"Well for starters I must ask you, if you got your hands on one of these Syndicate nuts, what would you do to them? Are you willing to go as far as you can to protect conduit kind?" Scorn asked Sam taking another drink from her bottle. She wanted Sam to join her, though she barely knew anything about her, Scorn liked her but she couldn't do much with a conduit who wasn't willing to go and get there hands dirty, Scorn couldn't always do it herself after all as much as she would like to.
Then Zeke finally got something on his phone, apparently a phone transmission between Syndicate members. Ah perfect, she smiled evilly and made note of it.

"Well that will be a start for us to fight against the Syndicate," she said to Same ",Show them what the Reapers are made of and what trouble they are in for messing with Conduits. Unless you don't think you are ready to take on some Syndicate's."

As she waited for an answer she looked around the bar. There was the sand girl from earlier, though seemingly under the influence. Then there was a girl who looked to young to even drink at all. Also a guy who seemed to be observing them, she looked over him for the time before looking around some more. She was somewhat surprised by how many conduits were at the bar this early in the day. She seemed to of hit the jackpot. She spun around in her chair happily still waiting for Sam's reply.

John Black opened his eyes, his brain pulsating as a splitting headache ruptured through it. He sighed, sitting up. He looked down at the rather soft bed he was on, taking in the smell of the recently washed sheets. Another quick glance around the room, and he remembered what had happened. The hotel key card told him where he was. The lack of any mess reminded him that he still had to unpack. Finally, the man hanging from the ceiling told him that he had committed a murder last night.

The details were still a bit foggy, but John remembered one thing. It was fun as hell. He stood on his feet, stretching, as he let out a well-deserved yawn. Conveniently enough, there was still some liquid left in the glass of iced tea on the hotels desk. The antioxidants in the drink did wonders for him, as it helped him produce dopamine faster, and just tasted good. Nothing gave him a perk better than his good old iced tea, save a nice glass of red wine, but that wasn't currently available.

"Now, onto the matter at hand..." John thought to himself, looking at the body. The man’s neck was squeezed tight by a thin strip of leather, decidedly the man’s belt, judging from how low his pants hung. The belt was tied tightly onto the ceiling lamp above. To any single glance, it almost appeared to be a suicide. Hell, it even fooled John for a second, until the iced tea kicked in, and his memories came flooding back.

A rudely loud and persistent knock rang on the door of the hotel room. A man could clearly be seen through the peep-hole, yelling at the top of his lungs. John threw a quick look at the clock as he walked over to the door. 'What could he want at 2 AM?' John thought to himself. A longer glance through the peep-hole showed that the angry bald man was sporting a pistol, waving it carelessly as he yelled, something about 'BLOODY CONDUITS, RUINING MY CITY'. What nonsense. However, John couldn't just let this man go on to the next room, and attack whatever conduit or non-conduit caught his eye.

So, he graciously opened the door, while simultaneously willing pain to flow through the man’s body. Surely enough, the man fell to the floor, writhing in the pain, as John dragged him into the room. 'Poor baby. Did you get a booboo?' He asked, as he began to tie the noose, wasting no time in executing the bastard. He really didn't have time to deal with the formalities and whatnot, as he was already jet-lagged from the trip he just took to France, and using up most of his dopamine did not help in the slightest. What he needed was his beauty sleep.

So now that the puzzle pieces had been put together, John smiled, impressed with his handiwork. He knew that it wouldn't be long now until someone he knew noticed he was gone. However, John didn't worry about that, as he was a conduit- no a god. The police couldn't stop him. John went down to the lobby of the hotel, after putting on a nice new suit, and picking up his suitcase. After buying another iced tea form the hotels small store, he checked out, walking into the busy streets of New York.

He pulled out his phone, peering at the bright screen. He had written down a list of things to do while in New York, among them being climb the Empire State building, go to 'The Cinder', a popular pub for conduits, and learn about this so-called Syndicate that was terrorizing his kind. Perhaps there was something valuable that he could learn from them. Climbing the Empire State building was crossed off, and a quick check showed that he had taken a picture of himself scaling the side of the massive building. 'Being a conduit is amazing.' He thought to himself.

