You might have been able to gather enough from the title alone, but I'll explain anyway. I want to know the strangest, wackiest, or even downright weirdest roleplays some of you have been in. I don't necesarily mean bad roleplays, but roleplays that had a strange plot, weird set of characters, crazy concepts, or all of the above. It'll be interesting hearing about some of these.

Here's one of mine:

It was a 1x1, called Bodymates, with a good roleplayer/friend from an old site I used to be active on, some of you may know it as clickcritters! I believe she came up with the concept/plot and it was weird but at the same time, amazing. Basically we had one character each, they were good friend a growing up an they 'decided' to become roomies and share an apartment. It wasn't long before they realized they were complete opposites and couldn't stand to live with each other. My character being a gamer, a slob, and was often pretty rude. Hers being an organized, healthy, and a downright generous girl. The girl went to go see a fortune teller/medium to see if they could resolve the issue. They did, by trapping each other in the minds of, well, each other. For the early half of the day my character controlled the body while hers was in the back of his mind while the latter part of the day it was switched around.
That's the premise of the RP and it was a load of fun, we never formally finished it, which is a shame and mostly my fault, but it was still fun nonetheless.

I convinced people to run a roleplay on RolePlay Gateway, where I played a 16 year old latina immigrant who kept having abortions, and the RPrs were fetuses that haunted me throughout the game. They were really into it.

Then I got them all banned for being creepy weirdoes. :3

Way back, I saw a surprisingly popular Vampire Master/Human Slave smut RP in what was a kiddy site. Didn't get banned or warned. But I think the trend picked up steam, because way later, there was a new rule against it.

Ooh, ooh! Story time.

A tropical island. A luxury resort. Beaches, bars, and babes. But what's this? An escaped Chinese sexbot in the image of a fictional communist dictator has arrived, seeking a hideout from the mysterious forces chasing him. He is followed by Ethiopian and Armenian intelligence assets including a femme-fatale spy named Sasha and a pair of Ethiopian home slices. With them are leaders from across the world - the sociopath king of Spain, the raging alcoholic president of Armenia who makes Mad Men look like an anti-smoking commercial, and the psychotropic drug-addicted ex-monarch of Ethiopia's empire. The stage is set for a battle as small disagreements turn into giant battles.

With the sudden appearance of American special forces, the intelligent agents began to search for the sexbot and its valuable technology. Firefights began to break out throughout the resort, warranting the attention of a French naval task force in the area. They dispatched GIGN forces to quell the riots, unknowingly setting the stage for something far worse. The fights made their way to the beach, where people were already fighting off the French helicopters. Meanwhile, the Ethiopian monarch - Sahle - wandered into the basement while high as a kite and found an inter dimensional portal. Unknowingly, he summoned the legendary son of the Goat God Hebert - Norm the Conqueror (also a goat.) Yet as Norm led his army through the portal, the fabric of the two universes began to tear.

On the surface, things were getting worse. A Spanish submarine had launched torpedoes containing the feared Cazadore special forces at the island in an attempt to capture the sexbot, leading to a standoff later ended when the sexbot's arms turned into giant dildo swords. The intelligence agents in hot pursuit realized that this fight would be unwinnable with conventional arms. Instead, they turned to rap. The sounds of a rap battle involving the heads of state of many different nations ensued while Norm's goat army - led by the mighty Sahle riding on Norm's back - destroyed the French GIGN and the Spanish Cazadores. The battle reached a fever pitch before the strain of the two universe's merging was too much. As the rap battle's violent crescendo sounded, the universe exploded. And thus, the RP ended. This is the story of a seemingly innocent roleplay named "Roleplayer's Resort."

There was one on the OldGuild that I was in very briefely where the GM was a high school kid that had multiple personalities, played by other rpers, in his head that would battle in order to gain the kid's attention to make everyday decisions. Like, if the kid opened his closet to find something to wear, the other players would shout out things they thought would be good to wear while simultaneously doing odd things in order to make their ideas the most resound thought in the kid's head. It had potential to be great, but it never went far.

I think the pregnant rps are pretty weird.

A 1x1 involving a talking bottle of tequila trying to convince an owl to stop drinking it. In the end, the owl is eaten by a flying sperm whale.

There was a lot of metaphors in that RP.

There was also a lot of drinking.

Wow, I knew there were some pretty strange RP's out there but... nice?
That reminds me of the Wing Fish from the Legend of Zelda, but very vaguely.

To be honest it was a whole slew of references to everything else. Lots of references to Animal Farm... Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy... Couple others. It's kind of understandable fuzzy to remember.
