Explaining how it works takes a long time, but I'll do my best to summarize it.

Erde's entirety is the core, that is the only thinking and feeling part of his body.

Erde's body is made up of earth, this is a protective layer that gives him a medium to interact with the outside world. He does not feel anything that happens to it. This is a puppet that bends to his will, I suppose a magical connection would be the explanation for it. It moves like a liquid or a solid depending on how he controls it. Otherwise it's just a puppet form that is not living.

Hey, I saw that Jedi thing you're doing, and noticed that Important is using two characters. Mind if I jump in as an apprentice? I've got a pretty rad concept.

An apprentice to the jedi master I'm using or someone else?

So three jedi vs two hunters? If that's the case I can't guarantee I'll pull any punches for the sake of a cinematic fight. With those kinds of odds I'll have to be at the top of my game and can't afford to leave exploitable openings, especially since I know Green will be right there to do the exploiting. :P Though I suppose if I know he's dedicated to the cinematic-ness as well, I might be able to take my cutthroat down a notch. I just know he brings out the competitiveness in me. The guy's got an eye for detail that would make Sherlock jealous. ;)

Also: Are we still going to do that sparring match, G?

Maybe it's like episode 1 but this time in the fight the door closes on the master while the other two jedi are left to fight the bounty hunters. Then the master will be a solo fight.

Oooh... I like that idea. Assuming the hunters aren't taken out by a pair of Padawans... Lol.

Should there be a shield from behind which the master has to watch?

Yes. It is the command room she's stuck in, after all, so it has a very powerful shield. The separatist leader must so be scared, trapped in the same room, just the two of them, with a jedi master. She could capture him but is trapped in the room so has nowhere to take him. They are both captured until the other battle is concluded and the winner lets them out.

You flatter me :)

I'm still trying to come up with a decent concept for our sparring match. I'm held up with exams and whatnot, so there's not too much of my capacity left for thinking up new concepts. Hence why I figured this star wars thing could be a good idea, since I've already got two separate characters made for the setting. I say we put our sparring match on hold for now and focus on this for the time being. I'll pm you when I find the time to write down a character to face yours. We'll see where it goes. As for this, I'm gonna go for the cinematic approach on it, but don't let your guard down ;)

Got it. I'll whip up a padawan tagging along.

Edit: Or a jedi knight, depending on what you guys see fit.

I'm cool with that. I'd want you to be at the top of your game anyway, that way you have no excuses when I beat you. Again. ;)

As for your character, probably make it a padawan with knight-level skill like Important's padawan, which makes sense since they're the padawans of a council member (like Important said earlier).

Khan thinks that magic (or supernatural powers) beats tech, 9 times out of 10.
