of rangers just like her, who respected her but, eventually, set out on their own. She began to feel fenced into her new life and, thus, struck out on her own, trusting her students to protect her home, and quickly found herself south and east, in large cities that didn’t need trades but desperately needed men and women, proficient with defending themselves and others, and willing to give up large sums of gold to obtain them. Cryalis quickly adapted to this new style, where she is today.

Okay, hmm, so first off Uruk yours is accepted (even though we are waiting on the bio to be complete everything else seems okay, secondly, Magos, I did not the words on this site, :). Your character seems good, and is accepted as well. I should have the IC up sometime either in a couple hours or this afternoon after classes, I'd like everyone to be able to have your introduction post, as what your character was doing before the cyclone/vortex appeared swallowing them up, (if you did not put it in your bio.) if you did you do not have to worry, I will have Garth and Amar (Amar is short for Amaron) end up close by each other it'd be recommended that you all land relatively close, if not that is okay too I will make an encounter for you to wind up with the rest of us. As for those near Amar and Garth there will be a small plundering force that we will have to fight off. Make sure you keep eyes on the OOC and IC for updates, I will also be messaging you all when the IC starts!

Also heads up I will be drawing from multiple pre-existing villains to be the main enemies of this RP.
(I have also changed the name of my elf to Amaron. as you can tell.)