"Well, I suppose that pub is next. It couldn't hurt, and hell, he might find someone who could help him in his search for the Syndicate. So, he caught the first cab he could get, and took a trip quick down to the street it was on. More than a bit paranoid, he peered in through the windows, 'casing' the place. He saw a few people, not nearly as many as he had expected. He locked eyes with a rather surly fellow in a leather jacket while peering in, and immediately looked away, whistling in a rather suspicious manner.

Deciding that, all in all, it couldn’t be too bad of an idea, John walked towards the pub, noting that all seemed to be focused on the bartender. As he entered, he took a brief minute to focus, sending a wave of pleasure through the minds of everyone in the room. This was to put them off of their guard, in case they attempted to attack them, as well as making himself seem more powerful. He had a more imposing effect when he could make you feel good just by walking into the room, he had found.

"No one here would happen to know of any group of ruffians running around, I believe that they call themselves 'The Syndicate'?" He asked as he walked in, not hearing any of the previous conversation.

Eli jumped when the floor boards started to move. He jumped right on the bar and started charging his hands. Then realized what was going on. The sand girl was pulling a prank. Not a good one but hey you had to give the girl credit. He dissipated the electricity as soon as he realized what happened.

He took in a deep breath as he hopped off the bar. "And you guys think I'm unstable." He chucked.

After the recording and the skull girl he spoke up. "I'm not all that interested being called the good guy or the bad guy. I care for little past my trade and a few good drinks in the day. But... I'll say this I can't abide a bully. Not the government or the noncons or the these douche bags it masks. I don't know you guys but I know Zeke well enough." He took his seat and sar back before going on. "I say figure out the how first. Worry about the why late. Past that do whatever must be done to protect whatever we have to." His words were plain and simple. He avoided killing whenever he could be this wasn't something that could be avoided for long.

"But the first things are first, I'm in for the long haul on this. Whatever that might entail. Anyone else?" He spoke with his arms wide. Only after finishings did he hear the newcomer. He turned and looked over the guy. "Funny thing about that, we were just talking about knitting them scarves and bennies with cheap wool. Might have you a power that could help?"

"I'm in." Ellie said, raising her hand. "The Syndicate are bad, that's for sure. But we can't let this happen." Ellie took another sip of her drink and stood up. She wanted to be apart of this, she wanted to do the better good and help the norms, even if it mean't risking her life. Then, it came. A brilliant idea that might work "What if we got a hold of the thing that stole the rogue's power? Figure out how it worked!" Ellie suggested. "We subdue one, take the thing and then disassemble it. You guys digging?"

"The Syndicate are so dumb." Jen said, her voice slightly slurred. She took another swig of the drink. "I mean, who stands up against conduits? We can shoot fire from our hands! I wanna take 'em down, and I'm gonna drag every last one of them into a pit."

Jen glanced behind her, seeing someone new enter the bar. It was a young man who looked about the same age as her. "Oh hey, you're cute." She said, with another fit of giggles. "We were just talkin' about the Syndicate, you know." The dopamine of pleasure being released affected her drunken mind pretty heavily. Zeke glanced at the conduit. "Hm.. ya' know maybe I made it a bit too strong for her." He examined, looking at her. A massive column of sand ruptured the floorboards by her, almost striking Zeke. It was jagged and rough, like a sandcastle. "Heh! Sorry! I can't stop it!" She said, laughing. "They're really tough!" The pillar dissolved, falling back into the pit it had just emerged from.

"Yeah, I definitely made it too strong." Zeke said. "I think that was just about all I had to offer you guys. The recording is all I had. I'll ring you guys up if I get any more info on The Syndicate and what they're planning in the vintage district." Zeke also didn't really want any more drunken conduits to tear up the place. He already to had to pay for the floorboards. He didn't really object to it to them because he was scared that drunk Jen might've impaled him with a sand tendril.

Sam didn't know how to answer that question. She'd probably have to kill these Syndicate guys. It wouldn't be pretty in the least, or even remotely heroic, but these guys didn't seem like they were just going to jail if they were caught. The police were mostly norms, after all. As she heard the transmission, Sam set her resolution. "Scorn, I'll go as far as it takes. They can't keep taking powers like this, it's inhumane. We deserve these powers as much as the next guy, and they might use the stolen powers to kill others like us."
Sam looked up to see a giant sand column nearly squash Zeke. Sam decided right then and there that she shouldn't drink. Ever. It took a clear head to keep tabs on how much blood she had been using and whose blood was whose. Sam laughed a little at Jen. The poor girl looked like she'd hit her limit pretty early. Well, Sam wasn't going to drink and it looked others weren't going to either, so at least she wasn't going to be sober alone. "I'm in for killing or whatever needs to be done. Those Syndicate guys seem like jerks anyway."

