@Green - I've got several characters running around in my head that would fit the bill, though they'd have to be fleshed out on paper and adapted for use in the multiverse. Low-tiers aren't usually my preference though. I'm too fond of the twists and quirks you can give a character with powers (like Arty's lack of normal emotions). It's a little harder to find those quirks within the restraints of a low-tier setting, especially when I've been in a high-tier mindset all weekend working on this techie character.Did you have any particular scenarios in mind? Something to potentially spark my creativity and get me back in a low-tier mindset?
