Well, you tell me if the scouts don't encounter anyone, they get killed, captured, one goes away or what not. I think it would make for something interesting if there was some warning although really it probably wouldn't achieve much seeing how large the realm is and thus how much time it would take to assemble an army and seeing how all your guys are on horses as well, the warning would be limited.

Btw, the plan my people will take once it's confirmed you're raping the countryside will be to assemble a force around the main Permanent Army to encounter your guys (Probably all Favored Ones and some horsemen, to keep it mobile and encounter your guys, maybe a few locals as well.), and ambush your guys in a village somewhere.

HOWEVER, they would also assemble a second army, this time in the north, probably one composed more of Militias and levies, to go north and destroy Suehan settlements while a large amount of their forces are away to force them to come back to their land in defense of their wives and children or at least get revenge for the devastation in the core lands.

Interested in maybe, as we have a few slaves captured from the Crayvens, have the same happen to your guys? Maybe the son or daughter (Crayvens don't have genders, so they don't put importance on them) of someone important serve as the slave of someone important in my realm and thus learn about Crayven administration, mathematics, architecture and so forth, to then be liberated later during the Great War?

They deliberately attacked during a very cold Autumn to prevent a retaliatory strike, however military miscalculations do happen. If the Crayvens are up for it, by all means go for it. The scouts will be captured and given a message to send to the villages; Capitulate and be treated well, resist and be razed.

I have to wonder... How did a fleet of Ralgon ships get that far without running into ships of any other nations? I don't see an explanation... Though with the Daemonrexa, they tend to ignore ships of unknown origins until recently, when they finally decided to get involved with the world a bit more.

EDIT: Any chance that we could set up a google doc for collabs in the future? I sense that we might need to collab soon, Haz. The next post after yours, for example, might go faster that way and more fluidly...

But of course she wouldn't mind having a little bonus on the side. The daemonrexa don't discriminate by age. They tend to look deeper than that, since many of them are old to ancient. In fact, the virtual non-existence of old people has made them something special. Then there's the fact that he's Naqah, and no one has been around them before for a long, long, long time.

Demonrexa are likely admired by Naqar/Naqah for their sheer adaptability but also feared for their ability to "un-people" them. I can imagine many find them powerful allies, but they'd try and keep the relationship purely proffesional. I can't see consensual crossbreeding being viable.

The White Elves would be attractive to the Daemonrexa. But then again so would everyone else except the most alien of all creatures- which I think this world doesn't have at the moment. It all boils down to individual preference though amongst the Daemonrexa just like how it would with humans.

Haha, that's understandable, though I think some of them will likely be seduced nonetheless. As for consensual crossbreeding, do note that interracial breeding between one race and a Daemonrexa would yield a low fertility rate, unless the non-Daemonrexa partner has been converted to Daemonrexiac. However, if a non-Daemonrexa mother gets pregnant, she will become Daemonrexiac unless the baby is aborted within 2 weeks, which is impossible. A non-Daemonrexa male in a relationship with a Daemonrexa woman will only result in a faster conversion to Daemonrexiac unless aborted by him leaving her presence at a far enough distance, which I'd say should be more than a room's distance away.

Babies of a Daemonrexa and a Daemonrexiac will produce Daemonrexa. Only babies conceived before a woman becomes Daemonrexiac will be born Daemonrexiac. Babies conceived by a pair of Daemonrexiacs will be Daemonrexiac. Therefore a single Daemonrexa could potentially restart the entire species :D.
