You are underestimating the sheer amount of casualties my brand of warfare produces. Hundreds of thousands of men die in every single battle. so I need a bunch of worlds popping out new soldiers, and a bunch of worlds to arm them.

And a planet can support BILLIONS of people. Again, get a better sense of scale.

That's not the big problem. The territory is so large because of the huge pushes that have been made in the name of mankind's destiny. again, 'burned a hundred worlds.' Two dozen planets means they only conquered 23 worlds. This isn't really enough. I wanted to have the large 'bad guy' faction, something that can threaten more than one band of random jackoffs. I see that the scale of this is far too small for anything I can come up with, so I'm not playing. Far too small, too... underwhelming.

Let's not forget space stations, asteroids, moons.(Unless the Gm counts them). Planets wouldn't be the only thing for living space.

Kangaroo and Gowia have been accepted. You're both missing your history sections, but you have time to get those up. You're free to start posting.

@Rare, Terminal, VoiD, ASTA
Looking forward to seeing your works-in-progress completed. Let me know when you're done.

Cheers :)

Also with the whole map thing, can I have 2013,2014,1915 and 1914. That way I am a little more spread out. With planets being 2,2,2 and 1 respectively. Thanks :)

Okay, shall we make this a fairly costly war that doesn't really lead us to a winner or a loser? Followed by an uneasy peace treaty. I'm not really in the mood for having either one of us knocked out before this has really got going. :)

Well, problem being, the Swarms have no interest in diplomacy or treaties , the only thing that interests them is the total annihilation of galactic civilization. However, you probably won't be dealing with a full hivefleet, most likely just a small portion. And don't worry, I'm not gonna do that, destroy you and all that. I'm not playing to win.

The best that can be done is containment, contain the Vazra to a single world or system and slog it out till you finally wipe out the forces there.

Hmmm yeah, so start full scale war, then move onto a small scale skirmish thing?

Pretty much, the Vazra keep coming, but since they're spread thinly in most parts then others, it would be mostly skirmishes.

While I've played a few in my day, I've come to realize that its a lot more fun to subvert the "ravenous unreasoning horde of space locusts" trope than to play it straight. Always Fighting All The Time is a bit limiting and gets boring fast IMO.

Well fun to fight.

Not sure how fun they will be for Sigma. (I hope they are)
