Interesting how there was a flood of low characters suddenly none are in play. XP

- Sensors (High) It's pilot is unable to see out of the cockpit with his naked eyes, but he doesn't need to. All along the Hellhounds body, hundreds of sensors and cameras are attached, enabling him to see in all directions, as well as switching between different modes of vision. Night vision, thermal, 100x zoom, and so on.

Hmm... yet you claim that Edmund had no idea Ysolda was against the Mecha's leg... despite having hundreds of cameras all over.

*cough* Horseshit *cough*

To ignore details on one's own CS for benefit in combat is to metagame.

Hundreds of cameras, not hundreds of screens. Most of the time, those screens are fixed at a much higher elevation, and a bunch of them have been very busy with Erde. This was specified in my entry post.

Well, Asuras rage quit and I had no one else to fight with my low tier.

Presumably he's still waiting around in some not obliterated part of Necropolis.

Wouldn't it be easier to equip the walker with motion sensors, seismic sensors or a passive radar system?

I mean, that way, it would be difficult to sneak up on your machine.

I think.

Plus... SOME of the cameras obviously tracked Ysolda, otherwise making an attack against her would have been... what was the word?

Metagaming.

As such, if THOSE lost track of her, logic dictates that the Mech's onboard computers would re-acquire the target using other cameras.

Or are we throwing logic out the window for THAT, too?

Or, Edmund saw the bright light coming from Ysolda standing a good distance in front of him on the frontal screens (Also specified in his entry post), and decided to shoot her because he could. Fucking manually. Nowhere is it stated that the sensors attempted to track her when she started moving. Hence why he lost track of her during the missile explosion.

Now, if you would stop thinking that you know my own character or the technical designs of his mecha better than me, that would be great. Thanks.

@Asta - You're right. That would have been a lot more efficient. I'll certainly consider it on the next model.

Again with the suppression techniques. If you can't discuss things like a normal fucking human being, then stop trying to argue. It doesn't amount to anything. This conversation is completely pointless.

Fair enough. If I'm the one keeping it going, then I'll be the one to stop it. From this point on forward, we will stop discussing this topic. Fully. No remarks, no nothing. No one 'wins' the argument, it simply stops being a fucking issue. No more spamming the thread with the matter. It's finished. Ended. A closed chapter. Move on with your life, and so on.

Green, it's probably in everyone's best interests if you ignore Beta's posts for the time being. He's stated his case numerous times and called in a third party to review the events, so acknowledging his inflammatory remarks in response to your explanations is only going to make the situation less bearable for everyone involved. I'd recommend waiting for Glitchy to finish his review before discussing the topic any further.

Though it should be worth noting that Glitchy wasn't given any GM powers by Skalla, so his assessment isn't going to hold much weight unless both sides of the argument agree to accept it. Which isn't to say it's not welcome. He was invited by Beta to put in his two cents, so he's more than entitled to do so. Thanks for helping out, man. :)

EDIT: Or you could beat me to the punch... Lol.

So what you're saying is... you quit. That's a win in my book. And now that chapter of the book is finished. Ended. Closed.
