Sam tried to take note of the area she was in. If she used too much blood, there was good chance of accidentally spearing Scorn. Once she noted what all was possible, she started pulling the blood out of the blood bag.

As it floated out, Sam was reminded of how liquid looked on television when they showed zero gravity. The more that came out, the more strange it looked. It didn't really look like blood at all, more like red paint. When she finished -the blood bag wasn't leaking, thank goodness- it looked like a large red sphere. Sam loosed her grip on it and allowed a few drops to drip into the floor. Moving quicker than before, Sam pulled all of the blood behind her and began showing her true powers.

The drops of blood on the floor became spikes that were easily as tall as Scorn. The spikes were tilted at odd angles, but none of them were near Scorn at the moment. Sam then moved on to her next trick, transforming the blood flowing behind her into a sword. I took all of it, so that not even drop could be used for other purposes, but Sam didn't care. She spun she sword on her hand once, and the cut though the spikes, which quickly 'melted' away, leaving only the dried bits of blood on the floor. Done, Sam made her sword blood again, and it all flowed back into the blood bag, save for the drops on the floor.

"There we are. I'd do more, but it's too cramped in here, and it takes too long to do." Sam was deliberately vague about her blood shield. If Scorn knew that Sam had only one more trick up her sleeve, then she wouldn't go looking for more. Sam had a few other tricks, but didn't want to share them with someone who could easily become the enemy at any moment.

Scorn gave a slight clap after the show."That is quite impressive, especially the skill to form objects out of it," Scorn said thinking of the possibilties there could be with a blood conduit but she had to make sure Sam wasn't going to shift sides either. If Sam shifted sides then the fight would at least be an entertaining one to have, she definitely would be a challenge to fight, not like the last conduit guy she had taken on before arriving New York. Some hotshot guy who had tried to put the moves on her. He must of been a new conduit because he lacked form and control and Scorn had wiped him across the floor. He hadn't been killed but for what it took to get a Conduit to need to go to a hospital, she had basically put him close enough to death by Conduit standards.

"Well you can always show the rest at a later date, after all I haven't had a chance to do my show and tell either for you," she giggled, a slight part of the less sane side of her showing before she put the mask up once more ",but now lets find that cab so we can get to the museum, if we're lucky perhaps the Syndicate will show themselves with so many Conduits wandering around it." If she remembered right several had wanted to go to do some scouting. Personally Scorn only wanted to go to partially cause mischief and the hopes that the Syndicate might be there and when they saw the Conduits lurking about they might try something so she could catch one and get to have her true fun.

"As for the floor well, it needed redecorating anyways," she added afterwords looking at the blood ",Guess I shouldn't cry no more tears around you then?" She joked about her disorder.

Sam quietly heard what Scorn had to say. Then, Scorn giggled. It was not a schoolgirl giggle, nor was it a quick little laugh. It was less than sane, as if Sam were still at the whim of a crazed woman. Sam fear showed in her eyes only for as long as the giggle did. Once it was gone Sam's face snapped back into its neutral position.

"It's just a little blood. It washes out, I think." Sam replied to Scorn comment about the floor being replaced. "Promise me you'll only cry if it's an emergency, because I think I'd die of laughter if I had to make blood spikes out of your tears. Your face would be covered in spikes." the image made Sam smile, but it was suppressed. She was still walking on eggshells, but hopefully she wouldn't tick off Scorn.

"After you, ma'am." Sam opened the front door and bowed jokingly. "After all, I have no idea how to hail a cab in this city."

"Hmm I might enjoy it," she joked with an evil grin but then walked through the door when Sam opened it ",Oh it's not that hard to hail a cab, wave them down, stick out a thumb, or if you are in a hurry throw your body in front of it and teleport at the last second." She always got a kick out of the last choice, the faces the person had in the cab were priceless.

"They usually are looking for people that wave them down anyways, after all it's there job to take people places and they aren't going to get paid if they don't look for people who need rides," she said standing at the edge of a sidewalk and spotting a cab. She waved for it, thinking it better not to jump in front of it at least for this time. The cab pulled over and Scorn opened the door."Guess it is my turn to open the door, ma'am," she said smiling normally this time.

The security guard following her spoke into his walkie-talkie, staring directly at Nadiya. Bad sign. Nadiya walked out of the conduit exhibit and headed downstairs. The basements were empty minus a few stored artifacts. She walked deeper into the hallway until she found a restroom. Looking behind her, she saw the security guard following her steps.

Nadiya stepped into the bathroom. She muted the sound around her, locked the door and broke off the doorknob off. She steps onto the bathroom seat and started climbing out a tiny window above the stall. This particular restroom had been out of service for a few years, Nadiya made sure to remember it's existence in the case of an emergency escape. She wasn't sure whether the security guard was a cop or Syndicate, regardless, Nadiya needed to leave.

Climbing out the window, Nadiya stood up only to be faced by two security guards. They had their hands on the holsters of their guns. "We're going to need you to come with us" One of them said.

Nadiya lifted her hands in a gesture of surrender. "I got lost," she said casually. "I was looking for a bathroom and the doorknob broke."

The younger guard walked towards Nadiya while taking out handcuffs. Nadiya sighs. She claps her hands together, letting out a blast of sound pushing the two guards into the ground. Nadiya runs past them and heads into a nearby alleyway.

(TIME JUMP TO THE RESCUE! AT LEAST HOPEFULLY!)

A week had gone and past with little trouble. Though unfortunately by the time Scorn and Sam had returned from the museum a week ago, she found the Syndicate there. A fight broke out, but luckily she and Same stopped them when the other Reapers returned but they had to pick up and move locations fast. The other two bases were gone she found out, the Syndicate must of been watching her more then she thought. Good, she thought to herself that day, means they know I'm a threat.

They moved the base of operations underground, a secretive place. Granted it meant trudging through sewers but this was the fourth base she had made for her group, a more secluded place plus where most of the fun would take place when she got things swinging into high gear.

Now was the day when Zeke said the Syndicate had something planned, something that would be done at the museum it sounded so that was where she and the rest of the Reapers were heading. They needed to, to at least catch one of the little guys or even better one of the green light headed freaks. Then she would reveal herself to the world.

The billboard had been a success somewhat. She found out that there had been reports but now it was being kept somewhat under wraps, either by the authority or the Syndicate themselves.

She now was inside the museum wandering around, observing the same exhibit as before which was the Conduit exhibit. Most of it seemed to be of Cole Macgrath though there was some items of the old Reapers and Dustmen group though nothing really informative, just a hoodie or a logo or some bits of armor, stuff she knew all ready about the old groups. Even those exhibits were tiny, only overshadowed by Cole Macgrath's exhibit. A strong conduit who had wasted his powers to protect these norms but at least he kept the world from being entirely destroyed. She at least saw purpose in norms as being willing slaves to the conduits, it would be pointless to destroy them all at once.
