History
Millions of years ago, when the Sun was red and the ground burned, there lived the great Elemental Dragons, huge, mighty, and each stood for each of the elements in existence.
Rulers of their lands, these Dragons lived as Kings
of the World until there came the Hunterkind.
Armed with deadly and mystic weaponry, they
attacked these beasts wildly and so began The Great Dragon War In this war, many lost their lives but in the end, it was the Dragons that lost. They swore that one day,
they will come back and reclaim what was once
theirs and so ended the great dragon reign.

Present Day
Welcome to Arai City, population, 50,000.
The Yamato household, looked after by Adrien
Yamato consists of a number of young residents, all
under Adrien's care. The residents are all either
middle schoolers, high schoolers or college
students working part-time jobs. However, there's something special about these residents.
They are all reincarnations of the Great Elemental
Dragons of old.
Most of these kids have mastered their abilities to a
great extent being able to transform into their
draconic forms at will and being able to use their respective elements.
But where there are Dragons, can Hunters be far?
Rules
1. No Godmodding, bunnying, metagaming,
flaming or trolling. And absolutely NO SPAMMING.
2. You can only have 1 Dragon and/or 1 Hunter if
you are willing. No two characters of the same kind.
3. Characters can be no older than 23 years of age
and no younger than 14. 4. Please make sure that your IC posts contain a
minimum of 1 average sized paragraph.
5. Your characters may/may not be relatives of
Adrien.
6. Have fun.

Whenever a Dragon/Hunter comes in contact or within close proximity of a Hunter/Dragon of the OPPOSITE element, a strong surge of electricity discharges between them followed by a flash. This is how a Dragon's/Hunter's identity can easily be revealed despite the Dragons being in their Human Forms.

Personality; Niesha is a kind, and caring. She can be extremely shy at times, however once she warms up to people, she is the life of the party. She can be determined, stubborn and, when the mood strikes, serious. She loves to work with her hands, and enjoys the outdoors. She is extremely loyal to those she considers friends, and family, she typically puts the needs of others before herself, and is very perceptive of others emotions. She typically sticks to things until they are done
Abilities: Niesha has the ability to control water in a general way. She understands how to use water in a fight (cryogenic combat), by changing the temperature of water. She does have slight water healing abilities as well.

I don't think Water can use Ice.

The owner has Ice as an element on its own

Sorry but Ice is an element on its own so...

As for other effects, if you can somehow produce them USING fire then its all good.

Abilities: As long as there is water present Mayla is able to turn it into ice and control it almost like a moldable weapon. Being an ice-elemental she doesn't take too kindly to heat, and prefers cooler nights to say the least. Though she doesn't have the ability to make it snow, it is a huge advantage to her when its available.
Personality: Similar to her element, Mayla is cool and collected, for the most part. She can be nice enough but "gentle and innocent" are not words to describe this girl. You really don't want to see her lose her cool, and neither would she. (pun not intended)
