It’s worse than it’s said here. They specifically asked the bronies to leave the disabled kid/character alone. So naturally, they attacked the character as ‘pandering’ and being ‘too PC’ and when asked to please NOT turn it into a porn character, they went out of their way to make as much porn as possible.

A disabled pony just adds more fetishes to the mix, rule 34 demands porn. This situation is like how parents rallying to regulate online porn in stead of using the countless programs designed to help them control their child's internet. If they don't want the kid to see it, don't let him/her see it; if they themselves don't want to see it, don't look at it, but the MLP developers should have known from the start that most of the bronies are terrible people.