Scorn looked over at Jen and rolled her eyes."Some people can't hold their liquor," she mumbled. For her it took a bit to get her loopy and doing dumb stuff with her powers, though she was slightly buzzed by now she knew. She put her bottle down, and then smiled at Sam hearing her answer."Ah good because killing might be necessary," she said happily with a smile. In fact there was going to be killing, lots of it, she thought to herself amused by it.
"But you'll be a hero just think about it, stopping the Syndicate and saving Conduits," she added along to make it sound like some noble cause, which to her it partially was. The Syndicate didn't deserve life, they deserved a dirt nap.
She ignored the new guy who walked in for the time though Jen sounded like she had interest in him.
"Now we just need to seek out some more willing recruits to help our cause," she said to Sam once more beginning to look around the bar. Of course now that Zeke had given the information to everyone in the bar, there would be a lot of choices though she needed the more infamous conduits none of those conduits that called themselves heroes.

A lot had suddenly happened while Eve had been zoning out; the guy to her left, Eli - or something, zapped Zeke’s priced TV, the girl to her right that had been sitting there since before Eve had entered the bar surprised Eve, someone who isn’t usually scared easily, enough to make her to jump and send her an annoyed look and two new conduits had arrived; a rather ‘interestingly’ dressed woman named Chloe - or ‘Scorn’ as she corrected Zeke - arrived with a girl that couldn’t be more than in her late teens - who apparently could control blood!
“Jesus,” Eve mumbled to herself, turning back towards her beer while staring down into the bottle as if it could somehow tell her the secret of life, “these ‘heroes’ sure are a bunch of weirdos…”
She grinned for herself, But so are you, Eve.

It was at this time that Zeke brought out one of her many gadgets, most of which were all sorts of random technologies glued together somehow. Apparently it had been an old hobby of his, dating all the way back to before the Empire City incident. This time it was a phone.
Eve had just opened her mouth to ask why he couldn’t find something a bit more… modern, but at that specific time something burst forth from the ground - and for the second time that day the girl named Jen, who was clearly a bit intoxicated, made Eve nearly collapse from shock: large tendrils sprouted up from the floor, causing not just a little damage on its short dance of chaos. This was definitely not good for her heart she concluded as soon as everything had calmed down a bit, not good at all.
Thankfully Zeke’s strange invention soared to life and over the next couple of minutes Eve was plunged into oneof the most interesting conversations she had ever heard. Mmm, so the Syndicate is on the move again… she thought to herself. Clearly the piece of information that Zeke had tried to supply them with had caught her attention - and suddenly she was very awake and aware of those around her - and just in that second the woman that called herself ‘Scorn’ spoke up.

"Well that will be a start for us to fight against the Syndicate," she said to Same ",Show them what the Reapers are made of and what trouble they are in for messing with Conduits. Unless you don't think you are ready to take on some Syndicate's."

Eve’s piercing gaze immediately focused on her. Reapers…?
She had heard that name before, perhaps in her childhood? Yea that was it, but also at a time closer to this… she thought to herself.
Curdun Cay
She had heard it in Curdun Cay she recalled, though she hadn’t heard of it later, where they perhaps still active after all this time? How interesting that would be… But before any of that, Eve still had to announce something.
She cleared her throat, opening her mouth to say something for the second time - and for the second time she was cut off before she could even speak a word.
A guy, probably around her age, walked into the bar - and somehow the atmosphere had suddenly become a lot brighter. However no one found this odd, instead the conversation quickly turned back to The Syndicate with everyone agreeing - and one drunk girl named ‘Jen’ seemingly ready to have a showdown between herself and The Syndicate right that moment.

Suddenly Eve burst out laughing, somehow finding this strange scene incredibly funny; a bunch of people who had barely met each other all seemingly ready to fight for the same course - how very funny! After a few seconds her gleeful laughter calmed to a grin, which allowed her to finally speak.
“Oh I am definitely in,” she grinned at each of them, “a chance like this to take down The Syndicate doesn’t come often - and I am not going to let a drunk girl take all the glory by taking down The Syndicate all by herself!”. The Last part she added with a wink in Jen’s direction before she turned her attention to Zeke behind the bar.
“Another beer, please” she spoke, quickly getting tossed a fresh cold beer, allowing her to get another sip of that nearly freezingly cold beer.
“‘Name’s Evelyn” she spoke out loud after she had swallowed the first mouthful, “but just call me ‘Eve’ - it’s much easier after all” she spoke with a grin before adding; “so how should we get this party started? Should we get the power-stealer as you suggested?” she tipped her head towards Ellie.

"Well." Ellie started "We would probably have to lead one away if they come in a group. If it's only one then we just sedate him and take it from him. But we have to time it correctly and take him down quick or it's goodbye to one of our abilities." Ellie took another sip of coke. "Today's Thursday right?" Ellie asked. Zeke Nodded. "Here's what i'll do. I'll scout around the area and see if we can find a drop in point. Someone will have to be bait though." Ellie added. "Anyways, Once i've got a good point I'll take photos and bring em back here." Ellie Smiled a little bit. She said all of this, she planned this all out. She felt slightly proud of herself.

Grease thought through what the others had said for a moment, letting a thousand scenarios run through his head, before he caught himself. 'No, don't think.' he scolded himself, before he piped up. " I can definitely be bait. I'd like to show those bastards a thing or two about messing with us." He said, liking how well this group had come together.

He did shoot a quick concerned glance in Jen's direction. He already was wary of 'Captain Conductor', he just hoped that this sand-lady only got like this when she was drunk. He didn't like having to already deal with one liability.

" So! We have bait and recon. A girl that works at Starbucks and can't drink. The psychopathic skull woman tthingyand her side kick will apparently do all the killing with the help of the Reapers." His words flowed in a manner that he was sure came off more than a little condescending. "Then there's the incredibly pretty pink chick that thinks his funny." Eli sent a wink in her direction.

"Well you guys figure the rest out. I'm damn sure no leader of men. Zeke can do the rest of the heavy thinking as far as I care... When the time comes to catch the I can help there... I guess." He gave a shurg of the shoulders with his last comment. He got the ball rolling on all this but pas that he wanted nothing to do with it. He was no hero and he knew it. Hr just wanted a quite life with awesome powers and freedoms. How hard was that? Very, apparently.

Scorn looked over at the one named Evelyn when she spoke. Oh I like her, Scorn thought to herself, putting Evelyn on top of her candidate's list of recruits. Then there was the guy who spoke up after. She remembered hearing his name before from someone in the bar, but for the life of her she couldn't remember, it started with a 'G' though she was pretty sure about that.

"I have a few friends who can help in the matter as well," Scorn chimed in ",I'm sure they would like to have some fun with the Syndicate. It'll be a party, one to remember." She laughed happily. Oh this would indeed be fun. Sure she might of been working with those villains who thought humans and conduits were equal but for now they had a common enemy the Syndicate. Of course if she was going to be having her fun, she had to keep it low key so those norm sympathizers didn't catch wind of anything she did.
"I want whatever position that allows me to get my hands on those Syndicates and lets me beat them an inch of there life," she said with an evil grin ",Oh and also if we need another scout, I can sneak around, lurking in the shadows is something I do good with."

For the fun of things she demonstrated by jumping off her chair where a shadow was at, instantly when she touched it, she disappeared. She reappeared on the other side of the bar."Ta-da," she said happily before doing it again and heading back to her chair at the bar ",I also do parties if anyone is interested." She joked.

"I suppose this is all good and well for you all to talk about so lightly over a few beers, but you do realize the implications of what we're doing here? Has no one taken but a moment to consider the outcomes of this?" Spoke pain, still standing near the entryway. "These... Syndicate folks are not some group of super-powered juveniles running around drunk. They are, if the news knows anything, a lethal group of hostile men, with no intent for mercy to our kind." Pain said, a slight tone of anger under his voice.

"While it would be amusing to see you fail, get your powers drained, then be kicked to the curb, it would be a true waste of your untapped potential." He said, rather impressed by the displays of power he had seen up to this point. "Now, on a brighter note, let's suppose you do win, and do... whatever this half baked plan entails, while suffering minor casualties. What then? Rejoice as the Syndicate plan a violent vengeance, no doubt ending with streams of crimson running through our streets?" He asked, the angry tone gone, replaced with something more like a fatherly concern.

"I ask no-" He continued before Grease stood up, crossing over to him, fists clenched. Grease stood close to the suited man, in an attempt at intimidation, a rather pitiful one at that. "Listen here, fancypants, we don't need to be lectured by you. I'm sure we all know the risks here, and we aren't just kids that you can push around. So either join us and be useful or-" Grease said loudly, cut off by a jolt of pain running through his arm.

Pain grimaced, sending the pain through the other conduit wasn't pleasant for him either. "Please, don't waste oxygen in such a futile speech." Pain said disdainfully, before continuing. "I ask nothing of you as drastic as abandoning your mission, I simply ask that you do something sensible. Don't rush so eagerly into an early grave. Take time to think this through, when you're SOBER." He pleaded, shooting a glance at Jen when he said sober.

"Ha, Sober?" Jen asked, staring between the two fighting conduits. They seemed to be pretty eager for a plan that didn't even have a base. "I think the conduit has a point. I'm not too sure if I want to face The Syndicate. " It was her first sober thought since she had taken a drink. If she was still sober enough to think clearly, she must've needed another drink.

Jen yawned, standing up and moving out the chair from behind her. The floorboards creaked as she stood up. Jen reached for the glass, only to find it wasn't there. Zeke shot her a glance. He was rinsing out the same glass she was just drinking from. "Hey, Zeke. No need to take away my drink now." Jen said, staring at him. "I just need one more swig." Zeke rolled his eyes under his sunglasses.

[MEANWHILE..]

The Syndicate Leader paced the floor of the concrete building. It was located on the outskirts of the Vintage District. It held the squadron of Syndicate Soldiers who conducted the plans in that District. Their base of operations was located on the bottom floor. It was dark and damp, but that was pretty good for most of the men who worked. The few lights in the basement was the odd, glowing green gel filling the vials adorning the basement. Surrounding them was odd looking lab equipment and half-finished experiments. All of the lab equipment was on one, long clean white table. Several Syndicate men were at their stations. They all wore masks, however, unlike the grunts, they had clean white lab coats and long rubber gloves. They were fiddling with small objects and the gel.

Several more Syndicate men stood around the basement. Some were tapping away at computers in the corner and jotting out notes. Others were experimenting in another corner, melding together metal with blowtorches. There were about 40..50 men in that large, concrete basement. The Leader of the Vintage Squadron was still pacing about, ignoring all of the noise around him. He was muttering noises to himself. "Okay.. okay.. got it, got it." The Syndicate was still thinking of the plan. If all went well, he should get a promotion, hopefully. Maybe Co-Leader. As long as some conduits didn't mess them up. Over in the market district, he heard that some Syndicate had been kidnapped and killed by the Reapers. They were starting to be annoying.

"Hey, Lauderdale." He said, turning to one of the metal welders. He turned around, holding a large blowtorch which was still blazing. "Yes, sir?" He asked, his voice a deep, digitally distorted baritone. "Can we dispatch a couple troops to the Market District, maybe help their Syndicate?" Take care of those Reapers?" He asked, staring at him. The Reapers. He knew of the name. They originated from Empire City. Drug Dealers gone bad after the Ray Sphere Explosion. "I believe we can. Maybe get some troops equipped the some conductors, and seem 'em over." Lauderdale replied. "As long as things don't go sour, the Reapers would easily be taken out. However, the Market District Syndicate might have it covered already." The leader nodded, and Lauderdale reported back to his work. Reapers..

The leader walked over to a computer worker over in the corner. He was tapping away rapidly, zooming in and clicking his mouse. On the screen were 9 black and white smaller screens. There were various fuzzy figures moving about on the screen. "And the Museum of a Natural History? How is that going, Johnson?" The leader asked, patting the computer worker's back. "Good, sir." His voice was higher pitched and similarly digitally distorted by the mask. "We have a stable plan that has a 63% chance of completion. On the assumption conduits haven't killed us all and taken over." The leader smiled, which was hidden behind the mask. Everything was going his way today. He had killed a couple conduits. Made a couple of ex-conduits. It was a bright day.

Sam watched the argument. "Sorry, but the 'sidekick' agrees with Logic boy over there. Rushing in will get us all killed. First off we need recon, and if we pay off a couple norms they can blend in and watch for us without tipping any idiot Syndicate grunts off." Sam stood from her stool and strode over to the two people who had been arguing. The word sidekick was filled with so much venom and malice, Sam was faintly surprised that she could summon that much anger into a single word.
"I never agreed to rush in blindly, we all need time to set up an ambush since we have the element of surprise. The quicker we can take care of the guys in the museum the better. Or would you prefer that the sidekick butted out?" Sam spoke with a strange authority, mostly fueled by the sidekick comment from earlier. She wasn't interested in staying Scorn's shadow, and she'd had enough of being ignored.
She'd had enough of that just about her whole life. Abandoned once she was discovered to be a conduit, locked in a small cell, left alone to be tortured on and off, and finally put in a coma after wanting something more out of her life. Sam hated being ignored, but she didn't like long winded speeches either.
"I volunteer Logic Man for getting Sand Chick back home, since he's pointing out how drunk we all apparently are, it's only fair that he gets to make sure we all make it home." Sam shot him a dirty look, and then glared daggers at the guy who said that she was a sidekick. She thought he might have been called Eli, but that was guess. She sat back down next to Scorn, mildly irked. "Apologies for losing my a cool a bit there, but if anyone calls me sidekick again… I know the best vein to block off for paralysis."

Very intersting, Scorn thought seeing how angered Sam had gotten in such short noticed. Good, very good. Seems she just wasn't a timid person, she could be outspoken if pushed perhaps just needs some encouragement.
"Oh no need to be sorry, I rather enjoyed the show," Scorn said ",I don't see you as a sidekick by the way, we're partners, all equal in the Reapers, well besides me giving orders and all but other then that we are going to be one big happy family and group once the Syndicate problem is taken care of." Scorn smiled happily and then added to everyone else."Oh if we need norms I know a few. They might need a little makeover but they can do the job if told by me at least, fellow Reaper operatives," she said merrily. When she saw her little three orange coated friends again she would talk with them about it that is if the others would accept their help. It was a good time as any to mention she had norms to show she was somewhat accepting of norms, as long as they knew there place under conduits.

Eli shurged yet again. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm not scared to let out and run my ass off. Nothing is as important as my survival. Both as a human and a conduit." Eli had very pragmatic mentality, he was never scared to fight, or fight to run away. Either way he was going win, at least for a little while.

"Dying holds to appeal to me whatsoever. But, still send in the drug addled norms in first." He said very plainly. "So have got this figured out or are we going to on in this circle? Zeke you got anything else for us?" He picked up his glass by the rim and shook it a little. "I'm starting to sober up. Heaven forbids I come up with a decent thought." He smirked as he finished the last of his drink.

"Wow did my idea just get throw out the window." Ellie muttered. She sighed. "Alright scrap my plan. But I'll still get pictures of the area, including the museum just incase." Ellie said. "Does anyone have any ideas that could work?" She asked, hoping for someone to pitch an idea that could work better than hers. She looked at pain with a slight sour look on her face, but turned back. "Thanks for destroying pretty good plan asshole." Ellie mutteres Then again, he does have a fair point. The Syndicate are most likely smarter than everyone else." Ellie took another sip of her cola and awaited an idea pitch.

"Look; I don't need to go home. I don't need an escort." Jen said, resting her elbows on the bar, staring at the blood conduit who was hanging around the shadow conduit. She threatened to paralyze the next person who referred to her as sidekick. A bit drastic."I was in Curdun Cay for 8 years. I think I can handle being a little tipsy." Jen suddenly placed a hand over her mouth, her face turning even paler. She looked like she was about to vomit.

"I got a couple ideas." Zeke said, finally putting down the glass he had been polishing for about an hour. "For one, the Syndicate ain't going to go walking around with their masks and suits, waving around shotguns. They're going to be disguised. They're going to be organized. They're going to be clever." He said. "First order of business is to scout the place out. Find out what they might be looking for." Zeke fixed his glasses, straightening his jacket. He looked like he was ready to run in with his pistol drawn.

Jen nodded, still looking pale. "Sooo, we have to go to the Natural History Museum? I'm all for it." Jen said, already walking up to the bar. "As long as we don't have to face The Syndicate. Also, free trip to see some dead dinosaurs."
